    Chicken Spinach salad

We had a wonderful lunch at KIN. They have many different kinds of dishes to choose from. There were special appetizers, salads, sandwiches and pizza. We got a couple different salads, 2 different types of pizza and the Pear & Brie sandwich. They have good good! All were super yummy!

In the area for work and was treated to KIN by colleagues for lunch. This gem was recommended highly by locals and I can see why. We were seated right away and drink orders were taken timely. The table ordered shareable fried pickles and Brussel sprouts for appetizers. Both were crispy and seasoned well. Sprouts can have a bitter aftertaste if done incorrectly but Kin's were crispy yet tender inside. It was dressed with bacon and grated Parmesan. I ordered the Chicken Pesto sandwich. I would have loved a much thinner bread for the sandwich or it being panini style. My only pickle about this sandwich was the bread top was too thick and the chicken got lost in the sandwich. A stronger basil flavor in the pesto would have also done the sandwich justice. Overall, seems a good spot for lunch and dinner.

Burgers are awesome, but on this warm day we went light and healthy. We went with The Wedge Salad. All was crisp and fresh and we felt like we did something healthy and delicious for ourselves, but then we thought to ourselves, "who are we kidding? ". Order up some fried calamari... cooked to perfection. Most places have their oil heat to low, cook it too long and you end up with vreaded rubberbands. Not here! Staff is always happy to see you and check on you casually without hovering . Atmosphere is relaxed with just touch of sophistication. Definitely on our rotating roster.

We stopped into Kin on the Windsor Town Green and, even though it was a full house, sitting at the bar ended up being the best decision. My boyfriend and I wanted to try something different, and everything--from the cocktails to the salad and the main course was absolutely spectacular. The flavors were phenomenal and truly melted in your mouth! The bartender who took care of us was incredibly professional and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance is casual but still gives an elevated, warm vibe. Definitely a must-try, and I'll absolutely be back!

First time here, and it was amazing! My friend and I came for the first time, and it was the best food in town. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, roasted beet salad, and ribeye steak everything was absolutely delicious! The server was very nice and kind, and the environment was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back again.

We stopped by for a late lunch and were impressed by both the service and the food. Everything was incredibly flavorful, especially the short ribs--which are on the bold, well-seasoned side. If you prefer milder flavors, you might want to skip them. The space itself is charming, thoughtfully decorated, and adds to the overall experience.

I'm a solo diner and like to sit at the bar. Nicole is usually the bartender when I come in, she's awesome and I love chatting with her. Tonight I had great service from JC. I usually get the Tuscan Chicken or Shrimp and Polenta. Tonight I had the Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop and it was wonderful but the Tuscan Chicken has my heart.. Food is consistently good and I love that they serve half size salads so I can enjoy a salad before my dinner without it being too much. 10/10 recommend

Went here two nights in a row. Low key and tasty. Beet salad was special. Good beer selection.

    What time is happy hour?

Monday - Friday 3pm - 5:30 well drinks and happy hour food menu!

Do you have a gluten free menu?

How open are they to changes to make menu items vegan-friendly?

I would suggest you give them a call. It is a BBQ place after all and so maybe not so vegan-friendly as a menu over all.

The backyard patio is bigger than you'd expect... lots of shaded tables. Our server was easygoing, prompt, and accurate. She did a great job recommending menu items. The food was delicious. Large entree salads, pasta cooked perfectly al dente, and nice sides as well. Only thing is - you have to remember to ask for Sourdough and sun-dried tomato butter. That is only given on request. Enjoy!

At one point my girlfriend and I were walking from the outside courtyard where the dinner was taking place toward the inside of the restaurant, innocently looking for the restrooms. Some employee with a beard, without saying a word, aggressively steps right in front of us to block our path, as if we we were two homeless people trying to walk in off the street. Doesn't ask "can I help you find something"? or do anything that a cordial person in the restaurant business would do. He just stares at us with a stupid smirk on his face. Seriously, clown? After a couple of awkward seconds, I ask where the bathrooms are and he finally points them out to us. What's worse, at the end of the night, my niece was leaving with her husband when another female staff member rudely told them they couldn't exit directly out the parking lot (even though it was the same entrance where people came in at beginning of the party) and actually grabbed my niece's arm. My niece told her "don't touch me." This staff person then went inside the restaurant and my niece heard the employee screaming in anger. Incredible that this is how their people treat their customers during a huge event. The owner should be completely embarrassed by their employees' unprofessional and rude behavior. They might want to get their employees some anger management training or better yet hire new ones that have experience in the hospitality industry. Until then, pretty sure we can get good meatballs and lasagna some place else that doesn't treat paying customers like garbage.

I discovered Valette in the search for a fun place to have dinner while visiting Healdsburg, and I'm just sad I don't live here to visit more often! We were greeted with glasses of champagne, a special menu with our anniversary mentioned on the top, and an anniversary card. All of that was so special and unique which made us feel so welcome! We chose to do the "trust me" chef's dinner. It was a surprise for every dish. This was my first time trying bone marrow and now I am a huge fan. I will say the snickers style dessert was overwhelmingly sweet and I just couldn't finish it. My one problem with how they list it on the menu is "$20 per course". I didn't like thinking about how a somewhat skimpy salad equals out to $20. I think it sounds a bit better to say it's a $100 experience, which sounds like a better way to explain it. This was a fun experience and I enjoyed most of the items but I would not do this again. I feel some of the courses were a little lack luster and I would rather spend a bit more to do a different experience somewhere else.
