No apologies from the girl directly and it was passive but only from the guy whom I mentioned the issue to. They have a lot of young kids working here and it looks like they work fast but they need to read the ingredients to fulfill the order correctly and to be consistent. My grandson ordered their 'special hot chocolate' which pretty much tasted like watered-down Ovaltine. We sat outside to eat and after a few bites and finding these were nothing like the fluffy Japanese pancakes they'd expected, we threw away $44 worth of what was supposed to be a pleasant breakfast experience.
