The inspection was fast and reasonably priced and revealed four fixes for an equally reasonable price, and that they understood my intent was to keep my 2008 Nissan Rogue going for as long as I could. The wonderful Service Adviser Ilona who I spoke with was so patient and extremely helpful with all my questions I had regarding my car. Two other pro's that Best Service & Repair provide are printouts of your car codes. No shop does that. Ilona goes over the codes and explains each one to the customer. When I came in for my scheduled appt, they did not have it on the calendar, but said they can take my car anyways. I asked for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I also asked them to check one tire that was deflating faster than the others. After taking a look, they told me I did not need a rotation, and that the deflating tire was fine. I went elsewhere and it turns out Matt's got my tread measurements wrong, and I was definitely overdue for a rotation. They also did not notice a gash in my tire. And they did not reset my car system reminder for the oil change.
