After years of Mop-n-Glo shining my wood floors and then leaving layer upon layer of dirty, impossible-to-remove residue, I was completely discouraged. My mother-in-law was coming to visit and I had to find help fast. I contacted multiple floor cleaning companies in Bend and they either didn't know what to do with floors this bad or they wanted an ungodly amount to fix this mess. Pristine Floor Care was the answer to all of my problems. William was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional and his price was super affordable. Finally my floor is up to my mother-in-law's standards! It's seriously like Christmas morning every time I look at that shiny, clean wood. I will definitely be spreading the word and using Pristine Floor Care in the future!

ConSeal epoxied my garage floor…read more This is a modern company with old-fashioned values. Make no mistake they are up to date in every way - technology, products, and installation methods. They believe in offering a first-rate product at a fair price. They are not going to distract you with slick presentations, glitz and glamour, they'll just tell you the truth. When you get a quote from ConSeal the person that comes and does the assessment is the person who is going to do the job. You can tell from the very beginning there is no puffery here. When Jason comes to give you a quote, his attire is not all polished, but his work is. Which would you rather have? Several other companies talk about guarantees. ConSeal's guarantee is in the finished product. If it is not up to their and your standards, they'll make it right. How do I know? Because they did it for me. ConSeal did my project on time and on budget. In addition, Jason and his crew came when they promised, were unfailingly polite, answered our questions during the process, and went out of their way to help out when they could. Maybe you want a flashy truck parked outside your house or a glitzy presentation, and that's okay, but if you want reliable service, great people, and results - choose ConSeal. David

They caught the cement not mixing and told the truck to leave the job site. Contractor ended up tearing up junk concrete. Then using another concrete company to finish the job. So to continue on this crappy cement pad deal. I have spent time and money and anguish on what Mikes will not do anything about. As I was using my 3,000 psi preasure washer to clean the cement, the water was leaving cut marks in the concrete. It was cutting the concrete! I called and asked Connie if they had any sort of guarantee on the quality of cement. She said "no, they do not" She spoke that she had not heard of any compalints in the 15 years that she has been there. NOT TRUE! as I called 5 times about it in the last year. You are welcome call me and come and look at what they left me with. I can show you where the concrete is soft and it turns up concrete dust using wire brush. 541-526-0910. So, I went to my computer and did a quick search and found Five Star Painting of Bend. I requested a quote through Yelp and they responded in under an hour. The representative walked me through the process and arrived to estimate the project later that day. The estimate went well and I appreciated the willingness to work with me on various issues around the house. The job took just a little over a week and it looked fantastic! I almost didn't want to sell it anymore. In addition to painting the kitchen windows, doors, hand rail, balusters, Ryan also repaired damaged door jams, replaced three broken floor tiles, installed new kitchen cabinet hardware and even replaced a small section of wall in my laundry room. Thanks again for all your hard work.

However; one of the reasons I selected this business (and paid more than other bids) is because of the 2-year warranty that they offered, which turned out to be useless. When the 2-year mark arrived, it was like pulling teeth to get Adam to honor his warranty. He would ghost me for long stretches. After several months of nagging, I did eventually get him to come out, but he had one crew member who spent about 1.5 hours working on the bubbled areas (and there were lots!). Adam assured me his crew would sand/scrape the bubbled areas, but they didn't do that. The guy just slapped paint over the spots. Obviously, that isn't going to hold. Now, I am faced with fixing the mess myself. All of that nagging for 1.5 hours of work by one guy! They also wouldn't fix the front door which had not fared well over the 2 years and the wood was splitting. If you care at all about the warranty, I would skip this contractor. And I certainly will NOT be a repeat customer.
