Jason and his team were phenomenal on my move last week. He and his staff were very professional, punctual and really worked hard. Jason's many years of experience really showed. They wrapped everything that could possibly be damaged and took extra pains with the boxes with my dishware and breakables. When I unpacked, there was NO DAMAGE to anything. This is the first time (in over 15 moves) that I can say that. Although my move was just across the state (and they generally do much bigger moves than mine), they fit me into their schedule on less than two weeks notice which saved me. They charged a very fair price for their services and the final amount and the estimate given were virtually identical. The move occurred in a howling snow storm and the destination required some gnarly driving conditions, but Jason and his team actually showed up a little early on pickup and delivery. If you are in central Oregon and want to support a local business that takes real pride in service, call Jason. He may take a little while to get back to you because he is on a job but you won't wait long and you will be in the very best of hands. read more

This guy was a lifesaver. Luckily for us he had the opening on the day we needed a mover. Lucky for us he showed up when he said he would, gave us a ton of important advice about the move and the storage unit which saved a lot of time and pain for everyone. He and his co-worker got everything done beautifully, and on time. Very professional and upbeat. Chris and his crew did a great job getting us moved out and in to our new home on a wet snowy day. Our new home had a lot of challenges with a steep driveway and stairs up to the home, and because of their great equipment and team they problem solved it and got everything in! With the wet weather they were very careful to use mats for shoes and hand trucks which was very much appreciated. The team was careful,professional, and fun. They dropped everything and pulled together a team to help us same day. Amazing response time and not typical for the area. It is great to have a smaller company move you. Their price compared very favorably with the big moving companies. Jason and his crew packed our belongings (contents of a 2,200 sq. ft. house and two garages), moved them into storage, and a month later brought them to our new home in Olympia, Washington. Not one single item was broken or lost. All the furniture, including our leather couch and several very nice wood cabinets was intact and unscratched. I let them pack my fine china because I was pretty sure they would do a better job than I could have, and I was right. I think Jason over-books and sometimes has to juggle clients like a magician, but I understand that the moving business is largely seasonal, and they have to work hard during the moving months. They left in the middle of moving our things from our house the day before closing, and I had to get madder than I like to in order to get them to come back and finish that day (they wanted to finish the next day, which would have required us staying another night in an empty house, sleeping on the floor). But they DID come back and finished that day, so all in all it worked out fine for us. I would not want to be in Jason's shoes dealing with many anxious and stressed-out people on short notice while also dealing with his customers who have fixed moving dates in place beforehand. He was always polite and did what he said he would in the end. Everyone on his crew was likewise courteous and professional. They accidentally left the contents of one of our kitchen cupboards, because no one (including me) checked to see that every cupboard was empty before they finished, but we were all in a rush to get out of the house that day, and I feel this was an unusual circumstance - everyone thought someone else had checked everything. Jason is going to pick up the items that were left behind and ship them to me, so again no harm done and a reasonable resolution was reached. I would use them again and recommend them to a good friend - can't say that about every service I use. read more
