I wish my cinnamon roll was more fresh, and filled with the toppings instead of only on top.

Lover of cinnamon rolls, but my preferred style is very specific. I bought one of their traditional style this afternoon. It was baked well, a smidge on the dry side, with icing not too heavy handed yet a bit sweet for me. A decent cinnamon roll, just not necessarily my favorite. Service was cordial and the place was empty, but with a large leak (?) in the middle of the dining area with quite a bit of standing water and a drenched mat (with a warning cone).

Mini cinnamon sugar bites - warm and delicious

Came here after having dinner in the same plaza as Shake Shack, and we got a box of mini cinnamon rolls to share and they were excellent! I had previously been to the downtown Portland location and gotten the full size cinnamon roll but I wasn't particularly impressed (dry, crumbly, room temp). However the mini bites (cinnamon sugar) changed my mind and I would definitely get these again - soft, warm, delicious and not too sweet.

Nice and bright inside. Great service. Love that they have build your own or specialty ones to choose from. We ordered 3 of them and we loved our choices. The cinnamon rolls are huge, prepare for the sugar rush. Sharing it or eating half and saving for later is the way to go. Seasonal pumpkin was good. They put the right portion of toppings. They're not skimpy and not overfilled. I was worried with it being so close to closing time, that they could be dried out or stale.... Definitely not the case. The cinnamon rolls were soft and not dried out and we weren't rushed to hurry up and pick something. Loved our experience and can't wait to go back!

Great place to satiate those sugar cravings. I have never tried their cinnamon roll. Though, I did buy it for a friend who loved cinnamon rolls, and they loved it. I have tried their soft serves each time and their blueberry crumble soft serve is my daughter's and mine favorite. Also their strawberry lemon poppy seed is good too. Their flavors are unique and create a perfect blend to entice your taste buds. The servers are hospitable and welcome you with a smile in a casual ambiance. The place is worth a try for those calories..!

Kinnamon Right in the Cedar Hills plaza we were looking at Salt n Straw with its humongous line as always and opted to try this place. Offering up cinnamon rolls and soft serve, we walked into an open concept with an overwhelming sweet sensation! The ambiance is nice and welcoming We opted to each get our own: 1. Cherry Pie: the cherry pie was topped with a graham cracker topping that was extremely complimentary. 2. Maple Bacon: packed on with maple bacon that was flavorful! Such a great sweet and savory treat 3. Plain Cream Cheese: if they can do the basic right- there is hope for everything else. It was delish! These reheated well even after 1-2 days in the fridge Overall the price is comparable to Cinnabon, but so is flavor. Would come back again.

Bright space with fresh cinnamon rolls being made and various toppings, soft serve as well to choose from the menu. Casual vibes and various types of seating. I got the blueberry crumble cinnamon roll, while friends got the caramel apple pie roll, and another seasonal roll that had the icing, chocolate syrup, chocolate bits, and raspberries. A soft serve sundae with blueberries, peanut butter, and pumpkin was also ordered. My cinnamon roll was lukewarm, wish it was hot and warm throughout eating. The cinnamon flavor was present but wasn't strong enough. The beead itself was soft. The blueberry topping was good and was a nice contrast to the soft roll and sweet icing. The soft serve portion was really good and the toppings too. The pumpkin paired well with the soft serve! The soft serve was the highlight and if I was to return I think getting the mini pack of cinnamon rolls and a soft serve would be a perfect treat! The bathroom was out of service so that was a little inconvenient and it was kind of confusing where to order as there was no sign as many people went to the middle of the counter where the Square tablet was until the employee directed us to the end of the counter to make our order.

Sweet and fun | friendly workers This place caught our nose and curiosity. We were already full from eating lunch at Dough Zone next door, but we had to check this place out. Bright, clean and nice interior. They have a photo op area. The menu is easy to navigate and straight forward telling you what flavors they offer. They also have a few flavors for soft serve ice cream. We ordered the strawberry lemon curd cinnamon bun and the Oreo cinnamon bun for our kid. If you love sweets and sweet things with fruit, get this strawberry lemon curd! I shared this with my husband because I was so full from lunch and we couldn't even finish it. The syrup is very sweet but the strawberries compliment the whole dessert nicely. Everyone has a preference with how they like their cinnamon bun, but we liked it how they made it. Good texture, thick and easy to pull apart, and just a good comforting dessert to enjoy. I really enjoyed this unique dessert on their menu compared to something else like their Oreo one even though my kid loved the topping. My kid is at the age where she will only eat the icing on a cupcake/cake, so she went straight for the Oreo crumbs only with her order. The worker was friendly and asked if she wanted sprinkles on her cinnamon bun, but my kid wanted it as is. My husband also wanted their nitro cold brew coffee, but they ran out so the worker was kind to offer us a drink to make up for it. My husband ended up ordering a drip coffee drink. Overall, I think it's worth trying their specialty flavors but I wasn't impressed with their Oreo one. We plan to come back and try other items off of their menu.

Only my first visit but definitely not my last!! Definitely a must try, especially for all Cinnamon bun lovers must try!! Do not sleep on the soft serve.....Yummy!!

It dried out strawberry lemon cinnamon roll that I really want to throw out

Went here the other day service wasn't all that great there was absolutely no one was there and that should've told us right there the tables weren't very clean and the cinnamon roll was the worst I've ever had. Basically it was a dried out three day old Winco bakery cinnamon roll with some flavored icing thrown on top and some fresh fruit and sprinkles. It was doctored up ok but the cinnamon roll itself should've probably been thrown out sometime days ago I can't believe this place says they bake fresh daily. All I could think about is how good a Cinnabon from the mall would've been and compared to what a hoity-toity high-end, Instagram TikTok, trendy trash place that this is

I have been eyeballing this place since they opened in Portland, (because cinnamon rolls!) but I live on the west side and it seemed a bit much to drive all the way over there for a sweet baked good. Then they opened one in Cedar Hills. Well, ok then! So Minion #1 and I ducked in today and we shared two rolls, a maple bacon and a blueberry crumble. They were both warm. They were good, the blueberry was very very sweet. I liked the fresh blueberries but I preferred the maple bacon roll and honestly I think the actual roll part with the yummy caramelized bottom was so good I can skip the extra bells and whistles stuff on top next time and go with a plain frosted or even unfrosted one. Two rolls cost about $12.50, which is alittle pricey but these are not everyday treats. I am totally sticking a candle in one for someone's birthday breakfast soon. :)

A welcome addition to the Cedar Hills area! There aren't too many warm dessert options around the area so I'm glad they decided to open a dedicated cinnamon roll spot. I like how they make each cinnamon roll to order, so the toppings and frosting melt into the cinnamon roll. I've enjoyed a few of their flavors before so I was ready to come back and try even more flavors. This time, we got the Blueberry Crumble and Pumpkin Pie. The Blueberry Crumble was delightful, I love how the blueberry compliments the sweet cream cheese and the crumble adds a nice texture to it. The Pumpkin Pie was good too, although the pumpkin flavor was too subtle for me. Among the flavors I tried, the Strawberry Lemon Curd was the best, the tartness of the strawberry and lemon balance the sweetness of the cream cheese and dough very well. I can't wait to try more from here!

I was having a bakery treat craving and decided to give Kinnamons a go. They are a specialty making of cinnamon rolls. Alright, ask anyone who has had them... I make a killer cinnamon roll. I will spare you the details, but in the way back (20+ years ago), I scored an insanely pretty perfect cinnamon roll recipe that I have legitimately full blown messed up making and they were still better than anything you have probably eaten. BUT, if I make them, I need a whole day and I then also need to off load a pan somewhere. So, Kinnamons sounded really awesome. I just have to toss over that disclosure since I am not the fairest judge when it comes to a cinnamon roll. They do actually make a pretty tasty base cinnamon roll - I was far from mad at it. Honestly, what made me order was the idea of different types of rolls. I saw the flavor list and was practically screaming YES! It is about time!! I get the name IS cinnamon roll. But, the issue with cinnamon is that one you even sprinkle it near something, that is, genuinely, all you taste. So all these amazing sounding flavors look gorgeous - seriously, works of delicious art but taste like every other cinnamon roll. I got the strawberry and lemon curd but genuinely could not even taste the lemon curd because cinnamon is THERE. I tried the blueberry crumble and the raspberry pistachio ...same thing both those times as well.

I added breakfast to this place while they visited me for a few days. We called in our order as instructed on the website. Unfortunately no Boba was available for on the pancakes. When we arrived I was disheartened to find the place rather small either intense heat of a bakery, which made the lone table inside with a meandering fly the least bit welcoming. When adding drinks to our order, the lone man working there asked me a few times whether I really was ordering coffee for a child (and yes, she settled on a mocha when it was determined he only knew how to sprinkle matcha powder on the pancakes, and hadn't a clue as to their application to drinks). My grandson ordered their 'special hot chocolate' which pretty much tasted like watered-down Ovaltine. We sat outside to eat and after a few bites and finding these were nothing like the fluffy Japanese pancakes they'd expected, we threw away $44 worth of what was supposed to be a pleasant breakfast experience. I guess this was a life lesson for the kids, that our expectations aren't always met. And I want to prevent any other adults from making the same mistake I did in taking my business there!
