Johnny helped us with a quick apartment bedroom carpet cleaning. My wife called around and found Siggy's to get a quote. Chris was friendly and accommodative even though this was a really small job. I met Johnny at the place and he was there right on time which was great! read more

Chris from Siggy's picked up and delivered two rugs, one a simple runner used in the kitchen that had gotten really dirty and a bokhara hand woven rug that just needed a cleaning. Both came back better for Siggy's work. We've used Siggy's before and will again. read more

They send totally excellent, personable, helpful, and hard working folks to clean our carpets, and their prices are super reasonable. But the fact that their workers insist on wearing their street shoes in my house is simply unacceptable. I had boot covers to supply, but the worker said that he couldn't use them because of insurance issues, that they are a slipping hazard on wet carpet. We are a shoeless household, and the sight of their utterly DISGUSTING, FILTHY boots tromping around on the carpets they have been sent to clean makes me want to VOMIT. It's hard to feel like the carpets actually end up clean after you see something so completely stomach turning. This is the only reason I took off a point. Otherwise, they are golden. Please Siggy's - get it together. Find a way to respect our shoeless household. It's basic politeness towards your customers, and I have to think there's a way to solve this problem. read more

The best carpet cleaning I ever used. Always reliable services and reasonable price. I trust them.

Carpets look like new! Fast, efficient and affordable. We will never use another service.

Siggy's Carpet Cleaning is the absolute BEST! I have used their services multiple times to clean the common area staircases in my condo building, and the carpets are always so clean and well cared for after the Siggy's team leaves. This company is professional, prompt, attentive, and thorough. Plus their prices are very reasonable. I will only call on Siggy's for all my future carpet cleaning needs! read more

Contacted Siggy's and spoke to Chris. We were expecting a visit from our first grandbaby to visit and wanted to have carpeting in two rooms plus an oriental area rug cleaned. I highly recommend this company. We had 15 years of grime on our shag walltowall carpets. Johnny was amazing! Courteous, friendly and thorough. He even wanted to make sure pets were secure due to open doors. No new carpeting for me. I would definitely have Siggys return when necessary! read more

Johnny was great. He texted to see if he could come early (did you ever??). He was pleasant, respectful of our home and garden. He cleaned our outdoor patio furniture for a fair price and spent much time and effort to do the job right. My cushions had never been shampooed professionally before, and now they look brand new? He then shampooed my family room and it too, sparkles. read more

Siggy's always comes through with great service for a low price!!!! Love you guys!!!!

Simply the best. We had blood on a carpet from an injury. Chris worked hard to remove it and when it resurfaced a week later he came back and retreated it. Sights is a local family owned business . My cost was about 1/2 of the cost of the well known cleaners. Call Siggys. You will not regret it. read more

Siggy's picked up my silk rug August 2020. The owner told me it would be a while and he would send it to off to another site to be cleaned. I have called numerous times with no answer back. Finally, I got ahold of the owner by phone and he does not know where my rug is. The owner was to research and get back to me. This was over 8 months ago. He has not returned my calls and has not compensated me for my 11x14 silk rug. read more

I have been using Siggy's Carpet Cleaning for over 10 years so this is not just a fly by night review. When I have had to call them back for something, there is never a problem. I can count on them. Amazing to feel so secure in knowing the job will be done when scheduled, done well and working with very pleasant folks. I whole heartedly recommend this family Cleaning service. They are fabulous. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE beware! I got a coupon for $105.99 for several rooms (3 and a hallway I think?) I I had a few rugs cleaned equally much less area than what the coupon was for. I had my carpets cleaned, the guy charged me $140, I said it wasn't right with the coupon, he argues his invoice was already set up by the owner and to call her with questions. He no later leaves and I get a call from the owner, SCREAMING at me that I refused to pay her guy. I set her straight on what happened and after the run around, and horrible service, I still paid her. Now, months later I got a letter from her saying I haven't paid her? I'm beyond appalled... I sent her copies of the cancelled checks. I'm writing so others know this is a terrible business and horrible owner, just horrible. read more

We had Siggy's come clean our carpet in 4 rooms and a flight of stairs based on Yelp reviews and the recommendation of a family member. Pros: - on time - clean and professional - carpets look cleaner than before Cons: - not the cheapest option, but I was OK with that if the job was done well - couldn't get ahold of them for 3 days before our appointment, didn't return my calls even after leaving 2 messages - lady on the phone told us it would take 1.5-2 hours to do everything, but the guy was gone in just over an hour. The carpets were still soaking wet when he left. I think he was more focused on getting it done quick than getting more of the solution sucked out of the carpet. Took 24 hours to dry to the point that our socks didn't get wet immediately. - carpet is crunchy in places, I assume from not getting rinsed completely. read more

Used them before - great job. This time the carpets were left very wet. Typically it takes 4-6 hours +/- for the carpets to dry. Job was completed at 9:45am. At 6:00 pm when we arrived home rugs were still very wet. Couldn't walk on the carpet without getting our socks soaked. The following morning still wet. Called owner who suggested just wait - he would check to see if others who had their rugs clean were left with very wet carpets- no offer to come back and suck the moisture out of them - No follow up call. I then rented a commercial carpet cleaner to suck the moisture out. $40 out of pocket On the 3rd day the carpets were completely dry. We should expect better read more

I was perusing other Yelp reviews and stumbled across Siggy's and thought I would offer my 2 cents. These guys are great. As mentioned in other reviews they are family owned, local and uber-responsible and responsive. If you have a pet that has occasional accidents in the home, this company is indispensable. They come out, move whatever has to be moved, put small leg pads under furniture legs and stay focused on the job at hand. Our house is all of 1,300 sq/ft (smallish) but they've never taken more than 30 minutes from start to finish to clean our home. And you can't beat their 3 rooms for $99 deal. They haven't changed that coupon price in at least the last 4 years that we have patronized their services. read more

Had a wonderful experience with today's cleaning. Chris was on time and super friendly. Whole house took about 1-1/2 hours and was left smelling great! I will definitely use again. read more

In a world that always changes - and often not for the better - how nice it is to be able to depend on Siggy's year after year. Chris, the wonderful husband and father of the family that owns the business, reliably shows up with his van at my house to pick up my Oriental rugs, take them away and then bring them back when they're clean. read more

Siggy's does a great job on carpet cleaning for my property listings and rental properties. They do a good job removing spots and stains and are very dependable, which is very important in my business. I've been using Siggy's for carpet cleaning for many years so this 5 star review is long overdue, but well deserved. Keep up the great work! read more

Was very disappointed with Siggy's. On the upside, arrived on time to clean upholstered couch. On the downside, cleaning guy was not that nice, didn't spend much time on the job and the results were poor. For $150 I would expect to see a difference in my admittedly grimy but good quality sofa. read more
