I have been using Pine Country for a number of years now and I just realized that I have not reviewed them on Yelp. I gave them a glowing review on Google, so I am making up for my mistake! My wife and I have a rather cluttered home that is challenging for any cleaning service. In addition, we have an indoor cat that loves to escape! Not only has Pine Country consistently provided us with stellar service but they have never let the cat out! Pine Country is totally trustworthy, prompt and efficient! I was really hoping the owner was going to respond to me by now, but no. Don't bother with this company. Just because you sign a contract & list the things that need to be clean is no guarantee they will do it. Showed up almost 3 hours late. By the time they arrived it was dark outside. They rushed. The young girl had an attitude and they refused to do a final walk through when they were finished. A few photos of the damage on my wall and items that were not cleaned when asked. Hire a company with higher standards of integrity not just trying to get your money and go home. Just be honest and if something breaks admit to it. Pine Country Cleaning came to house 3 or 4 times. One of the girls went outside to cry to boss and they left when I was talking to boss that called. The boss started to say I made this girl cry, well she's not old enough to be working in people oriented job. I've never in my life had such a bad experience. I later called Cameron, who has always been really acommadationg, and helped me calm down. In the beginning I was supposed to have someone from Pine to come and look over house, never happened. I did take pictures 2 weeks ago and sent to the one that walked out leaving a mess. Totally unacceptable. Owner lied.and said she had talked to my last cleaner, she didn't I called lady who is a friend and had not talked to anyone from Pine for over 4 years. Horrible and degrading experience. But I won't let it bother me. I get nothing but compliments on actions, personality and demeanor. So there's always another cleaning company, USE IT. read more

I contacted Pin Country Cleaning when I was out of town. I had to have my house cleaned before I got home because my grandson has serious allergies. They came the NEXT day and cleaned my entire home when I only asked for the upstairs.They were so nice, did an absolutely fantastic job and saved me!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Awful. Awful. Awful. I booked Angie and her teams based off of reviews. But after they came to my house and made several mistakes. I learned most of their 5 star reviews are fake! Anyways, The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only that, I had hired her to clean a family members home that really needed some help. When I asked her why some things were still so dirty she proceeded to insult their home and call them "disgusting." I have saved all the text messages to prove how rude and unprofessional she is. I've read plenty of other reviews that echo the sentiment, so apparently my experience was not isolated. read more

From my first contact to schedule the cleaning job to waving goodbye-bye to the crew after cleaning - my experience was awesome!! Jared arrived with his crew ready to work. They were all super friendly. Jared went through the itemized cleaning list with me prior to beginning and assured me they would do a great job. He delivered on his promise. The job was completed in less time than anticipated AND for less money. Upon completion, Jared asked me to go through the entire house with him as I opened drawers, cabinets, and inspected their work. They also did a good job trying to ensure consistency with the cleaning staff that came to our home. The cleaning staff was on time and talked with us about particular cleaning needs each time they came. Summer was primarily the staff we worked with and she was great. i would like to start off responding to jeneen F . I'm the girl who cleaned your house and went crying to my boss :). I'd like to give the public insight to this women. she had cleaners before me, though we were put on the schedule because I am known for making even the most difficult clients happy. Upon our arrival, there were ridiculous requests made. Now I'd like everyone to keep in mind. We are a cleaning company not a maid service. We do the basics, your bathrooms, your kitchen, dusting, and floors. She requested I scrub her floors in the bathroom with a tooth brush, we were to take off her lights in the kitchen and wash them. We were to move her furniture around while we were doing floors. On top of all of this, she would not let us use our own cleaning products such as our vacuums and mops she claimed she didn't know where they had been and she didn't want them in her house. So she provided us with a crappy steam mop and a god awful Dyson vacuum. to those who don't know, we come fully stocked with products. We have a hard floor vacuum that had a long neck specifically so we can get under everything. during our last visit two weeks ago 6-18-24 we decided that we would give her one more chance . i Wanted to see if she would complain about her floors to which she did. I told her using our vacuums would fix the whole problem simply because her Dyson does not fit under the bed and we can't move certain things. I am one of pine countries most reputable, cleaners, and in the year I have Been here I have gotten one complaint. My clients know me for being detailed and for doing extra things. I often have no problem doing extra request. I often take out trashes for my clients breakdown recycling do anything extra that I can help because my priority is making sure my client is happy when I leave. I don't know if you recall Jeneen, but during our last visit, I was very sweet to you. I shared interest with you and sat and talked outside with with you and shared Amazon links to things that could be helpful for you. Simply when I showed up today on 7-2-24 I greeted her and asked how her day was which she simply replied good and then got straight to telling me everything that I did wrong. She stated that she would have to be cleaning with us today because we don't know how to do anything apparently. Yes I did walk out crying because I have never been so belittled by someone, another human being. She truly made me feel like I was less than her and I simply didn't Appreciate that. She act as if we are not the same breed that I am something disgusting that is coming into her house to simply serve her. So I told my teammate to pack her stuff and that we are leaving because I am not going to have someone working under me feeling like they are less than. We are not her first cleaners she has gone through many there had been multiple complaints throughout my time cleaning for her, which was very little. She complained about the floors yet she let her dog in right as we were done, mopping to piss on the floor... she complained that her house was dirty two weeks after our original cleaning date. This is why we come biweekly because your house gets dirty in between especially if you don't keep up the maintenance yourself. Having cleaners is not a necessity. It is a luxury. I had high hopes when hiring this cleaning crew. Response time & politness was a 10at the beginning. We asked to get my home market ready. We live on the Coast and our Vacation home is in Powell Butte. The house was being shown this morning and we had not made it over the Mountains in a while and had not walked through the cleaning until yesterday. Ugh we found that the cleaners took everything that we purposely left out like a basket of bath soaps and shampoo, this along side with other personal items were thrown into our Master walk in closet. The liquids leaked onto our carpet..when I contacted the owner about the crew missing part of the rec room cleaning & the leaked bath products she became very rude to me.. Not apologetic and resorted to correct me...you can see by the owners response that somehow I'm responsible due to the fact that I was not available for the walk through. I never questioned the amount paid when discussing the project. When paying a premium price I would have thought the owner would have offered to send a crew and take off the extra expenses for the mistakes they made on the first cleaning... Glad I have other options available for future needs. read more

I had 2 other cleaners flake on me last minute and so I called Pine Country the day before we moved in and they showed up as promised with very little advanced notice. The girls did a great job and were very thorough. I was a bit hesitant reading some other reviews but can say now that I am picky and they came through for me so I'd ignore the other negative reviews and give them a shot. Fair price and dependable. I ordered a whole-house cleaning of a home that was empty. Communication with the office was great; they kept me informed of the team's arrival and departure. Unfortunately, the cleaning wasn't as great. After pointing out what I wanted cleaned, they said they would do all that plus what they regularly do. I was pleased. Until I returned. When doing an after cleaning walk-thru I noticed some of the things I specifically wanted cleaned wasn't cleaned. When I pointed it out to them they said they tried and it wouldn't come clean. After they left, I re-cleaned the entire house and found they had not cleaned more than they did clean! Everything they said they "tried" to clean, I had no trouble cleaning myself. They said they sent out four employees (for a very small house?); I only saw two. I wonder if they said they sent four in order to charge a higher price for sending out more employees. The total cleaning was very expensive (because of the "four" employees, they said) and the overall cleaning was subpar to say the least. I am disappointed in this company and do not recommend them. read more
