Hired them for a move-out cleaning service after seeing so many good reviews on yelp. Scheduled appt for the very next day even though it was a Sunday. Jhey and one more lady were on time, asked for a tour. Told them what needs to be cleaned. They cleaned everything including the blinds, window sills, ceiling fans, inside the cabinets. We used their service for several months. It started off well but quickly declined. Over time, the cleaning became mostly decorative, with little attention to detail. They were consistently late and often sent only one person, despite promising a two-person team. Several of our appliances were also damaged during their visits. We just had another cleaning and I have to say that I continue to be impressed by Vivia and her crew. They are trustworthy, detailed*, on time, have good and fair prices, are always in a good mood, our animals love them, the house smells so clean, they make little designs with your throw blankets, and the energy of the house feels better after they have been here! They are amazing, try them out. A bit about the pictures, we have a LOT of hard floor space because we removed all the carpeting bc we have pets and allergies. Also, I craft a lot and that means debris on the floor right underneath my work area. But, Vivia and her brother left the floors shiny! (See pictures.) The booking process was pretty straightforward: I requested a quote via Yelp, entered my info, and within 15 minutes, Maria sent me a price estimate and a breakdown of their cleaning services. Maria and I agree on a date, time, and the number of cleaners. Booked! Vanessa and Leticia show up on the scheduled day, and I point out and explain what can and cannot be cleaned. There was a bit of a language barrier (they both spoke Spanish and used Google Translate to communicate with me), but it wasn't a huge deal. I had to step out momentarily, and they waited for me to return before they could leave to ensure I was happy with their cleaning after I inspected the entire place. Vivia came right on time this morning and did a very thorough job all on her own. This was our third time hiring her. With three young children, our house is often cluttered with toys and books, but Vivia makes sure to wipe or vacuum under the clutter, and not just around it. She also tidies up the clutter afterward, which I really appreciate. I also asked her to deep clean some bathroom items that we've neglected, including some step stools and potty training seats, to which she replied is pretty standard with her services. They were the most competitively/fair priced thorough moving out service that I could find, with their quote being less than $300. Granted, the size of my spot was not a full size house. Here are quick observations:: 1) Very friendly and nice - They weren't loud or obnoxious, they just focused on cleaning. This builds trust and I don't have to always supervise. (Last cleaning service sent ladies that kept talking crap about her coworker. It was very awkward, weird, and uncomfortable). 2) Hardworking - They were really careful with the furniture, window blinds, and everything in my cabinet. It was Memorial Day but they were in business to help us out! The house is 3500 sqf, pretty dirty especially the flooring, kitchen and toilets. I requested 2 staffs for 1.5 hours, I didn't think they could finish all the request so I was ready to do whatever was not done, but they did it!
