We have been with TIdy village since August 2019. I interviewed every company in Bend and found LAuna to be the most professional, caring--as soon as I met her I realized I wasn't another revenue source, she actually career about me and our home. The praise her employees say about her only confirms this isn't another one of those "don't care" services with rotating workers. This is a true family business built on passion and service

She's become a good friend. We'll keep her forever. It took a long time to find anyone we trusted this much. When Beth told me she only uses eco-friendly products that are safe for my family and pets, I scheduled a cleaning. She did an amazing job! So much so, that we scheduled her to clean our home every two weeks. Her prices are reasonable, and it helps so much to have cleaning taken off of my to-do list! Also, she's very flexible. If I ever need to change the date or time, I ask her over text, she responds quickly, and we find a time that works for both of us. I highly recommend Juniper Green Cleaning for any cleaning needs.

Patrick flat out lied to me about their use of green cleaning products, failed to follow up on what he told me regarding how to schedule and just overall poorly communicated with me. He just simply dropped the ball. When I expressed that using green cleaning products was important to me, Patrick told me they were a "completely green company and only used pet/kid safe products." When I asked him about it again after they actually cleaned with non-green products, he looked at me like I was crazy, and then said "we have a green spray we can use on the toilets." How's that "completely green?" When I told him my scheduling needs were for roughly every two weeks and potentially a different day, he said "no problem...just text me like the Saturday before and I'll get back to you to confirm." That worked for the second visit, then silence after requesting the third visit. I let the entire week go by, then reached out again to ask if I could get on his schedule for the next week. His response was that he had been bogged down with a family health issue and too much other business. Then silence again...absolutely no attempt from him to schedule me. OK, life happens...I get it...but then you just go MIA again after excusing yourself from not even acknowledging my first request? That was a month ago and I've not heard one word from him. It became apparent that my ongoing small job was just not enough for them to prioritize, let alone even contact me to schedule service. If you're a big ticket customer, I imagine you may get better service, but if you're just a small fish, you'll be better off to find someone different.
