As a result, the labor cost came in about 2x higher than I expected. To be fair, I live on the second floor of a condo (with elevator access), and the installation was more complex due to the flooring, so I don't question the time or effort involved. To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work!
