This specific config isn't super common; power management group both wall chargers dynamically sharing the same 60 amp circuit. High Lakes Electric knew exactly what this setup was and quickly got me scheduled. Installation went very smoothly and both chargers worked as expected dynamically splitting the load across the 60 amp circuit. Eventually I plan on adding powershare once it becomes available in Bend, and I know who I will be contacting for the installation!

I was told to just drop it off on 3/2--no specific time was given. When I arrived at 9:30 AM, George didn't know who I was and said he had marked me as a no-show. That should have been my first red flag. I left my truck anyway and was told I'd get a text when it was ready. By 3 PM, I hadn't heard anything, so I called--only to find out it had already been done and no one bothered to notify me. When I picked it up, I was told the dashboard piece we had discussed the week before wasn't ordered and would take about a week. Two weeks later, I had to call again, and once again George had no idea what I was talking about--though somehow the part was there. I scheduled another appointment, and the same thing happened: no call or text when it was ready. We had to stop by, and my truck was just sitting in the lot. To make things worse, the stereo is still having the same issue--music cuts out randomly. I stopped in again on 4/3 and scheduled a follow-up for 4/9, but needed to reschedule. When I called, George again didn't know why I was coming in, put me on hold saying he was "under a car," and never returned to the phone call. I waited nearly 10 minutes before having to hang up and go back to work. I followed up with a text and never got a response. At this point, I'm done. The communication is terrible, the issue was never fixed, and I've had to make multiple trips for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. I just wanted a working stereo--not this level of hassle. I'll be taking my truck somewhere else.
