It's been great working with AccuAir Heating & Cooling this past week. I had my outdoor unit go out on us, and I called that evening. They were able to get us scheduled and fixed the very next morning. Additionally, they scheduled a follow up appointment today (exactly a week later) to check on the maintenance and follow up on their previous appointment. They have been a pleasure to work. Richard Rolls, their tech onsite, was very personable and easy to work with. Dave and Kris, as the owners, are fantastic people all around. I'll be changing from my previous company for maintenance to AccuAir. Overall, a great experience! read more

I was sold the Air Scrubber. I was not informed that the bulb needs to be replaced every two years. They want $564 to replace the bulb. So the Air Scrubber cost $24 a month to run. Why did the sales man not inform me of that? Also took 3 times for a correct instal. I was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience, water everywhere and unit that did not work. I would not use this company. read more

Emergency service over weekend. Fast and through. I am happy to have heat again. Thank you.

Very, very expensive. Felt like I was really being worked to spend more and more. DECEPTIVE business practices.

Fair professional dealings . My newly installed A/C-heat pump worked great until it didn't. Either bad motor or improperly wired. Regardless they came and fixed it quickly. Works great now. They communicated well. The rebate offered was simple easy and great . Glad I went with them read more

AccuAir was great to work with. Making an appointment was easy; they had a great deal on pre-home sale inspections and were able to do the additional work required on the first visit. Their prices were very reasonable. Alex left the work area clean and neat! I highly recommend them. read more

They were the best price! 25% cheaper than Roth heating and cooling. Very professional and good work too

A++ install job and customer service, from quote to install to follow up walkthrough. These guys know their stuff and patiently went through every step in detail. They were always appreciative that they were making major changes in our home to install a new hvac system and regularly asked if I had any questions or concerns. They were super tidy and careful to protect surfaces. The install crew, Emmitt and Sean, were very knowledgeable, precise and took pride in their work. Everything was top notch. Mike for quoting and walkthrough was always informative and went the extra mile to answer questions. Veronica in the office was always a cheerful helper to make sure everything was scheduled and went smoothly. These guys are what you hope to get when you hire a contractor. read more

Great response and overall service and customer information. Excellent company to trust in an environment of clowns and scam companies that prey on customers in need. Honest people with customer service as a priority. read more

How refreshing... a real home town company. On time. Thorough. Kind. Clear. Fair. What else could I ask for?

Their prices are fair and they did not do unnecessary work which had been recommended by another company. I highly recommend them!

Tyler was Early, calling first to confirm that was ok. His work was excellent, he explained everything and showed us features on our furnace we were not aware of. We are very pleased with our service and the price was very reasonable. read more

Thank you Accu for saving my day!! From start to finish received A+ customer service, best heating / AC company in town. Had heard about Dave from a neighbor they were right awesome guy and company. Moved into my home and did a large remodel installing brand new Trane units about a year and a half ago. I called that company ( that did the install not Accu) and told them I had an emergency as my house was freezing and I have small children. Should I mention it's also 16 degrees out today - worst winter ever in Bend? Putting a high end heating unit in I never expected this problem as I maintain filters etc. that company left me hanging saying I would be on their pending call list and hopefully get out in the next few days - what is that?! I called Dave at 8 am this morning he had me on the schedule for 2pm and his guys showed up early by 10 am WOW!! Super nice service guys clean and respectful. They showed me the problem, simple fix and were done and heat back on by 11 am - incredible!! Super blown away by outstanding service Thank you for saving our day!! read more

AccuAir Heating & Cooling - Accu saved my day in this wild winter!! Thank you Dave!! Keep up the A+ job - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Redmond, Oregon

Mike Dixon did a fantastic job in cleaning my unit! He was early and very professional! You will not be disappointed with this company!

Mason at AccuAir was fantastic!! They responded quickly came out the next business day, diagnosed my issue and had it repaired within 3 days, due to ordering the part and the Christmas holiday. The heater is working perfectly now and I signed up for an annual service to assume my system is clean and running year round! read more

Once again we have been amazed at the detail of service by the techs at AccuAir. Mason and Scott came to our houses and checked out our heating system and recommended possible upgrades to our systems. The yearly contract of checking our air conditioning and heating systems assured when we needed them working, they did. read more

Showed up in mask for estimate, gave a detailed estimate, assisted in finding reviews of other products. Estimate was written detailed and easy to follow. Installers showed up on time, worked their tails off and when they left about 7:30 pm, place was clean, we were instructed in use and the new heat pump worked w/o a problem. The follow up inspection was similar and good advice and tips given for efficiency and ease of operation. We went with the American Standard #tem6a0e24. I will try to remember to post after this winter to report on efficiency and savings but I cam say now that it is noisier than our 26 year old Carrier. And just maybe, maybe it seems to work harder ( more often) than the carrier. But the installer is a true five star. read more

We bought our new heat pump from Accuair back in 2018 and had a service check on 5/26/2022. I just received my electric bill and I was in shock to see how high it was. Looking into my thermostat history I noticed we have been running auxiliary heat since May. Right after our service call. So I made a call to Accuair and explained what I had found and was informed they would not be able to come out until 12/27/2022 (12 days later) and if I wanted them out sooner it would be an emergency call. Even after I explained that it looked like it was something there service tech changed I received the same response that it would be an emergency call. I finally look into the settings and found out the settings had been changed to emergency heating. Needless to say I will NEVER call Accuair for service again. read more

Can't offer enough praise about AccUAir. Start to finish a positive experience. Discovered that my electric furnace in a cabin that I had purchased in August was not connected properly to the heat pump. Big job to correct. Rourke and Scott had to spend a good deal of time in the attic coaxing the wiring through to the new thermostat. Impressed With their knowledge and professionalism. Covered floors with sheets and wore booties and cleaned up a mess ... the furnace is next to the front door.. inside the house! Explained everything and answered all my questions. Also did all the corresponding with the home warranty company. Would recommend to anyone!!! read more

I have used four different heating/cooling services in Central Oregon. I have yearly service done and also installed a new system. Dave was awesome to work with and his employees were great guys compared to the other companies. Another company sent two guys out to look at an issue with my zone heating. This was the same company that originally installed my new system. They spent eight hours here researching the issue. After numerous phone calls to Trane, waiting on return calls, eating lunch, etc... I was determined that I needed $4000 in school new control board. The issue was minor enough that I decided not to replace the board. Big service bill from them to say the least. Dave offered to look at my system for FREE and make a recommendation. He was here my himself for two hours. Fixed several other minor issues for me, educated us on our system operation and fixed the zone heating issue. Simply unplugged one wire and the zone heating issue was fixed. Saved me $4000 in a new control board. Charged me $200 cause he actually fixed the issue and did other work as well. Well worth the service charge. I am sold on his company! read more

They were quick to get the parts and repair the heater so that we can have heat in the house. Another company told me that it would take 3 weeks to get the part but Accuair got it in days. I appreciated their quick response time. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job repairing our heater. read more

I highly recommend AccuAir Heatingand Cooling. They are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, informative, timely and very professional in each step of providing their services. We called AccuAir for a second opion after a frustrating experience with Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. Dave discovered our heatpump wasn't compatible with the furnace (malfunctioned 8 years later and warranty paperwork hadn't been sent in when they did the install) very disappointing! Dave was honest and upfront with us as he explained our situation and options. Thanks to AccuAir we are enjoying a nice cool home now and looking forward to a warm home this winter with a system that works properly and under warrenty. Thank You Dave, Service and Office staff! Our heat pump stopped working during the 100 degree heat spell this month and after getting bids from 4 providers we chose AccuAir. Our experience echoes all the other reviewers - Dave did an impressive job of preparing a proposal and personally reviewed it with us. We did our homework also so didn't go into the process blindly. Decided upon the American Standard Platinum 850, based on Dave's recommendation and are beyond satisfied - we are amazed at how quiet and effective it is! Thankfully he was able to get the install scheduled quickly also. Andrew and the crew who installed the unit were outstanding as well. Everyone we've dealt with have been professional, friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Highly recommend them. read more

We obtained 3 different quotes for a new furnace. They were the cheapest. That is not the most important thing but they carried the top ranked equipment. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The crew that did the installation was friendly, considerate and efficient. We needed a few minor tweaks in the settings and came in a timely manner. All is working great right now. We made the right decision ! read more

Our heat pump stopped working over Thanksgiving weekend...of course when we had a house full of people. They were able to send a technician out within a few days, and even offered an emergency appointment if it was necessary. Between the initial appointment, ordering specific parts, and a prompt return visit, the office and Dave had excellent communication, service and follow through. The owner, Dave came out with the original technician finished the job at 8 o clock at night in 20 degree weather. Couldn't recommend this company more, and feel very grateful typing this in my warm house. THANK YOU! read more

We had four area companies evaluate and quote the replacement of a gas floor furnace for our mill house. We have been very happy with the performance and lack of blower noise for the furnace, but it is difficult to find a company that still handles them. We got everything from "the city is going to condemn your house unless you do this or that, and you'll need to find another additional contractor to handle some of the work" to "we can't do the job without a large outlay to meet city codes". We were fortunate to contact Dave at AccuAir and he was both familiar with the furnace and was way ahead of the game on how to install the unit to pass the building codes. The team from AccuAir was extremely professional, personal, fast, and neat. The quote was ideal for our budget and the installation passed city inspection without a hitch. It was so great to deal with a company that knew what they were doing, weren't trying to upsell you into something expensive, and did not use scare tactics. We would not hesitate to use AccuAir again, and feel very comfortable recommending them. Orchard District in Bend read more

Dave and his crew are some of the most knowledgeable in the business. Honest, courteous and clean. These guys were in and out in 2 days with my new heat pump and air handler install. Always called back in a reasonable time when I had a question too. White glove treatment the entire time...which I really appreciate in this day in age. Funny thing is, after Dave and his crew were done With the install, system walk through and operational check out, I received the return call from the other 2 HVAC companies I had sent requests into 2 Weeks earlier! . Day late and a dollar short.... that's why they didn't get my business. Always return a potential customers call. Regardless of how busy you might be. read more

Excellent experience with a really nice, knowledgable person. I had service from AccuAir a year ago in my house in Powell Butte, OR and just now writing the review. Forgot to write the review but didn't forget the great service. Totally recommend ! read more

These folks have been very responsive and extremely helpful. Other companies who shall remain nameless can't be bothered to ever call you back. These guys were super in that regard. They did great work were friendly and professional, and didn't charge me crazy prices. I have the yearly service contract with them and for 3 years now it's been one less headache. They arrive when they say they will. Wow, what a concept! Too bad so many other businesses are not half as good. read more

Just had a service technician (Mike Dixon) come out and make a diagnosis of our ailing AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He not only arrived on time, but had the receptionist call for a follow up within 15 minutes of his departure, just as he said he would. It is so good to have a company that does what they say they will do. Looking forward to working with such an honorable company. They came out the same day we called them. When does that ever happen?! Thank you AccuAir for your integrity. read more

These guys (& gals) deserve their 5 star rating. After a downright awful experience with Central Oregon Heating & Cooling, I called AccuAir because of their good reviews. From the first interaction they have been friendly, kind & professional. You can tell they care about their customers. We signed up for their twice yearly maintenance program and they even send the same technician to our house each time. So glad to have found them. They have been amazing & we look forward to many more years of great service. Thank you AccuAir!! read more

Dave always has such courteous decent employees. Also very knowledgable and no false stories to bump up the service fees. Great experience time after time. Thanks you guys! read more

AccuAir in Redmond is a great, great business. About 10 inches of snow had already fallen in Redmond when my daughter and I returned home to a freezing cold house. It was almost 5 pm and the heater wasn't working at all! I called AccuAir and Dave came over in about 15 minutes. He fixed the heater in no time and for a very, very nice price! Thank you AccuAir! read more

These guys are great! I have used them in 2 different houses now. One for a small AC wall unit. And the other for a whole house AC/new furnace. I appreciate Dave, the owner, is always willing to discuss and explain things. As well as his employees are courteous and professional. I have worked with a number of contractors in bend, and many I wouldn't call a 2nd time. These guys are good at what they do, work hard and always leave things cleaner than they found them. Will always recommend them and will call them if we need something. Best in Bend!! read more

AccuAir came when they said they would, gave a fair quote, and did NOT pressure us for an extended warranty. They came back on time 3 days later after the part arrived, and installed the circuit board. Our furnace still did not work properly because it had a separate problem with the thermostat. They came back immediately when I called, and fixed it for free. These guys are great, I will definitely use them again. read more

We have had wonderful service from AccuAir since we moved into our house 2 years ago. We have an annual contract. The service pros are always thorough and knowledgeable. They have never tried to sell us something we don't want. Our last service call was done by Richard. He took the time to answer all our questions. We want a new thermostat. Richard explained all the options without any pressure to buy. When we decided on a thermostat model we received a call from Dave to make sure that it was what we wanted and that it would be the best choice for us. Great customer service from everyone in the company. read more

The service man came out to repair our system that stopped working. When he got there he didn't have the correct tool to take the side off to get to the back of the furnace. After about an hour of fiddling around he went out to his truck and made a call. He came back in with a obvious script from the office. It was going to be $198 an hour to continue with diagnostics. And because our furnace was over 10 years old he said it would more likely be between $4000- $5000 to repair it. (AND NO THAT WAS NOT FOR THE HEAT PUMP! THAT WAS FOR REPAIRS ALONE! MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH HEARD HIM SAY THAT!))Your response just shows how crooked a company you are!! And he really pushed to have a person come out and give us a quote on a whole new system. We wanted a second opinion we called Central Oregon Heating. The service man came out the same day went out and opened up the heat pump and within 10 minutes of him being there he had it diagnosed and within 30 minutes of his arrival he was already on the road and my system was running better than it had since I bought the house, all for $300!!! AND THE SERVICE MAN AT CENTRAL OREGON SAID THE OLDER SYSTEMS ARE MORE WELL BUILT THEN THE NEW ONES AND CAN LAST!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ACCU AIR!! read more
