Good service and ambiance. The shoyu ramen was decent and the thick noodles were nice. Not many ramen places in the area so I'd stop by if I was craving it but I'd recommend getting the spicy ramen.

The order taking and service itself was quite longer than we would've thought it would be. We probably waited for our order for at least 15 min. We ordered the Chirashu Ramen, Tonkotsu Miso and Agedashi Tofu. However, Sapporo Miso Ramen was mistakenly served to us instead of the Tonkotsu Miso which was quite disappointing. The food were great. The broths were light and nicely balanced with flavour, not too salty. The shrimps in the Sapporo Miso Ramen were cooked perfectly but the pork in the Chirashu Ramen was a bit chewy. The soy sauce served with the Agedashi Tofu had a hint of sweetness which was quite refreshing to the palate. Overall, the food satisfied our cravings but the promptness and accuracy of the service could be improved.

Service was very attentive, with staff clearing bowls and refilling water frequently. It's quite a small restaurant with very little seating (we saw lots of people turned away during peak dinner hours), so a reservation is recommended on Fridays or weekends. Overall a nice spot and would visit again.

The seafood and tonkotsu broth was rich, savory, and full of flavor. It was a little too salty to drink on its own, but perfect for dipping the noodles. The only thing to note is that the cold noodles stayed quite firm even after sitting in the broth for a while, so if you prefer a softer texture, I would recommend asking for hot noodles instead. The soft-boiled egg was also really good, slightly sweet, chilled, and very flavorful. We also tried the Spicy Red Miso ramen, which was not actually very spicy and leaned a little sweet. The broth was pleasant, though my teammate felt there were so many onions and green onions that they covered some of the miso flavor. The chashu, however, was excellent, with a really nice balance of lean meat and fat without feeling greasy. The takoyaki was classic and well done, crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, with generous pieces of octopus inside. The karaage was also very solid, crispy outside and juicy inside, with a seasoning that had a clear ginger and cooking wine aroma. Overall, a very enjoyable meal, especially if you like rich broths and comforting Japanese side dishes.

The cold noodles stayed a bit firm in the broth; if you like softer noodles, you can ask for hot noodles. The soft-boiled egg is sweet and delicious. The broth is slightly sweet and not very spicy, and the first sip reminds me of Korean tteokbokki. My teammate had this dish and mentioned the onions and scallions were a bit overpowering, masking the miso flavor. The chashu was excellent, nicely balanced between fat and lean, not greasy. The takoyaki is solid--crispy outside, tender inside, with big chunks of octopus. Definitely tasty.
