Arrived on time, was super knowledgeable and made our couch look so much better than the pet stained version we've had for years. Our carpets also look great and his rates were amazing for the nearly 3 hours of work he did on our house. Thank you! read more

Hank was awesome. We've had our carpets (and couches) cleaned twice since we moved to Clayton. The first time, we did not use Diablo View and it was awful. Barely looked different and stayed wet for more than 2 weeks. The last time we used Diablo View and what a difference. Hank was very thorough very professional and did an amazing job. Months later and both the carpet and couches look great. Highly recommend Diablo View! Will be booking here again next time. Can't imagine going with anyone else. read more

This company was recommended to me by a friend. We needed some stone (travertine) flooring cleaned and sealer applied to it. The areas cleaned owere three bathrooms and an entry hall with 12 years worth of daily use. The owner (Hank) was on time and did a great job. He cleaned up the work site before leaving. The floors, including the grout lines, really look better than new. All this was done efficiently and with minimal mess. The fact that he has been doing it for 20+ years was very evident. The price charged was very fair. I won't hesitate to use him again. read more

Update: We hired Hank (again) to clean our carpets and the grout in our kitchen floors. We have been using Hank for years and are never disappointed with the results. This time was no exception. My carpets look and smell wonderful, and he did a superior job in getting the grout in my kitchen floor clean. Hank has reasonable prices, is easy to book, dependable and always arrives on time. Very professional and honest. Thank you, Hank! read more

Hank was awesome! Booking was easy- he arrived on time, and was extremely attentive to detail and respectful of our time requests. We have one dog and one cat that stained our carpet to what we thought was the point of no return. We debated getting new carpet all together, but Hank assures is he could help us out. He made our white carpet look clean and nearly brand new. We will definitely get some more time out of it. His quote I've the phone was spot on too. We couldn't be any happier! read more

I had a terribly stained stair, hall, and bedroom carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years. A friend recommended Diablo View, and Hank did wonders. After his cleaning, the nap has been restored, and the carpet is no longer an embarrassment. He was on time for his appointment and was reasonable in pricing. I definitely will call on Diablo View Cleaners for more regular cleaning for all my carpets. read more

Hank does excellent work. I will never use anyone other than Diablo View Cleaning. Thank you Hank!

Hank is just the best, period. He is punctual, professional, and really does a better job than any of the other companies I have used, and I have used a lot. He put protection on our new stair posts to avoid hoses from marking the new paint and spent extra time removing a coffee and urine stain from our late cat. Bonus- Just a really nice guy read more

I have had my carpets cleaned by many companies over the years in different homes and Hank is by far the best! He is super friendly, does a great job and is in and out pretty fast. The carpets dried well and I was very happy with the results. In the past the companies I have used have been slow and lazy, didn't make an extra effort for tough stains, nickled and dimed me and made me wary about leaving them alone in my home! You will be very happy with Hank's service. read more

Hank cleaned our sofa and area carpet/rug thing, and did a fantastic job. The couch no longer smells, food stains are gone, and the carpet actually looks white again. The best part is that it all dried within a day (just overnight for the couch) - the last time we had our carpets cleaned it took more than 3 days to dry out. Hank was professional, clean, attentive to details, and didn't get annoyed by our 3 year old running around. read more

Would give 10 stars if we could!!! Reliable, attentive, detail oriented, neat, and TOP quality work at VERY reasonable rates!!! Hank and DVC gets our highest praise and recommendation!!! (The proof is in the photo of our 10 year old carpet in the photo gallery!) read more

I love this company! Hank is honest and trustworthy. He uses SUPER HOT water to clean, so you need not worry about harsh chemicals that my be toxic to your family. His prices are extremely fair! We've used Diablo View several times. Hank is awesome. He is reliable and his prices are reasonable!

I had used this company a while back and Hank did a fabulous job! Then I unwisely tried a competitor because I had a coupon, and the results were terrible. We just used Diablo View Cleaning the other day, and again they did a fantastic job. They got out some really bad pet stains and the carpets look amazing. They also dried quickly (the competitor had left them soaking wet). Both Hank and his employee were super nice and very professional. The prices are quite reasonable and the work was done quickly. I highly recommend Hank and Diablo View Cleaning! read more

They go out of their way to schedule an appointment. Do a great job including spot removal. I had the cleaning after I put my kitty down. Going to get more cats so probably will call them often. read more

I was just about to throw out our carpets and buy new ones but I thought I would give cleaning a try. I was actually embarrassed at their condition. I found Diablo View Cleaning on Yelp and based on the good reviews gave them a try. Hank, the owner, arrived with his assistant promptly and did a fantastic job. I was actually shocked at the miraclulous restoration that took place in less than 90 minutes. BTW Hank is a very personable guy and made the whole experience a true pleasure. I cannot recommend his work too highly. You will truly be happy with the service you receive from DVC. They went the extra distance to do a great job at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Hank!!! read more

We made the same mistake everyone does, once in their lives -- called a company due to a good deal/coupon. No comparison. Hank is professional, thorough and fit us in at the last minute after that "coupon deal" went sour. We have also used DV Cleaning for tile and grout with great results. No one wants to do THAT themselves! Five stars. read more

Amazing customer service and great reasonable prices. Carpets dried quickly too. So nice to see people care about the quality of service they provide. My carpets turned out great and there was no extra costs for a few extra soiled spots I had. Showed up on time as promised. read more

Hank has cleaned our carpets three times now. We have had the house 4 years but also have lots of baby messes and kid surprises. He is punctual, very nice and earns our repeat business. I referred him to our neighbor today, and he also helped me out today on a favor. I certainly recommend him and will continue to use his services. read more

Hank just left our house and as always our carpets look amazing! We have used Diablo View Cleaning about twice per year for the last 3-4 years and we have never been disappointed. We have many dog urine stains and he gets them out without extra fees for special deodorizers and stain removal. Great communication, very reasonable prices, awesome work and Hank is super nice. P.S. I think that 1 star review from mochi b. below is for a different company. I've never heard of Julie at Diablo View and they are carpet cleaners, not window cleaners. read more

Such a great cleaning service! He came to our house within a few hours of spilling something on our new carpet. He cleaned it quickly and didn't even charge us because it was such a small spot. We have used him several times and will continue to go back to him! read more

Hank has done four jobs for me now. The last time was at our house in Clayton. The carpets really should have been burned. They were the original from twenty years ago. We just weren't ready to dump them; too many other things going on. So we figured we'd clean them one more time. I don't like to use the word "amazing" so over used, but it was just that! We are back to taking our shoes off again. I think he does a pre treament that other companies don't or don't do so thoroughly. There is an actual scrubbing in the worst areas before the steam begins. Hank is thoughtful, punctual and very thorough. Can't go wrong!! Dave read more

Hank, the owner of Diablo View Cleaning is the very best!! He is always on time, very pleasant and professional and does an extremely thorough job! We have white carpets (that are 18+ years old) and they look beautiful again! He also did our bathroom tile floor and the grout looks like new! I have recommended Diablo View Cleaning to many friends and neighbors and everyone has been more than satisfied with the service and price that they provide. Hank either answers calls or returns calls promptly! He deserves more than 5 Stars! read more

I called this company twice and left messages and emailed them once. They never called or emailed me back. Strike three, you're out! I would never recommend them and I'll never call them again. read more

After recommendations from my sister, my back fence neighbor and a coworker, I hired Diablo View Cleaning to do my rental carpets, which were pretty bad. He got out all of the stains and he did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. His work was outstanding and he's a really nice guy, too. read more

Hank came and did a thorough estimate at our location in Alamo. I noticed many others who reviewed were residential. We are a commercial location. We had some grout that was looking REALLY black. Hank was a one man show so there was no worry over having many workers in our office after hours. He did the estimate and He came in and did the work and we are amazed by the results. Other Grout/Tile companies were quoting us in the 700-900 dollar range...Hank did it for less than $300...In other words he's not trying to get extra money out of you that's for sure. Other companies tried pushing us into things we probably didn't need...Hank was right to the point and didn't try to offer all these extra services or "packages"...We plan on doing this at least twice a year and Hank will be the guy to call! He's a local business owner which is a plus too! Our floor looks like it was JUST installed...We're thrilled by the results! read more

5 Star Service!! Hank made time to come out and clean our tile & grout in our new home before moving in. Even though he could not get to us until 8:30 pm, Hank still came and did an amazing job!!
