I did really enjoy the fries with the aioli. The cheeseburger was also decent but a little smaller than I would have liked for the price. The vanilla cold foam latte was really sweet, but also really delicious. It just felt a little bit like dessert.

It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order. It was odd because there were plenty of people working there. Like there were 3 people working at the bar. One person bussing and re-filling our water (who was more attentive than our waiter) and at least two other people helping with other stuff. Yet there only seemed to be one waiter and most of the time he was not near the tables so we couldn't ask him to take our order or for the check. I hate to bash on waiters as I have been one myself. It seemed like maybe he was new and didn't understand English too well (didn't seem to understand when my brother was asking about Vegan options). The food itself was meh. I ordered the Radiatore and it kind of tasted like butter noodles with a sprinkling of beef. I made lunch that day that was more intricate and flavorful.

The eggs were light and fluffy with just the right amount of cheese, not dry at all, which I loved. The pancakes had a nice crispness, which I prefer, though they mentioned a citrus note that I didn't quite pick up on. Still, if you like a crisp pancake rather than a super fluffy one, you'll enjoy them. The ambiance was lively and packed for brunch around 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday, but still comfortable for conversation. Pricing-wise, entrées averaged about $20 to $25, with a range of hearty options like French toast or lighter choices like yogurt with berries, plus vegetarian dishes. Cocktails were about $18 to $19 each, so the $30 bottomless brunch option was a great deal. I mostly stuck to the bellini, but you could also choose sangria, mimosa, or their house spritz, which had a hint of thyme. The staff was extremely friendly, though the food took about an hour for which I will dock a start. They knew the kitchen was backed up and kept drinks flowing. Just know it's not unusual for the food to take a bit longer. Overall, I'd return for the ambiance and that solid bottomless brunch deal.

While the place is pretty cute aesthetically, the service was awful. I had made a reservation since that's what's recommended by the establishment and everyone we interacted with was pretty unpleasant. In addition, the cake tasted old and so freezer burnt that we had one bite and discarded the rest. Nothing about it was appealing. Worst of all no one seemed to want to wait on us so we spent the whole time trying to flag someone down so we left cash on the table for everything and left. Dispute all this we decided to still tip 30% since our order was so small and we wanted to be courteous. 15 mins later I get an extremely rude phone call from the restaurant immediately accusing me of leaving without paying! They didn't even have the decency to check the table without immediately assuming and being unbelievable disrespectful. Still in disbelief about the entire experience, would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The chia pudding was good and the banana date shake was gone in 5 minutes. Would love to come back and try more dishes. Get there early if you don't want to wait. Not something id go out of my way for but if i ever want a good simple pancake, this would be it - fluffy soft and not too sweet chicken club ($20) - i love a good crisply toasted sandwich with melted cheese and this satisfied my sandwich craving - every bite was juicy but it do be a bit oily - highly recommend for a good basic sandwich eggplant fritters ($8) - comes with tzatziki sauce! But personally didnt use much of it because i didnt think it added much to the flavor - it was flat, a bit dry, soft, and crumbly? not my favorite side dish to order; not bad but i just didn't like the flavor and texture of it zorba plate ($22) - the price surely was a bit higher than what I would expect for a regular brunch but everyone raves about it AND it DID NOT DISAPPOINT ‍ - I loved everything on the plate; it was healthy, flavorful, and delicious aF even though it looked simple - the eggs were high quality and perfectly fried so the yolk popped and flowed just the way I like it - the potatoes were so evenly and well seasoned; I finished everything even though my tummy was about to explode - bonus points for the presentation because it looks appetizing and IT IS baklava banana bread ($16) - this is like the best banana bread I've ever had hOLy; i love my banana bread moist and this was perfectly that - It came in a humongous chunk though; I'd say it could be split between 3 people after having the zorba plate - I also love the twist of having walnut ricotta and citrus zest on top like omg i am levitating - It might get a bit heavy because of the ricotta and how dense it is... so must be shared! Highly recommend rating: 4.5/5 - I loved everything I put in my mouth except for the eggplant fritter - service was fast and nonchalant; it's giving they know they get customers regardless of what they do so they're whatever with service too - interior was decorated with baby blue colors in every corner! The table, shelves, lamps, seats, kitchen wall... cozy and cute detailing The attention to detail is amazing - My only complaint would be the wait time on the weekends... i dont think it's THAT amazing to wait for more than an hour - No reservations allowed and no waitlist ‍ IG: @chae.nom.noms

We started with the fattoush salad, which was overwhelmingly salty to the point that we had to send it back. Later in the meal, we ran into the exact same issue with the chicken entree. Having already sent one dish back, we felt uncomfortable doing so again and decided to make do with what we had. Beyond the seasoning, I found the portions noticeably small for the price point, which made the experience even harder to justify. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but between the inconsistent seasoning and underwhelming value, I left disappointed. With so many great dining options in NYC, I would have a hard time recommending Huda based on this visit.
