Mamas= There is NOT a changing table in either restroom stall, I checked both :( Feedback to Manager- get a changing table, a baby will be coming through this spot at some point with their parent and it would be super helpful. Sandwiches: well made and tasted great. I asked for Mayo on the side, but it was not in the bag. Overall, looks pretty and new inside but with this many people working and for it being brand new I would have expected much better service, hellos, smiles and communication. Overall, a few doors down is amazing sandwiches. I was hoping this was great but it's average at most. The customer service needs some too. The first time we visited, the employee at the register actually commented on our tip and said to my son-in-law, "Oh yes, I'll work for free for you." Let that sink in. Here he is speaking to my son-in-law who is supporting five people in his family, strategizing a way to take them to dinner while dealing with his MS and this is how he gets treated. I will never go back for that. You are standing at the register, taking our order and payment, not waiting on a table, refilling our drinks, or providing traditional table service--and yet you feel entitled to criticize and shame a customer over their tip? That is completely inappropriate. You would think after an experience like that, we wouldn't go back. But we decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. This time, my family spent OVER $100 on burgers and fries. I tipped the person at the register $15, which I considered to be a generous tip for the level of service provided. We get our own drinks. We get our own condiments. The food is brought out once, and that's essentially the extent of the service. I politely asked the employee if I could have a side of mustard. His response? "I'll try to remember." Seriously? That's the kind of attitude you get after spending over $100 in your restaurant? I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I wasn't being rude. I simply asked for mustard with my meal--and the employee responded as though I was an inconvenience. At this point, I have to say that the customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be made to feel guilty about their tips, and they certainly shouldn't be treated disrespectfully after spending their hard-earned money at your business. And let's be honest: the burgers are good, but they aren't THAT good. There are countless places throughout the Valley where you can get a good burger without being made to feel like you're doing the restaurant a favor by spending your money there. What makes this even more disappointing is that my family has supported this business, and more than 20 members of my family have been customers here. Not anymore. You have lost my business--and the business of my entire family. A restaurant can have good food, but if the people working there make customers feel unwelcome, embarrassed, or like an inconvenience, eventually people will stop coming. You don't get to shame customers for their tips and then expect them to keep coming back. There are plenty of other restaurants in the Valley that serve good burgers, and I would much rather spend my money somewhere that actually appreciates its customers. Do not shy away from asking this family-run Artisanal Panini Grill what is their favorite for the day or what has been popular within the week, as specials are available till they run out. One of our favorite menu items is the Thai Chicken Salad. It is very reasonably priced with lots of chicken and many other yummy ingredients with the sauce on the side so you can chose the amount of sauce you prefer on the salad. 7. The beverage station is self-serve and bottomless. 8. The restaurant does a lot of food delivery and take-away.

Also the hoagie roll deserves credit because it held up and didn't turn into a soggy disaster halfway through. If you like pastrami and you like bold flavors, this is a solid order. I'd get it again without even thinking twice.
