Perfect Cleaning Home Cleaners - Bend, Oregon…read more Booking an appointment through their website was quick and easy, though they do seem to be quite busy. A couple of days before the scheduled date, I phoned to confirm the basics. We agreed on an arrival time, and the call was both professional and polite. On the day of the cleaning, a team of four arrived exactly as agreed. After a quick walkthrough, they got to work. Over the next three hours, they cleaned places I would never have even considered. My apartment had a lot of dust, and now there is none. This was, without question, the most expensive cleaning service I have ever used. I have hired cleaners in San Francisco, Vancouver BC, and Singapore, and for similar services the cost was roughly half. The total billed was $605, which included a discount I believe covered oven cleaning, an item I had been told would be extra beyond the hourly rate of $55 per cleaner. The overall cost was not a surprise, as we had discussed the pricing beforehand. I expected the total to be around $600, and it was. After the cleaning was complete, the invoice was sent via email, and tipping can be added at that time. That said, I am very pleased with the results. Everywhere I look is spotless. The entire team was polite, professional, and efficient, like the Navy SEALs of cleaning. (added note: my apartment is just under 1200 square feet)

Do not hire this company unless you want to get overcharged and ripped off. After requesting a detailed invoice with the hours worked the owner was forced to reduce his cost because it was impossible to justify over 30 hours of cleaning for a empty home. Yet he continued to fabricate hours worked so yes it is a fraud when a cleaning company claims to have had 5 cleaners onsite when I was actually at the house and you only had 2. i walked the entire home. Claiming that your cleaning staff worked almost 11 hours straight without meal breaks is also against hourly wage state laws. Half the pictures you posted are not of the correct home so that is also a lie. And when you say the "rich person" didn't pay any of the bill you know we had a conversation where you hung up on me where I suggested we reach an agreement. Very unprofessional. I think you're embarrassed at being caught in a lie and people don't spent thousands of dollars to clean a move out rental home. Looks like I need to file a restraining order since you appear to be stalking me and my family. Talking about where someone works and where their children go to school over a poor review is not only poor judgement but frankly frightening. The property was vacant so no one was aware that the furnace was not functioning. I don't own the home as it is a rental. The property management company was notified immediately of the heater issue and called to schedule a repair. The owner of the company brought out heaters the next day. Your staff could have left the job if the conditions were not comfortable but instead they claim to have spent 30 hours there. Sorry, almost considered "thousands" but invoiced $1892.90 to clean a vacant house. So anyone who wants to hire someone for $35 per hour but get fraudulently charged $1892.90 to clean a vacated rental home they can hire you.
