This is the worst KFC and it does have completion. As another review said. I have tried for over 3 years to go here. Even complained to KFC Corp., and the manager called and a couple of times it was okay. Then got worse and even REFUSED to even upgrade if we were willing to pay. At least the store at 19th and Union Hills wanted to charge $2.00 a piece to upgrade. KFC used to be one of my favorite places. In time their lousy customer service will catch up. I visit this location regularly. However in the past 6 months they have really fallen on their customer service. On two occasions in the past month I have visited this location and they have screwed up my order or just forgot some of it in general. When I try to call them the number is not in service. I called other locations in the valley to try and get the proper contact and none of them seem to know their contact number either. The first time I went in the "manager"Or the shift supervisor who is a older gentlemen who has very broken English and wears glasses. I explain my situation and he argues with me saying their phones broken and that I should have brought the food back. I live over 20 minutes away from this location by the time I load up the car and make a round trip the food I have is gonna be cold and and not to mention dealing with kids and loading and unloading them again it's just a nightmare. After arguing with me he reluctantly replaces my order. For 2 almost 3 weeks I boycotted them because of the treatment but my kid loves their chicken tenders. After loosing the battle with my kid I decide to go and give them another shot. I even joked with the guy in the drive thru about getting my order right since it was wrong last time. I get home and pull out all the things we ordered and what's missing... my kids tenders. Not again!!! Omg!! I can't believe this, I try to call, and the number is still not working. Are you serious, I call another location and they once again tell me they don't know their number. It's like deja-vu. I gave my kid my tenders and made myself a sandwich at home because I just wasn't going to go back and deal with it. The next day (today) I went back. Oh goody the same man is there, I told him "hey! I was here a couple weeks ago and you messed up my order and your phone didn't work, and last night the same thing happened" he asked me for my receipt or the food. I had neither, I'm sure I threw away the receipt with the rest of the trash from there. Also my kid ate the food that was meant for me so there's nothing to bring back. He then proceeds to call me a liar! He raised his voice as if he wanted all 2 people in the building to hear him. He said we already fixed your order once, why is it only your order that we mess up? I'm not replacing nothing else without a receipt. I get out my phone and show him on my banks mobile app where the transaction from the day before is pending and it has their location and address listed. He goes off even more. I tried to keep my cool but I was starting to get both embarrassed and upset at the same time. I thought to myself am I really going to be called a liar and argue over 3 chicken tenders? Is this what my life has come to? I work for Facebook and deal with thousands of multi million dollar companies and the conversation that is defining my life at this moment is being degraded over chicken tenders because some Teenager working part time failed to put them in the bag. I finally gave up and was not going to argue with this man Anymore. If you go to this location just know they will probably mess up your order, if you try to call, Good luck, and if you have to deal with the manager, even though they only have 10 customers a day he would much rather argue with a loyal customer over something small than to build a relationship with someone who could potentially promote their business to my over 150k Social Media followers. read more

I ordered the 20 piece meal which was an option on door dash for our baseball team staying at a local hotel. When the Door Dash person got to KFC this location, they told her that item needed a coupon. Why would you list it as a door dash item to choose From and not mention you need a coupon. How is the poor door dash delivery person supposed to respond? Luckily, she was smart enough to call me and I asked them to tell me where the coupon can be found. At kfc last time took 20 minutes.. It's 5:54 just placed my order.. Been 6 minutes still two cars ahead of me. 8 minutes paying now.. Once they open the window.. The employee parked me when I came through the drive thru which I totally get, but they also parked the car behind me and when she walked both our orders out at the same time she put both our bags on the floor to sort through them to see which one was who's... granted the order was still wrong so I walked inside and when I got to the register no one was doing anything but standing around eating and I had to literally death stare at a girl to even get them to walk to the counter, and that's why I go to raising canes or Chick-fil-A I only went there because my mom was craving it, but not again! Got a bucket of chicken that was far from kfc quality. Was shorted food, no napkins of plastic ware to eat the coleslaw and mash potatoes with. I specifically asked for butter and honey for my biscuits and of course they didn't even bother putting it in the bag and I got all the way back to the hotel before I realized they screwed me. Went through the drive thru and ordered a 'Go cup' . Was told they didn't have potato wedges. They let me substitute a side item for it which was ok. I also ordered a medium soda and a biscuit. When I got to the window. She hands me a bag with just the go cup. Doesn't get my biscuit or my soda. She told me she didn't here that part of my order but she repeated it when I ordered it. Wow! Talk about the day's we live in now! I love KFC every since I was able to chew it! I've been seeing the commercials for chicken and donuts and wanted to try it. Then I realized that there was a KFC right down the street from my house. I took a friend with me which we our of color and it was 8:50 pm when we arrive at the location off of 35th avenue and Thunderbird. Where we make it inside the first set of doors just to get a worker who stopped taking other customers orders just to run and lock the second set of doors and tells us we only service your kind thru the drive thru. And to proceed there, then he said that the lobby is closed at this time? When there was over twenty other customers and their families eatting and waiting for their orders? We said okay and proceeded to pull out when he unlocks the door back and start serving more people that came after we left! So we never got that chicken and donuts at all! Horrible service. I pointed to the ad on the window for 24pc chicken and said I'd like that will the sides. He said what s that. I said sorry the 24pc. He said there is no 24 pc it's 14 pc. I noticed the lobby was filling up and just changed my order to a 16 pc family meal. Ended up paying 48bucks and lost out on 8 pc of chicken. It will be another 8 years before I go back. The counter help could not enter the coupon for chicken pot pie and$1 drink. I had a review I filled out for free to go cup and told I must buy and additional drink to us the review. I gave up on the to go cup since I did not want to purchase an addition drink. I took a couple of bites of chicken pot pie and felt sick to my stomach. I went to get my money back and the two of them said they could get fired. after a call to the boss I got my money back got the pot pie and upset stomach. The chicken is always so greasy I could get at least a half cup of grease from the bottom of the bucket. It literally swims in grease, so gross, not worth the money for the crappy quality. We ordered EXTRA CRISPY chicken for our bucket meal!!! The chicken was soggy and the food in general seemed as if it wasn't properly temped and has been sitting out for awhile. Management wasn't even helpful or caring! They refused to remake the food or give a refund! I would recommend either going to a better KFC! Terrible experience, ordered to dine in amd send my sons to wash hands and there was no soap. The entire floor was sticki from when we came in, I believe from soda that seemed to be from soda that was by the drink station. Didn't have regular chicken only crispy witch we like either one so didn't matter all that much. When it was ready they had put everything in bags like if we ordered to go when I corrected him it seems upset and said I can just take it out of the bag. Now if there was ever a review that I am qualified to conduct it would be one of KFC. Visited this store on 6/8/17 and ordered a chicken breast basket. When I got home I acted the side orders and saved what I thought would be the best part of the meal. My first bite of the breast was ok but as I continued I bit into something black and upon looking further it appeared to be like a chicken toe nail and no part of a breast! There were two of these "black toe nail bones" in the breast piece. So disgusting! I drove back to the store and the assistant mgr. asked if I wanted another breast-are you kidding me? I wanted my money back and he checked with the mgr. and said they have to deduct for the sides. Yes I ate them but I also had to leave my home and drive back with the breast. They did not care. Mgr. should have come out to talk to me. I took pictures of what the chicken breast looked like but do not know how to post them on Yelp. Now I check for biscuits in the parking lot before driving home. No 20-30 minute wait for your drive thru order like the KFC on Bethany. read more
