The areas cleaned owere three bathrooms and an entry hall with 12 years worth of daily use. The owner (Hank) was on time and did a great job. He cleaned up the work site before leaving. Hank has done four jobs for me now. The last time was at our house in Clayton. The carpets really should have been burned. They were the original from twenty years ago. We just weren't ready to dump them; too many other things going on. So we figured we'd clean them one more time. I don't like to use the word "amazing" so over used, but it was just that! We are back to taking our shoes off again. I think he does a pre treament that other companies don't or don't do so thoroughly.
