I figured since I had a cinnamon bun craving and made it here, I might as well treat myself. The cinnamon bun itself was good. It was soft and fluffy. However, the presentation was lacking. I was dining in but was given a to go container instead of a plate. When I opened the lid, all I saw was a soup of goo. On top of that, the gooey topping was too sweet. If you like your bubble tea sweet, this is your place. However, if you are like me, a 1/2 sugar kinda girl, the strawberry lemon curd bun here is too sweet. I had to chase it with two cups of water and seriously question my dessert choice afterward. The shop was clean and cute, and the staff were friendly enough, so no complaints with the shop and service. One of my favorite bakeries that I first went to about four years ago and they just have some thick gooey yummy and delicious cinnamon rolls and I love their specials that they have for each season or just limited additions that come up because Eunik and I just recently tried the new Nutella one which is of course amazing because who doesn't love Nutella? I always like going for the original cause it's great with coffee and I get some tea but I'm a coffee guy. Definitely worth the money maybe a little bit pricey but it's definitely a happy ending... The cinnamon rolls are huge, prepare for the sugar rush. Sharing it or eating half and saving for later is the way to go. Seasonal pumpkin was good. They put the right portion of toppings. I really enjoyed this unique dessert on their menu compared to something else like their Oreo one even though my kid loved the topping. My kid is at the age where she will only eat the icing on a cupcake/cake, so she went straight for the Oreo crumbs only with her order. Went here the other day service wasn't all that great there was absolutely no one was there and that should've told us right there the tables weren't very clean and the cinnamon roll was the worst I've ever had. They were good, the blueberry was very very sweet. I liked the fresh blueberries but I preferred the maple bacon roll and honestly I think the actual roll part with the yummy caramelized bottom was so good I can skip the extra bells and whistles stuff on top next time and go with a plain frosted or even unfrosted one. A welcome addition to the Cedar Hills area! There aren't too many warm dessert options around the area so I'm glad they decided to open a dedicated cinnamon roll spot. I like how they make each cinnamon roll to order, so the toppings and frosting melt into the cinnamon roll. I was having a bakery treat craving and decided to give Kinnamons a go. They are a specialty making of cinnamon rolls. Alright, ask anyone who has had them... I make a killer cinnamon roll. I will spare you the details, but in the way back (20+ years ago), I scored an insanely pretty perfect cinnamon roll recipe that I have legitimately full blown messed up making and they were still better than anything you have probably eaten. There is a little bit of seating inside and you place your order and they put the toppings on the roll for you. I think it is a nice treat and we all enjoyed it. The space is open and vibrant and the atmosphere is very inviting. It wasn't too busy on a Thursday night and we got the original cream cheese and the pumpkin spice. Everything was pretty much made and toppings just put on so it was all pretty quick for the service . Cinnamon roll was pretty soft. I was able to tear it apart with just one hand in the fork, which was nice cause I was holding a baby and the other. The icing on top is pretty sweet and the pastry itself was a very good texture. I got the cinnamon roll sundae and wanted frosting on the roll before the ice cream and didn't say it ahead of time. She was so wonderful and did not have a problem fixing it for me. Closed at 9 and we stepped in at 8:55pm for a sweet treat. They were not at all bothered and asked us what we wanted. My daughter chose the strawberry lemon curd. Within minutes we had a warm sweet strawberry topped cinnamon roll. No lie - it is sweet but we knew that coming in. Lemon isn't too tart but it balances the sweetness from everything else. Raspberry Pistachio is similar too. Portions are a bit small considering the price. I was genuinely shocked how delicious the rolls were ordered here. Randomly found this place after church one Sunday and now we're HOOKED!

First time visiting will be the last. Extremely expensive for non sweet dough with a light touch of cinnamon. The dough itself is flavorless with either no, or indistinct, sweetness or salt. It tasted like bland dough with the least amount of cinnamon you can imagine. It was as though the dough shop next door gives them a break on bread dough and Kinnamon's is trying, albeit not very hard, to add toppings to deter the customer from noticing we are eating unsweetened bread. And charging outrageous prices for it! It is a dinner roll with 'stuff' on top. The ambiance is stark and vacant and the front door had a padlock on it with no discernible door signage or 'OPEN' sign. I walked passed the door twice as it was so poorly marked. My suggestion is to go home and make yourself some cinnamon toast and save yourself $7. At least you know it will actually HAVE cinnamon on it and some butter! A big nope read more
