We were concerned about our very narrow access to the back yard, but Bryce assured us they could manage. And indeed they did, and did so very well. Bryce gave me a lot of confidence that they could pull it off pretty easily. A lot of heavy machinery was used, so we were concerned about damage to the driveway and side yard concrete. But in the end, they exercised enough care to prevent any visible damage - only a few hairline cracks, which they warned us about before getting started. They also accidentally slightly gash the side of the garage, which they fixed very nicely and now you can't even see where it was. Considering how narrow the access was, I'm pleasantly surprised how well it all turned out. Also, they started the project early, handled all the permitting, and finished on time. They even cleaned the driveway and side access. The pool itself is now a well compacted patch of dirt, and we can't wait to get started on our patio project.

So I started to investigate and found Baby Proof Pool Safe net online and contacted Scott. He promptly replied with a bid and some information to get us started thinking about this product. He came by our house to speak with us, answer questions and to see our yard and was confident that his product would work and we would be happy. He was very knowledgeable, he didn't pressure us for a sake and emailed us some videos to watch. As soon as we decided to go ahead with the pool net. Scott scheduled us an installation date the very next day. JUAN was at our house at 8 a.m. If it hadn't been raining, he would've been there by 7. We give Aqua Gunite 5 stars from start to finish of our pool repair. We had a major leak in our…read morepool. There was a crack all along the deep end of the pool. The plaster had to be removed from the entire pool. The leak in the skimmer had to be repaired. They had to place new rebar and gunite in the crack as well as rebuilding the steps. They replaced the plumbing as well. The owner checked on our pool during the process. His son, Jose, who is cordial and professional and super knowledgeable of all aspects of pool repair, responded immediately to texts and emails. There were several crews to work on the different phases of the project. They were all polite and wanted the best outcome for their part in the process. We've worked with three pool contractors over the course of several years and would have saved…read moreourselves a lot of grief if we had found Hacienda sooner. Verbal communication was great, on the order of minutes to respond to texts over the course of the entire project (i.e. several months and not just until the ink on the contract dries). Unlike most contractors, let alone pool contractors, the contract was exceptionally clear and detailed on what was being done, costs, and TBD items. No surprises or misunderstandings. On time, on budget: obviously, they have multiple projects going on simultaneously, but they are well organized and we never had an issue. On a project of any meaningful size, things happen, but Hacienda actively identifies and addresses them. For example, they noted our booster pump could be lowered to be less conspicuous and fixed it. Side note: they did a really nice job with the pool equipment. PVC was painted to match the manila folder color of the rest of the equipment and it was all well laid out. We've recommended Hacienda several of our neighbors, at least one of whom is now building a pool with them.

Again, he didn't disappoint with his detail oriented management of every facet. We have a beautiful yard complete with all new flagstone, bbq area and outdoor gas fireplace. Note, he is a perfectionist but in a good way. I wanted to install a pool heater so I can use my pool year round. He immediately told me he wouldn't take the job if he couldn't do it right and fix the configuration of the plumbing which was causing suction issues. He even painted my old plumbing so it would look integrated with the new plumbing. His quote was more than reasonable and very fair given the scope of work. He even came by 2 more times as I had issues with my pool automation and he made some final adjustments and now everything works perfectly. Now I can use my pool all year round! Everything about the experience was top notch and greatly exceeded my expectations.
