I paid for the 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom clearly still has areas of heavy foot traffic by the door. I thought it would lighten up after it dried but it didn't, so I think this area just didn't get enough attention. There was also a stain left in one of the smaller bedrooms that I think could've been treated more throughly. I plan to treat these areas myself before moving the furniture back into the rooms where they belong. I still left a tip. UPDATE: the business owner contacted me offering to come back and re-clean the areas. I appreciated them following up and taking the time to address the issue. Two technicians Will and Frank came over and did a great job in cleaning the dark spots and removing the stain in the other room. If you decide to use this business, I'd definitely recommend requesting Will and Frank.

As with any vendor that lacks service completion... a second opinion is warranted. And in this case, gave us the proof we needed to write an honest, accurate review. I would have happily scheduled the carpet installer at the same time so he could inform you how easy it was to remove these "impossible stains". And I'm sorry, somehow my review isn't legit because I submitted the review two months after your service? Please avoid this company if you value integrity.

On the positive side, the cleaning itself is decent, and the ladies who come to the house are always very nice and respectful. However, their punctuality and communication are major issues. They are consistently late - often upwards of 30 minutes. What makes it incredibly frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. They will wait until the exact time they are scheduled to arrive to tell me they are running behind, or they will say they are showing up "soon" and then take over half an hour to actually get here with absolute radio silence in between. This has wasted my time on several occasions and forced me to push back my own plans while waiting around for them to show up. If you have a completely wide-open schedule and don't mind waiting around, their cleaning is fine. But if you value your time and expect basic professional communication regarding ETAs, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

He got us on his schedule quickly and he listened carefully to the problem.
