His only response to use was "find another contractor" Nothing was salvageable and it cost us an additional 81% of our downpayment to fix his mistakes and poor quality of work. He offered plenty of sob story excuses and no effort to fix his mess. Think long and hard about hiring Integrity Jack of all Trades. He has no integrity and poor quality workmanship. Buyer beware!
