I'll be changing from my previous company for maintenance to AccuAir. Overall, a great experience!

Why did the sales man not inform me of that? Also took 3 times for a correct instal. I was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience, water everywhere and unit that did not work. To fix it, they sent out a technician who admitted he had never worked on that type of fireplace. He did get it working but when he left it quit working again. When we complained, they said that we just don't know how to run the remote. OK, then did they send out someone to show us how to run the remote? Of course not. We had another company come out to try to fix it but they had no experience with it either and put in a new valve. When the propane supplier (Ed's) inspected the fireplace, we were advised to not run the fireplace until it was fixed properly. We are now working with a third company to fix it properly. This "upgraded" fireplace has not worked properly.

We have had least 8 separate service calls, new technician almost every time who has no idea what is going on. Every time I call the office they are clueless without notes and not helpful. After maybe 6 visits, they send the "Service Operations Manager" who figures out the issue, orders a part. It sits in the warehouse for a week. When I call the office for an update for the 20th time, they tell me oops they forgot and send another guy out to install it. He comes out the next day to install it and what do you know oops again, that was the wrong board (after installation) and the "Service Operations Manager" is no longer with the company (this is all within about a week). Mind you, these guys have already charged me 360 bucks on the first visit for only changing the filters and assuring me this is the problem. Time for a second opinion and honestly need to have the whole system inspected because this company did the original install I am not sure if my house is going to randomly blow up due to their incompetence. BUYER BEWARE Update: Had a new company come out (shout out to Diversified Heating & Cooling) who figured it out within an hour the next day after posting the review. Turns out this company pinched a wire when they did the installation. Took them 8 visits and they were fully prepared to replace both control boards on the condenser and all along it was a pinched communication wire under the air handler. Morons!

Monday morning at 8 AM a team was at the house ready to go! How was that for service? Tyler Clark was on site for three days installing and carting away the old system, installing the new system and calibrating with added amenities. Another Tyler and Maxime and others came and went as needed. We also had them clean all the heat/air ducts and the dryer vent of the 22-year-old home we recently purchased. Ricky helped us out with our financing and all the necessary paperwork. Overall it was simply a pleasure working with all these customer oriented and friendly people.
