This place outright scammed me. I went in for a replacement catalytic converter after mine was stole while traveling. I preferred an after-market part (~$400), but they said they only had a brand new part available (~$1,200). They did the repair, but the car was sounding different (and they refused to take another look at it), so I took the car to another shop. This other shop said the repair was done wrong AND that they'd put in a cheap after-market converter despite charging me for the brand new one. So they lied about the parts so they could overcharge me at least $800 and they botched the repair. Avoid this place. read more

My car window was smashed late one night and I was calling around in a panic on Sunday as I was scheduled to leave for a work trip. Although they were not able to replace my window on Sunday (no supplier in Washington was), I was able to be seen on Monday which is a fast turn-around. It was easily the cheapest out of any auto glass replacement service I found by over $100, and the communication was prompt and thorough. They also did a great job vacuuming the glass out of my car in all the cracks it made its way into. I'm so glad to have found another local auto shop and hope to support this business through routine issues in the future. After the coolant system on our Buick went out mid-road trip, a friend and I had to rush to find a shop that would service it the Friday before the 4th of July. We picked this location to be towed to on a whim, and when we pulled up, the location & appearance if the shop did not impress us. The owner greeted us from the garage and only asked for a name and phone number when accepting the car. However, the service and quick turnaround completely blew us away. The location was close to a bus stop, and we ended up riding straight into the downtown area before getting a call no more than 30 minutes later, we got a call back letting us know that the problem had been identified and could likely be fixed in the same day. By the afternoon, the shop replaced a cracked/corroded coolant radiator and also the upper and lower hoses; prices were definitely more reasonable than I expected. He was constantly friendly and cooperative, and demonstrated great experience. If you ever find yourself in a rut in the greater Seattle area, don't hesitate to stop here. read more

Went in with a transmission issue and got an initial estimate of $5-900 turned into almost $3k to replace the transmission, rear differential and clutch and a couple weeks without my truck. When I picked it up I discovered rats had gotten into my truck from the shifter opening, they shit & pissed all over, chewed through my seat belt and some other items I had in there. They didn't even give me a sincere apology. I noticed almost immediately a weird noise that would happen in 5th gear. They offered to replace the transmission with another.... Which they did for free in a day and I have to give them kudos for that, but the noise is still there and is accompanied by another now. I'm going to have to go to another mechanic to get that checked out. I went with this shop based on its proximity and previous reviews but now that I've had such a horrible experience with them I can't recommend AGAINST using them enough. read more

Great place. Our vehicle broke down on th I5 in rush hour on our way to a camping trip These people came and towed us to their shop at no charge. We first thought our alternator went out, but the mechanics figured out it was our fuel pump. After hearing this, we decided to cancel our family camping trip. Our son got upset amd started crying. After seeing our son upset, one of the worker (maybe the owner?), Eric, offered us his personal vehicle so that we could continue on with our trip...what a great gesture. Needless to say, the customer service was awesome, the work done was great and this was yet our most expensive camping trip. read more

This place is great. Its located on the corner of southwest dearborn and rainier. This are fast and friendly. The most important part is they did a great job on my vehicle. I would definitely reccommend this place to anyone looking for car service. I recently went there to get my front end bumper fixed on my 2005 huyndai elantra and they were exceptional.
