Bingsu is goos with a lot of variety, from taro to matcha, yogurt, milk base. I like the taro bingsu cause it has a lot of toppings, like red bean, taro balls, whipped cream. It's a bit too sweet for my personal taste. For some reason, customized bingsu is much pricier than the one that already in the menu I love all the games, the games are clean and updated. It's pretty fun if you hang out with friends or family
I once heard Bingsu described as a bowl of happiness, and IC Bingsu delivers !! Ordering is easy from the touchscreen at the counter, the staff are very friendly and happy to answer. Any questions you might have. Now for the Bingsu , the shaped eyes is perfect and the surprise with the condensed milk at the base of the shaved ice The quality of fruit is excellent, and it all comes together to form some happiness in your mouth The boba and honey for some additional happiness I'll be going back
I have been wanting to try this place and finally got to visit on a random Thursday afternoon. It was a little chilly outside so they are not busy at all but I can only imagine how popular they are in the summer! Looking from the outside, the storefront is bright and they have menu posted outside so you can decide on what you might want before you walk in. You order at the kiosk which is nice and straightforward with pictures to help. The only thing is the screen is a little sensitive so I had to keep scrolling and then make sure my order is accurate to what I wanted. The regular size ($9) is pretty good sharing size already for me but their large is huge! We really wanted to try the Korean Taiyaki (Bungeo-ppang) - the fishy shaped pastry filled with different fillings and they make it to order so they came out hot and fresh. We decided to get the Brownie bingsu and the Green Tea Lover bingsu. I love that they give you the option for what type of base you want (milk, chocolate, green tea) and I especially appreciated the oat milk nondairy base options without the extra charge!! Thank you so much for this! There was also a coconut condensed milk option! There were a group of young girls that came in when we were sitting waiting for our to-go order and the nice owner (I assume?) patiently explained the difference between traditional shave ice and bingsu and how to order. She was so friendly and helpful when our order was ready to make sure we didn't close the container with the Bungeo-ppang so they didn't get soggy in transit (I definitely made that mistake before!) Overall I am looking forward to coming back in the summer to get a cold and refreshing sweet treat!

Well, fast forward to last weekend. My wife was driving and had a hankering for a frozen dessert. So she drove use here. The decor didn't change much, except the menu was more vast. But what my wife ordered compared to the simple bowl of shaved ice with fruit thrown on top was now a visual treat as well as a tasty one. I wish I had a pic of what was being served from day one, because what we recieved during our most recent visit was pretty epic by comparison.
Great spot for dessert. We had great and friendly service. I love that they have dairy-free options for my son who has an allergy. The owner makes her own oat condensed milk and it was so good! I had a taiyaki and think I'll order the normal one next time instead of the croissant one. The custard filling was very yummy!
Really loved their Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsu! The strawberry flavor was strong and refreshing. The crunchy buttery crumbs added to the texture and cheesecake feel. The shaved ice itself could have been softer and milkier though. Portion was great. One bingsu was good to share between two people. Lots of flavor options to choose from as well as other items like the Croffles ans Tea Drinks. Ambience was casual. You order at the kiosk and wait to pick it up. There are games and cards for people to borrow and play with at the place, making for a fun hangout spot. Would be back to try more!
Environment: It was a small area where they try to fit as many chairs/tables as possible. There are tables outside too but on a hot day, be prepared to wait! The theme of the area was white and there is a touch screen where you order your food. Staff: They were kind and polite. They all look like students or young workers. Nothing wrong, just an observation. They were working hard and I went on a hot day so they were super busy but still nice. Food: They had croffles and bingsu. I got their blueberry shaved ice. The shaved ice was made out of milk instead of water. There is that option if you can't handle dairy. The blueberries were frozen but the sizes were pretty big. Because the blueberries were on the tart side, it went really well with the sweet bingsu. The mochi on my bingsu was also good; a bit chewy but soft so my jaws didn't feel sore. The price of shaved was a bit pricey but you're in that area. Or maybe I rarely have bingsu so I don't know the general price. Anyways, it was good and worth getting it during from time to time. I want to try their croffle next time as it looked really good or their strawberry shaved ice. My friend got the boba for extra price and it was good texture. Chewy and soft at the same time, better than a lot of other boba places. I also heard that they will have cold brew soon :)

This time I called about 5 minutes prior and was told 15 minutes. The phone call was little longer than I'd think I needed to be, first and last name and phone number. I always had first name and phone number. But I could be just nitpicking, and the lady who helped was extremely nice. I got there in 5 mins after calling . Waited around for someone since they were all working in the back. For some reason the people who got bingsu in house looks a lot smaller compared to my To-go order . But it was very filling, light and sweet. My only recommendation, is on their website they don't have their number listed.
1000000/10! Their croffles are to dieeee for! My boyfriend and I are honestly addicted and get this place once a week because it's just too damn good! We usually go around 2 PM on a weekday or some weekends and we're so surprised this place isn't as busy as it should be! Or at least during the times we go. Service is always amazing and our croffles are always fresh. We get the lotus and banana nutella one and they are so so tasty. We tried the oreo one previously but it honestly doesn't even compare to the other two. we can't wait to be back and try the bingsu next!
Bingsu is my favorite dessert and I was so thrilled to see it come to Hillsboro. The cafe was quite clean and quiet. They offer a selection of board games for families to play while they enjoy their treats. I love that! Just like in S. Korea, they have the digital displays to order with, but I prefer working with a human. I ordered from the digital menu and didn't quite get what I wanted because I wasn't as savvy with the kiosk. I ended up with the Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsu. Usually, Bingsu comes with bean paste, but mine didn't have any because I guess I ordered the wrong one. Hence the confusion with the kiosk. Other than the kiosk snafu, I really liked this place. I will go back. It's is very close to my house and like I said, I love Bingsu.

Disclaimer: My husband ordered our items for delivery which I don't think is the ideal way to experience this place or its offerings. I think that their dessert offerings should be enjoyed freshly prepared on-site for the best flavor, texture and temperature. Basically, I personally feel like some of the items don't travel all that well. But the packaging, presentation and taste were good. I just think it would have been even better if we had dined in. Also, I have no idea what my husband ordered but they reminded me of hand pies (think pop tart style) with various fillings. read more

I ordered the Tiramisu Croffle, it was late around 8pm. The entire thing is so fresh and tasty. Not too sweet. Service is cute and clean and fast. The room is in a nice green color. Music is great too. read more
Hillsboro gem | delicious and unique We first found out about this place through Instagram. I'm so glad we stopped by to check this place out. It's very new and definitely already a popular spot. Wait time for us was about 25 minutes to get 1 croffle and 1 bingsu, and this was on a Wednesday in the early afternoon with every table filled with patrons. Love Matcha? Definitely order the Matcha Lovers Bingsu! It is not overly sweet or bitter. It's a great balance of both with just the right amount of flavor soaked into the dry flaky shaved ice dessert. It comes with a scoop of red bean, mochi, and corn flakes. Two can share one bingsu, but if you really want to indulge, one person can finish it themselves. My daughter wanted the brownie croffle. It's messy but delicious! Thick waffle-like dessert soaked in a sweet syrup with brownies, whipped cream, and a chocolate syrup drizzle. The waffle itself is a thick pastry and filling. I can see this place adding more optional fruit toppings to their items. They also offer drinks. We will no doubt be returning and telling others to come by here. read more
The best Korean dessert this year (2024) for me goes to IC Bingsu! They have all the Korean staples including the fish bread or taiyaki if you prefer the Japanese name. The bread is made to order so it could take some time. The bingsu was delicious with a heavy serving of toppings. The lady working that night actually came out to check on us because she was worried the bread molds didn't press correctly. She offered to remake them but there was no need as they turned out just fine. The decor is very clean and white. We ended up sitting outside to enjoy the summer weather. read more
Perfect visit for a hot day! A and I shared a blueberry yogurt bingsu for dessert. It was full and one ordering machine was down, but it was still relatively quick to get through the line. I saw crickets had a min 10 minute wait time. We got our bingsu quickly and they were very attentive as when they saw me walking form a table with two people, they put a 2nd spoon on my tray. The bingsu was really good. The blueberries were syrupy but not too sweet and the mochi and graham cracker crumbs all paired nicely! It cooled us down perfectly and was a nice way to end our warm day! read more
Enjoyed our desserts. A little spendy for the small bowl of bingsu. The chocoball was delicious, warmed chocolate waffle topped with mini chocolate balls. Kiosk ordering was easy, got our dessert within 10 minutes. No contact with employees until the end where they call your number. It gets a little loud as people were playing board games . My honest review would be to give this place a 3.5/5 stars. I was so excited that there's finally a dedicated bingsu/shaved ice place on this side of town! There used to be Sweetang in this plaza many years ago that also sold bingsu, so I was expecting something similar at this spot. We came during their soft opening so I was prepared for a long wait. They told us before we ordered that they only had a couple of shaved ice machines working so expect a bit of a wait. But to compensate the wait, they offered some free drink samples, which was refreshing. We ordered a Mango Bingsu and Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsu. For the price of $12-$14, the bingsu was a bit smaller than I expected. I enjoyed the Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsu more because the fruit was fresh and there was plenty of toppings to eat along with the creamy ice. The Mango Bingsu was a bit disappointing because the mangos tasted like they were from a can, not fresh at all. I'd like to come back and try their croffles and their water base shaved ice for the non-dairy option. read more
Nice interior, lots of space, have a shelf of games to play and enjoy, order through kiosk and just wait until your # is called. It is mainly self service through kiosk unless you need something after placing order, napkins and utensils will provided when you pick up your tray with bingsu made.. A bit pricey compared to other local shave ice places, note this is Korean shave ice called bingsu. this is not the same as the Hawaiian shave ice, however in Waikiki/North Shore on main island are serving shave ice that are more like bingsu where it's snowflake style and have fruits or different flavoring agents as well. Overall if you're really craving shave ice this is local spot, if don't mind driving a bit further can give Waimea Shave ice or Snowy Village a try for a bit lower cost and more variety and larger portion size. read more

Newly opened in the Hillsboro area, IC Bingsu specializes in Korean shaved ice (bingsu), croffles and drinks. We tried the Strawberry Cheesecake Croffle, Injeolmi Bingsu and the Blueberry Yogurt Bingsu. Our favorite was the Blueberry where the base itself was made from yogurt and was topped with blueberries, blueberry syrup, cinnamon streusel, mochi and cream. We loved this probiotic twist to the classic Korean dessert, and I would love to see it come out it different flavors! read more
Shop is clean. Parking was easy. We ordered the small mango bingsu for $9. We were shocked at how small it was. It essentially is a one scoop of ice cream size for the shaved ice and cream. Fruit wasn't ripe. Do love you can customize the toppings and they accommodate allergies including dairy free. I'd say the small bingsu is worth more in the $4-6 range or just order the larger size as it's only a few bucks more and appeared to be more than double the size. Especially with a fruit bingsu, the freshness of the fruit makes or breaks the dessert. read more

Pretty good. It was a bit loud inside and a bit pricey but the serving sizes were good. Everything is ordered on a touch screen so you don't have to talk to anyone, which is a blessing and a curse. read more

More new places are coming to the west side. This is one of the latest additions. The place has some good bingsu with plenty of options to choose from. We each ordered a distention one so we can try it out. The taro was a bit sweet, the matcha was great, and the injeolmi was good. The place can get pretty packed quickly, but the items do come out in a timely matter. read more

Ambiance: nice and clean place with board games provided. I see a group of friend playing cards and a family playing connect 4. You order on your own there 2 big screens at the counter. Service Quality: you get your food quick! Unless you order a croffle, it could take a little bit longer. Food Quality: not the healthiest food, but hey, everything is very very good! Our favorite is the mango and blueberry cheesecake. Yes! We will definitely continue to come to this place. read more

We wanted to try the brownie bingsu but they were out of stock. We ended up trying 4 different flavors and all of them were great. We went around 3 pm and it wasn't busy. Our order took about 15ish min. Inside, they have board games to play for when waiting or when you want to hangout. When you walk in, place your order on the screen and it'll give you your order number. There is no interaction with the worker. I also tried to Korean ice coffee which was delicious, strong, and not too sweet. read more
