As we walked in, there were two people behind the counter, a young woman and older man. Neither greeted us or even looked at us. We browsed their showroom for approximately 30 minutes. We had active conversations about the products and our remodel project, and even looked their way multiple times, hoping for acknowledgment. The man gave no notice to us at all, not even a glance. The woman side-eyed us a couple times, but gave us nothing more. We were pleased with their products and got more inspiration, but we are frustrated with the lack of attention. As we walked right by the front desk on the way out, all we got was nasty glare from the woman. While we would love to shop local, our lighting fixtures will be bought online or at another store. Disappointing.

They listened to our ideas, understood our vision, and offered creative solutions that really elevated the space. They handled every bit of the work themselves, and the attention to detail showed in everything they did. The result is something functional and beautiful that we actually use and love. On top of the great work, they were easy to communicate with, stayed on track, and genuinely cared about getting it right. The pricing was fair and transparent throughout. Our yard went from a space we avoided to one of our favorite spots. We are so glad we put our trust in Alex and Dan and would recommend them without hesitation.

This specific config isn't super common; power management group both wall chargers dynamically sharing the same 60 amp circuit. Installation went very smoothly and both chargers worked as expected dynamically splitting the load across the 60 amp circuit. Eventually I plan on adding powershare once it becomes available in Bend, and I know who I will be contacting for the installation!
