So awesome showed up 30 minutes early got the job done beautifully. We needed our 3 shaggy carpet area rugs cleaned before our infant arrives. They look brand new and smell great. I have been using KB for several years now. I rent out this room in my house. There seamed to be a good business relationship before Ken move out of state and is now running things form Oregon. Robert was on time and when he was done, charged me about 30% more than what was charged when I had the same room cleaned 8 months ago. I paid it but can not get a receipt from Ken. After several requests and phone messages left, I still have not heard from them and I am not going to drive to Oregon where the office is ran from. I can not charge the tenant without this receipt, so I will have to pay it out of pocket. Robert said that I would get it emailed to me, but I realized that I should not have paid him until I received a receipt, as they don't care once they get your money. read more
