At this point, I genuinely don't understand it. Does Chick-fil-A not have a standard recipe, portion guide, or quality standard employees are supposed to follow when preparing these orders? When you're paying full price, you should receive a reasonable portion of chicken, the proper amount of ingredients, and hash browns that are actually fresh.
