Poor communication between the designer, the installer and management. Repeated lack of follow through and broken promises- their word meant nothing. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. My contractor refuses to work with them due to their incompetence and I wonder how they stay in business. A simple shower and countertop remodel that turned into an almost year long nightmare. I'm still waiting for them to finish cutting the first countertop that I'm giving to my son because the matching tiles were a different color than the showroom sample ("not Baptista's fault"). I've gotten texts since December that they'll get to it as soon as they can - it's been 3 months.
