My favorite order is the steak protein bowl with all avocado, it's packed with flavor, filling, and always hits the spot. The steak is consistently cooked well, and the ingredients taste fresh every time. They also have a great selection of salads if you're looking for something lighter, and everything feels like it's made with quality ingredients. It's nice to have a place where you can get a healthy, protein packed meal without sacrificing taste. Another big plus is the service. Im not sure if its all Angie's locations but this one in particular just sucks all around. Customer service is awful and the food is a hit or miss. Customer service: i personally don't understand working at a place you seem miserable at. Perhaps look for a job where you don't have to work with customers? Anyway. We had a pretty lame encounter with a male worker Friday morning. Working the window is not the place for him for sure lol and don't make any additional requests! Or he'll get real short with you. Food: on a separate occasion we asked for a burrito with lettuce, they gave it to us with rice. Which is okay I suppose but I feel like following directions is a simple skill needed for that job. I was in the mood for a burger, so I selected the Single Classic Burger for $7.99: a prime beef patty topped with fresh tomato, onion, pickle, and a side of signature Angie's sauce. You can add fries and a drink for $2.00. The burger was good; the patty was juicy, but I'm not a big fan of shoestring fries. Angie's has changed. Food at certain locations is limited compared to other locations. Also went there tonight (Peoria and 35th location) and ordered a crab roll. When I asked if the butter was in the bag, the worker said she forgot to ask me and then charged me .53 for it. Then she checked and came back and said it was already in the bag. I checked when I got home and Angie's does not charge for butter when a person orders a crab or lobster roll. Maybe the workers should learn the menu a bit better. read more

The food was great! I had the Asian salad and my daughter had the bbq salad. I dislike self-serve kiosks especially when there is a line of people behind you. It is a lot of reading of options and finding the correct buttons to move forward correctly. You can't ask for the person's opinion on their ideas of best options, so I played it safe, kept it simple. I probably would have chosen more stuff if it was a person. The place has a great story and it really made me wish I could have gone there when Angie was alive. Her story on the wall was inspiring. There was a refill station for drinks and that is always a good thing. There were signs that said "Clean your own table!" That was different. I will probably try it again as there were some regular people I talked to while eating that gave their own recommendations. One guy said he comes in everyday for a warm bowl from his job nearby. Two blue collar guys next to us said they really like the lobster rolls. I thought it was funny since we are in AZ. I hope to give it 5 stars next time. this is the biggest angie's prime grill i've come to, the customer service was fast and friendly, they don't accept cash only card payments so keep that in mind, i got my drinks and food 1 min after pulling up to the drive thru window, the drinks were made perfectly, my only complaint would be the chicken was a lil too dry for my liking but i still ate the whole thing, my favorite thing to get from here is the cobb salad with chicken, it's delicious and very filling read more

Waited over an hour for a mobile order I placed in advance. When I checked on the status, staff told me to be patient (after waiting 40 minutes) and that it was being prepared. Meanwhile, several customers who arrived after me placed kiosk orders and received their food first. When I asked again (1 hr 20 min), I found out they don't fulfill orders in the order they are received. Instead, they prioritize drive-thru and kiosk orders, only working on mobile orders when they happen to have time for it. read more

First off this is a small strip mall where takeout seems to be the winner. Breakfast and lunch only. These gals will pack you a bowl with almost anything you wish and lots of it. Standing in line behind a couple people is not unusual. Our son brought us breakfast where he told them what his mother liked then what his father liked, we must have had their food 4 times that week and 3 the next week. So if you are a local bring it home or maybe to an area on the way. If you are a visitor or guest of phoenix get a bowl that will feed two days. I really have to recommend this place. read more

I was kind of excited to try Angie's burgers but man did it disappoint. First I'm really not sure that was anywhere close to a 1/4lbs patty even before cooked. This restaurant/drive thru does not take cash, you must use a kiosk. The kiosk is not user friendly, in fact it is quite complicated and I don't recommend for anyone not computer savvy. Signs on walls tell you that when you are done eating that you are to take the sanitizer bottle from the wall and clean your table when finished. So, there is no cashier and no one to keep the restaurant area clean. They do not give you lids or napkins unless you ask, and do not provide straws saying the lid is a sippy lid. I will never recommend this place! When I go out to eat I do not want to do my own everything, including clean up. So this place feels confident that you will love the food so much that you will be willing to basically work for your food as well as pay for it. Sorry, food was unsatisfactory! The Lobster Wrap was scold and not very appetizing. So, lets also talk about how this violates our rights...to use cash especially...and to eat in a clean environment (provided someone did clean their own mess). Wait 10 minutes for the food to be cooked and then receive it cold. Consistently inconsistent is my new phrase for them. Sadly I'm parting ways with them. I've always been a big supporter of them and their business concept. Since the 43rd Ave location. I was thrilled when the 35th Ave location opened. Was going multiple times a week for salads & breakfast over the summer. I had a few hiccups over the years at 43rd w a lobster roll once, and at least once or twice w a salad & chorizo breakfast bowl at 35th Ave. I always voice my concerns to Angie's. And they've been understanding and accommodating as they should be when something isn't right on multiple occasions for a frequent customer. I was thrilled but hesitant when I saw the 4 in 1 concept coming to 35th Ave. I tried the prime burger twice in less than a week and major screw ups. Forgot my bacon on 2 visits on a bacon cheeseburger, and the 2nd time they forgot my cheese on a bacon cheeseburger. I live less than 5 min from here and relied on them for salads a lot. I truly think they have grown way too fast and have staff that is not trained properly. I get mistakes happen but like I said, consistently inconsistent. And these past 2 times they could care less. The whole point of getting food out is so I don't have to come home and reheat it myself after waiting in line forever and having to physically go inside for missing toppings I paid for and flag someone down. Totally defeats the purpose. I could've prepared something at home in this amount of time. We noticed that the drive thru line was the main priority than the people walking in to order. The gentleman in front of us waited the same amount of time we did which is crazy. I don't understand the negative review that mentions burgers a fries as that is not even on the menu nor has ever been. My husband and I order from here fairly often as it's reasonably priced and the food is good. We customize the ingredients on our orders so we always order in the app and it's always correct. And I like being able to make changes easily. We generally order extra protein and make 2 meals out of one salad. The dressing is packaged in the side so the salad don't get soggy. It's already fresh and will hold a day or two. Husbands go to is the steak and shrimp salad. I love their steak salad and their chicken Caesar salad. I've also enjoyed their warm bowls. Haven't tried the burritos yet but I'm they'd be be great too. My daughter is breastfeeding her little one and dairy and gluten seem to affect her little one negatively I mentioned she try this place and she loved it. She appreciated the gluten and dairy free options. She loves she can get something that is delicious while also meeting her dietary needs. It's one of our go to places now. Lotta transient walking around. I've been here a couple of times and it's one of the crappy locations all around with service and the crowds. Today I came I was the only one in line and I waited 20 minutes. They asked me to pull around and park and wait for my fish and then I went to check on it and now they were waiting for my fries. OK I don't understand the negative reviews on here. My wife and I tried this restaurant for the first time since we were in the area. I ordered (self serve order and pay on the screen which is fine with me). Great salads, chicken was seasoned perfectly and the bacon was thick and crispy. Lettuce was very fresh and honey mustard dressing was delicious. My wife had a BBQ salad equally good. Chicken was awesome and she said the dressing was great too. AND then the price was unbelievable. We ate lunch for about $10 bucks total. Definitely will return when in the area again. If you want a server, go somewhere else and pay more money. I really like Angie's and am going to keep going but this is their worst location. Still better than almost everything around it but this location seems confused. The menu kiosks "kinda" work. But when you tap steak, it selects chicken. It's a random lottery as to which window your food will get delivered too. Hilariously today an employee pointed me to the window on the other side of the dining room, I waited and was called up to the window I was originally standing at. My take out order... no bag, no utensils, and an empty cup. That's not a to go order sorry. Even more hilariously, the most convenient entrance out of the sun is locked, you have to park and walk around the building while you stare at a locked entrance. Ordered a burger, it was dry and not very warm, the service was fast but very impersonal, I requested salt and was told they don't have any. The fries were also cold. A sign on the table ask that you wipe down the table after eating. Also the inside was very cold temp wise. The meal was inexpensive and I guess you get what you pay for.
