As we walked in, there were two people behind the counter, a young woman and older man. Neither greeted us or even looked at us. We browsed their showroom for approximately 30 minutes. We had active conversations about the products and our remodel project, and even looked their way multiple times, hoping for acknowledgment. The man gave no notice to us at all, not even a glance. The woman side-eyed us a couple times, but gave us nothing more. We were pleased with their products and got more inspiration, but we are frustrated with the lack of attention. As we walked right by the front desk on the way out, all we got was nasty glare from the woman. While we would love to shop local, our lighting fixtures will be bought online or at another store. Disappointing.

On top of the great work, they were easy to communicate with, stayed on track, and genuinely cared about getting it right. The pricing was fair and transparent throughout.
