5/3/23 I know it's kinda pointless to write a review for a fast food restaurant, but whoever oversees this establishment has to know how incredibly rude the staff is. They can't even talk to another human being in a decent manner and it's concerning. I ordered a pick up order online and when I got there, I was informed they were out of pot pie. Things happen, I get it, but when I tried to switch it out with something else, I got attitude for it. I tried to switch it out for a bowl, and the lady just simply stopped responding to me. I said ,"hello?" because she literally just stopped talking. The girl snapped at me and said "we run out of pot pies fast so never order them late in the day" "Ok, can I do the bowl instead?" "Yeah but we can't give it you in the drive thru. You have to come inside." "The app said I can pick it up though the drive thru, though." "No, we don't do that. That's not a thing. All pick up orders are done inside." "But I've picked up mobile orders from here before through the drive though." Because um hello its a drive through and I've done it many times before. Did an online order at this KFC location for the new Double Down sandwich, and when I got home and opened the sandwich, it was just a regular chicken sandwich. I was not happy about this, and will never order from this KFC location again! I should have checked the sandwich before leaving the location, but you expect to receive what you ordered and paid for. I will definitely check my bag in the future before leaving the location to make sure I get what I ordered. The lady at the drive through was not very friendly or courteous either. I will recommend anyone going to this KFC to check there bag to make sure you receive what you ordered. I don't go to KFC very often but wanted to try the new chicken nuggets. Person running the drive thru was extremely rude. I could understand if they were busy but there was like 3 cars in the lot. I ordered the 12 piece meal. Was not asked about dipping sauce. When I got home there was NO sauce, chicken was cold and very stale. The 12 piece turned into 9 pieces and some of those were totally inedible. For such a new building and business they are not starting off very well. Dont ever order from this KFC! I order food from their app and then i got a message saying it was cancelled. I called the store and i was told it was still there and they will get a driver.l when its ready. They refused to listen to me and the worker kept talking over me so ignored the fact that i told her it was cancelled. An hour later i call and they tell me the driver hasn't picked it up. Hour later im upset and the worker continues to make excuse so i start getting upset because again refuses to listen and then hands over the phone because "she doesn't have to deal with it" it was her that made me upset and why im yelling and then plays the victim. Ordered online and website stated order over 12.00 and get free chicken sandwich. My order was 23.00 and was supposed to be ready by 5:25 pm, didn't get it till 5:45 pm When I printed receipt it didn't have chicken sandwich on the receipt but it did have order# and total. Ordered a 12pc meal and got an 8pc; Ordered original and got crispy; Ordered an extra side of large gravy and one one spilled over everything because the packing was not done right - even seeped through the bottom of the bag and ruined the dry crispy chicken; Biscuits looked like rats already had at it except for the 2-3 that were intact. Slaw was so watery, Mac & cheese was dry and burned like they were scraped from the bottom of container. Called the store and spoke with Josh about it and he referred me to Uber because they delivered the order, essentially passing the buck when Uber didn't put together the wrong order and they also weren't the ones who packed it without a care in the world. I give KFC no stars. They are the worst franchise out there in my opinion. They have the absolute worst employees who don't know or care about customer service. There food is undercooked or overcooked, and the last 3 times I have been there there my order was completely wrong and it costs a ridiculous amount of money for fast food. Lived up to expectations. Order was wrong and was missing items. Chicken was fine (at least they had it this time). Ordered mashed potatoes and coleslaw, but got two mashed potatoes instead. Paid for honey bbq sauce and honey mustard, but didn't get either. Asked for plates, butter, and honey, but received none. This was a delivery so I didn't get to check the order before leaving. Typical day for this KFC. This was the last time they get business from me. I have lived in the neighborhood for 25+ years and usually will drive to the KFC at 19th Ave and Union Hills when I want KFC. Every year and half or so I give this location a try. While they did have 2 pot pies at 7:45 pm they did not have any chicken tenders and would not be making any more tonight. While I waited 20 minutes for them to fill the bags with the food they did have I watched 6 partys disappointed because they did not have chicken tenders, 4 just walked out. I visit this location regularly. However in the past 6 months they have really fallen on their customer service. On two occasions in the past month I have visited this location and they have screwed up my order or just forgot some of it in general. When I try to call them the number is not in service. I called other locations in the valley to try and get the proper contact and none of them seem to know their contact number either. The first time I went in the "manager"Or the shift supervisor who is a older gentlemen who has very broken English and wears glasses. I explain my situation and he argues with me saying their phones broken and that I should have brought the food back. I live over 20 minutes away from this location by the time I load up the car and make a round trip the food I have is gonna be cold and and not to mention dealing with kids and loading and unloading them again it's just a nightmare. After arguing with me he reluctantly replaces my order. For 2 almost 3 weeks I boycotted them because of the treatment but my kid loves their chicken tenders. After loosing the battle with my kid I decide to go and give them another shot. I even joked with the guy in the drive thru about getting my order right since it was wrong last time. I get home and pull out all the things we ordered and what's missing... my kids tenders. Not again!!! Omg!! I can't believe this, I try to call, and the number is still not working. Are you serious, I call another location and they once again tell me they don't know their number. It's like deja-vu. I gave my kid my tenders and made myself a sandwich at home because I just wasn't going to go back and deal with it. The next day (today) I went back. Oh goody the same man is there, I told him "hey! I was here a couple weeks ago and you messed up my order and your phone didn't work, and last night the same thing happened" he asked me for my receipt or the food. I had neither, I'm sure I threw away the receipt with the rest of the trash from there. Also my kid ate the food that was meant for me so there's nothing to bring back. He then proceeds to call me a liar! He raised his voice as if he wanted all 2 people in the building to hear him. He said we already fixed your order once, why is it only your order that we mess up? I'm not replacing nothing else without a receipt. I get out my phone and show him on my banks mobile app where the transaction from the day before is pending and it has their location and address listed. He goes off even more. I tried to keep my cool but I was starting to get both embarrassed and upset at the same time. I thought to myself am I really going to be called a liar and argue over 3 chicken tenders? Is this what my life has come to? I work for Facebook and deal with thousands of multi million dollar companies and the conversation that is defining my life at this moment is being degraded over chicken tenders because some Teenager working part time failed to put them in the bag. I finally gave up and was not going to argue with this man Anymore. When the Door Dash person got to KFC this location, they told her that item needed a coupon. Why would you list it as a door dash item to choose From and not mention you need a coupon. How is the poor door dash delivery person supposed to respond? Luckily, she was smart enough to call me and I asked them to tell me where the coupon can be found. This is the worst KFC and it does have completion. As another review said. I have tried for over 3 years to go here. Even complained to KFC Corp., and the manager called and a couple of times it was okay. Then got worse and even REFUSED to even upgrade if we were willing to pay. At least the store at 19th and Union Hills wanted to charge $2.00 a piece to upgrade. KFC used to be one of my favorite places. In time their lousy customer service will catch up.
