Patrick is very friendly and gives off a great first impression, but things really took a turn for the worse once I hired him. Patrick flat out lied to me about their use of green cleaning products, failed to follow up on what he told me regarding how to schedule and just overall poorly communicated with me. He just simply dropped the ball. When I expressed that using green cleaning products was important to me, Patrick told me they were a "completely green company and only used pet/kid safe products." When I asked him about it again after they actually cleaned with non-green products, he looked at me like I was crazy, and then said "we have a green spray we can use on the toilets." How's that "completely green?" When I told him my scheduling needs were for roughly every two weeks and potentially a different day, he said "no problem...just text me like the Saturday before and I'll get back to you to confirm." That worked for the second visit, then silence after requesting the third visit. I let the entire week go by, then reached out again to ask if I could get on his schedule for the next week. His response was that he had been bogged down with a family health issue and too much other business. Then silence again...absolutely no attempt from him to schedule me. OK, life happens...I get it...but then you just go MIA again after excusing yourself from not even acknowledging my first request? That was a month ago and I've not heard one word from him. It became apparent that my ongoing small job was just not enough for them to prioritize, let alone even contact me to schedule service. If you're a big ticket customer, I imagine you may get better service, but if you're just a small fish, you'll be better off to find someone different. read more

Muddy Paws came to my home for a deep cleaning. Stayed one hour, charged me 300. That is 60 per crew member per hour. They did a few projects well, a few half assed, and most of the house they did not touch. They did not do projects I had specifically asked for. It is nearly a year later, and I am still upset. I don't have a lot of money and am semi-disabled, so I was really looking forward to having my house cleaned. I felt so ripped off and don't want them to do this to you. read more

The owner of the service over books and under-delivers. His business model needs revision. He prides himself on super speedy jobs (by putting several workers at each site and allotting insufficient time to complete each job). He will take your cash and leave no explanation of why the job was incomplete. Add: Patrick, you don't remember me because you and your crew spent less than an hour with me (your words). I have the bank statement and text stream to prove it. God bless. read more

Always punctual, thorough, and fast. They were also understanding if we needed to change times, be out of the house, or be home during the cleaning. Lastly, I never worried about our pups being with them during the cleaning, they took care of them and made sure they were happy. read more

Patrick and team did an outstanding job on our move out clean. From the walls to the floors everything was left beautifully clean. They were prompt and dealt with our changes very professionally. read more

May be good, may be bad, don't really know because at the time I called him he was too busy to discuss scheduling me, but said he'd call me back that afternoon or evening. I'm still waiting. But hey, I found out there are many cleaning services out there who really want my business. I wish contractors would have the courage to just say they're too busy to schedule so I can try another option. I'd respect them a lot more. Very sorry to hear about your loss, but this incident took place on July 6, not last week. read more

We have had Muddy Paws clean our home for about four years and we have never been disappointed. This business is family owned and operated so we are always dealing with the owner. This team is awesome! We have four dogs, two cats and a three story house. In our last house we had one person come who took about 4 hours to go through our house. Patrick and team arrive every week and thoroughly go through our entire house in about 45 minutes. The kitchen is spotless, the woodwork is nicely oiled and the pets get lots of attention. They are friendly, courteous and care about doing quality work. read more

Muddy Paws has been cleaning my Grandmother's house for 5 years now. Whenever I've been around while they're cleaning, they have been polite, friendly, and their expertise shows consistently each and every time. Patrick and his team are the real deal! They've lifted a huge burden of my shoulders when it comes to house cleaning. Not my favorite way to spend an evening or weekend after a 5 day work week. They do a great and thorough job on my little house and Patrick is super easy to communicate with. I highly recommend MUDDY PAWS to anyone and everyone! read more

Patrick and his team are great! I am hardly ever home and when I am cleaning is the last thing I have time for. These guys save the day- they come in with all the tools/ cleaning supplies/ people needed and knock it out in an hour. My place is a 3 bed 3 bath and it would take me 2 days to do what they do in 60 minutes. I usually call or text with a few available time slots and Patrick responds quickly with their availability. It's also really reasonably priced especially when you think about the fact that they usually bring 3-5 people. If you want a fast effective cleaning crew to help with the dirty work I would recommend Muddy Paws! read more

Disappointing and Expensive. Of the three specific requests that I gave Patrick, only one was completed, and for a superficial cleaning of half of a medium sized home, two windows, and a sliding glass door, I was charged $240. My husband and I had cleaned our house in advance of Patrick's team coming because we wanted them to perform a deep clean and focus on three priorities: our oven, cleaning the inside and outside of our cabinets, and cleaning two windows and a sliding glass door. They only did the last one, and I had to spend 3 hours doing the work that I had asked them to do. When I received the bill, for cleaning all of about 600 or 700 sq. ft. and a handful of windows, I was absolutely shocked that an hour spent on such a small space that had already been cleaned would cost so much. I will say that for the work they performed, they did a fine job. But certainly not worth $240, even if they had actually done the tasks that were requested. I also gave Patrick a chance by emailing him my concerns and this review and never got a response. read more
