This specific config isn't super common; power management group both wall chargers dynamically sharing the same 60 amp circuit. High Lakes Electric knew exactly what this setup was and quickly got me scheduled. Installation went very smoothly and both chargers worked as expected dynamically splitting the load across the 60 amp circuit. But it's all perfectly re-assembled now. I appreciate that he took the time to make sure all the parts were fitting perfectly; he replaced damaged parts, and anchored the system to the wall in a super secure way that is better than what previous owner had done: I could not be happier with the outcome! Danny is super nice and courteous, and I especially appreciate the fact that he quoted me a flat rate, unlike virtually every other handyman I've ever hired! When it came time for billing, I was surprised to learn that a second technician had been onsite, as that hadn't been discussed in advance. As a result, the labor cost came in about 2x higher than I expected. To be fair, I live on the second floor of a condo (with elevator access), and the installation was more complex due to the flooring, so I don't question the time or effort involved. To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work!
