I wasn't sure exactly how much work I needed or how long it would take, but Bill was very understanding. What was thought to be a few hours of work turned out to be all Saturday. He was at my apartment from 10 AM till 8 at night. There were several times where I needed items from Home Depot and Ace Hardware store and he left and picked them all up for me. He is a phenomenal handyman. He mounted my 47" Flat screen tv up on the wall. He put 15 different shelves . He created a pot rack , by using material he purchased from the hardware store. He created a system to store and display all of my mugs in my kitchen . I have a studio apartment and he helped design a closet system that doubled my space. Bill carried up all of my shelves and some furniture up two levels of stairs for me too . Bill was kind and I felt safe and happy to have him in my home. He was extremely meticulous, paid close attention to every detail and I swear my apartment was spotless when he left. He cleaned and mopped all of the dust left from the walls and helped take the garbage and boxes downstairs for me. The second time I hired Maid in heaven Shonda came to clean the apartment. and Bill came to do a few more shelves. The previous week I made homemade potpourri and boiled it on the stove which caused there to be many stains that were left on my ceiling and walls. When they were done cleaning the walls were spotless the ceiling was bright and white. Everything was perfect. All of my items were dusted and handled with such care. They are kind and trustworthy people and I am so glad I found them!!! I would recommend them for any kind of handyman help you may need in your home and fantastic cleaning service. The estimator was friendly and gave me a reasonable quote for a deep clean and as I requested bi-weekly house cleaning. I've been using Cleaner Living for almost three months now and I've had the same house cleaner, Sonia, the entire time. She's thorough, very friendly and considerate. We work from home with dogs and she easily works around us and the chaos. Our house looks great and I look forward to her visits. Oh! I almost forgot, Cleaner Living is an eco-friendly cleaning service and uses non-toxic, hypoallergenic, green cleaning supplies. If you are allergic to scents they won't use any. Then I was told that they couldn't possibly get it done (2 cleaners, 6 hours, 2000 sq feet house) and to let them know what "couple of areas" to focus on for that price. I have had a cleaner that did the whole house herself in 6 hours and did very well but hadn't been available. So why even quote that price in the beginning if it's impossible? So I said no thank you and contacted the previous cleaner who was now available and she did the whole house herself 6 and a half hours for 280. And she did things that were on their list as extra, which would have cost even more. Things like making the beds and emptying all the trash are considered extra. The things they consider a deep clean are really just a regular clean.
