However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. Stay away from Webfoot and go to other vendors. Buyer beware! Unhappy customer in Bend ,OR

The…read moreonly issue we had was actually pretty funny... the crew 'locked' us out of the house when we left for something (they had covered all the front entrances with plastic/paper). After that we learned to leave an escape route on the side they weren't working on. :) Super nice guys. Very respectful and easy to work with. Daniel came back in person to check on things and to let us know that they'd be an extra day because they ran out of some trim paint. I'll be giving them a ring when our other house needs paint. The representative walked me through the process and arrived to estimate the project later that day. The estimate went well and I appreciated the willingness to work with me on various issues around the house. The job took just a little over a week and it looked fantastic! I almost didn't want to sell it anymore. In addition to painting the kitchen windows, doors, hand rail, balusters, Ryan also repaired damaged door jams, replaced three broken floor tiles, installed new kitchen cabinet hardware and even replaced a small section of wall in my laundry room. Additionally we wanted to refinish our old oak cabinetry with a new whit finish. We interviewed a lot of painters and even hired someone different initially.(before meeting James) Luckily the Guy we hired turned out to be totally irresponsible and just decided to not do the job after contract signed and paid 50% because "he wasn't feeling the vibe...?" Anyhow that was a blessing in disguise. The first time we met James we felt very comfortable with him. He was VERY thorough in walking the house... taking notes... giving his thoughts. I liked him so much I cancelled the other quotes I had scheduled and told him immediately that I wanted to work with him if we could keep within our budget. He ended up giving me a quote on the spot and we scheduled our service immediately. He's a busy guy so we had to wait a few weeks, but as the saying goes... "the best things come to those whom wait." He arrived on time every day with his partner Jeremy. The two of them worked super hard and even accommodated some changes on the fly. I could not be happier with the work they did, and not only would I hire them again but I consider both guys friends after having them in my home for a couple weeks.
