The prep work removed some semi loose material which helped to stabilize the pre existing cracks and thus destabilized my driveway. The crew didn't realize their mistake until my neighbor notified them they were at the wrong address. No one left any sort of message or even a card on my door to notify me. I reached out and spoke with the owner, Jesse Gowers, who said he would put tar sealer in the cracks and take care of it at no charge. He also told me his crew never mentioned to him what they had done, which struck me as very sketchy. Some weeks have passed and I reached out to PS to find out why they didn't do the repair work as promised. Well, they are now REFUSING to do what they gave me their word they were going to do. The owner was extremely irresponsible and unprofessional, callous, and rude when trying to work it out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
