They wrapped everything that could possibly be damaged and took extra pains with the boxes with my dishware and breakables. When I unpacked, there was NO DAMAGE to anything. This is the first time (in over 15 moves) that I can say that. Although my move was just across the state (and they generally do much bigger moves than mine), they fit me into their schedule on less than two weeks notice which saved me. They charged a very fair price for their services and the final amount and the estimate given were virtually identical. The move occurred in a howling snow storm and the destination required some gnarly driving conditions, but Jason and his team actually showed up a little early on pickup and delivery. If you are in central Oregon and want to support a local business that takes real pride in service, call Jason. He may take a little while to get back to you because he is on a job but you won't wait long and you will be in the very best of hands.

They gave me their only available date and time in October and I made it happen. I did not have a ton of items to move but enough that I knew I couldn't lift them and unpack them at the new place. It was practically painless. (Other than the whole pain of moving in the first place). They helped me pack up my TV so it didn't get damaged and a lot of other little extras I appreciated. I left my hubby with a detailed schematic of how it should be laid out in the new place and they assisted with that. It was nice to get out of bed in one place and get into the same bed albeit 150 miles away. I would recommend these guys they are a small company owned by two brothers. They took me at my word and I mailed them a check for half and my hubby paid them the other half upon arrival at the destination. I would use them again. Even though I Insisted they should not travel... over a 2-3 day conversation, as weather became worse - they Insisted On Coming To Vancouver, Washington - Ice Everywhere! My Storage Facility wouldn't open the gates, as the pavement was "A Sheet Of Ice"! So Central Oregon Moving Services decided to find an Indoor Facility, that would rent them a space - In My Name! Even, the Manager, talked with them about getting a larger storage space - instead of CRAMMING EVERYTHING INTO THE SMALLEST SPACE ‼ But, Central Oregon Moving Services insisted on the smaller space - which I had to pay for - for over 3 years - due to other problems they caused for me! They Never Sent Me An Itemized Statement for their services - even though they claimed they had.... I have many Very Valuable Items Missing - including Persian Carpet, Antiques, Vinyl Albums, etc. They Even COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED A GLASS TIFFANY CHANDELIER - That was packed Totally Safely, in it's original shipping box - into a small moving box ‼ I was stupid enough to trust this team - and during COVID, in Bend, Oregon - I Gave so many items to their team members - camping supplies, clothing, tools, etc. I was so blinded by their being friendly - that I didn't realize they were so dishonorable and dishonest. It was a difficult time for me - and they were friendly when I was in personal contact with them - but, as soon as I was out of their presence, they seemed to have no problem in disrespecting, disregarding any of my wishes.... They won't respond to me or my Realtor's Requests for an Itemized Statement - they said I already was sent a statement - but, I never received Anything From Them‼ They aren't a Member of The Better Business Bureau - and my experience with them, is not a solitary example - as I have seen other Negative Reviews about experiences similar to mine....‼‼‼

Hood, and then we connected with the best, most professional and courteous, meticulous Bend Brothers Moving to help us unload. Cody and Jesse were awesome. I would literally hire these two guys on every future move of my life. There is a reason this company is voted "Best in Bend." They carefully laid out protective barriers on the floors, doors and walls. They were friendly, respectful of our worldly possessions, and kept insisting they would stay and move boxes and furniture anywhere in the house (even though our only goal was to get everything unloaded from the truck and inside in a pile).
