    Legs in a biscut box!!

I called them this morning and told them I wasn't coming in to get what they forgot on the order. I also asked for my money back noting that they did not fulfill their obligation to me as a customer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was obvious the chicken was cooked in dirty oil, it was so bad I took one bite and it was so greasy that we threw it all away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I again asked for my money back and the manager said no as we had taken the food. He has a lousy attitude to be dealing with people. I will not be going to KFC ever again. I checked my bank statements and found that I had been there 26 times and spent well over 2000.00 dollars. I will never go to KFC again!

    NO CHICKEN?!? SERIOUSLY WTF!

Horrible management here!!! All starts at the top! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Third time, (three strikes so bye now) THIRD TIME... I have NEVER ordered from this location without them telling me they are out of either chicken tenders, nuggets or the chicken is frozen and it's not their fault.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] IT IS YOUR FAULT! Keep your inventory properly noted and as a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, you should never run out of anything and if you do, find a way to update and upgrade your dumb a&& app so that I don't show up for lunch to be turned away without my food OR A REFUND SINCE THEY CLAIM THEY CANT DO IT IN STORE WHICH IS ABSOLUTE HORSE DUNG! So, gfy's

2 for $5 wraps. Both are the size of one normal wrap anywhere else. So them being so small, both can fit in one hand is disappointing

The staff is respectfully polite, clean, and quick. I've never had any issues with this store over the years, and I've gone at all times of day. They even call you IF something is wrong with a mobile order, so they can resolve it before you arrive! I suggest going early when they open before lunch rush and from 1-3pm for an empty atmosphere. Their quality of food is great. I've never left feeling unsatisfied. Temp is always perfect as well.

I usually go here about once a month and the prices have skyrocketed! I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have a coupon.

Service was friendly, but 15 minutes behind when app said dinner would be ready to pickup. Chicken was poor, dry and tasted "old"

How does a KFC run out of chicken? This has happened numerous times at this location. Poorly managed, and terrible staff.

On the way home, it felt like a sneakybird dinner. The staff is always pleasant and today was no different. Aleah welcomed me as I walked in. Gavin came over as I was debating what to order and expressing my appreciation for the restaurant. Jaeden was the manager on duty. I love that everyone in this family run business is so pleasant. It makes a difference. It was a slow afternoon since it was well before dinner. If you have not experienced sneakybird, this is your encouragement. Today I got 2 8-piece wings with tater tots. One with the garlic butter Parmesan rub and both tossed in teriyaki sauce. Of course, my order was all flats. I also order a side of Sneaky Slaw to try. The spice isn't for me but I added a "secret" ingredient and enjoyed my dinner. The decor is bright and inviting. The music is at a decent level. The restroom is always clean. Winning with sneakybird!

I got the chicken sandwich, while my sister got the tenders. Between the two, I'd say the tenders were the better choice. The sandwich was good, just a little too salty for me, but it was huge, so definitely come with an appetite. Overall, the food tasted fresh and made with good ingredients. I'd definitely come back to try something different next time.

Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!

When you bake a pizza at 400+ degrees, one would expect the cheese to melt and become one. When you buy pre shredded cheese, each strand is coated with crap to keep it shelf stable. I understand the business reasoning, but kind of disappointed. Part of eating is the visuals. When you see individual strands of cheese on a pizza, it ruins the experience. 100% likely in the minority in this, but it is what it is. Their chicken is really good, tho.

From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, tucked away in a small shopping center. Once inside, there are a plentiful number of tables in the smallish restaurant, which does not feel at all cramped. It is tastefully decorated, and you order at a counter, and they will either call you to get your food or bring it out to you. On the day we were there, the owner was behind the counter and took our order. He asked if we had been there before, and since I had not, he took the time to explain the menu to me. They focus nearly exclusively on chicken tenders, and we opted to share The Three Tenders, which comes with...you guessed it...three chicken tenders (with your choice of heat level), three warmed tortillas, pickles, and alley sauce (the house dipping sauce) on the side. We added sides of French fries and Cole slaw, and the owner gave me a free fountain drink since it was my first time there. So nice! We grabbed a high-top table, and once the food came out, and I bit into the first tender, I knew I was eating the best chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Seriously. These are awesome and at a decent price, too. The tenders are very large and perfectly breaded. The spiciness matches the heat level you choose--not to little and not too much. No mushy tempura batter here either. And the house dipping sauce was perfectly suited to the tenders. The fries and slaw were great, too. If you like chicken tenders, you won't regret trying Hot Chicken Alley!
