They ( the angel at the other end), spent sufficient time going back & fourth (during off hours), reaching out to their seamstress to help me in our hour of need for a posh event that had a very short finish window considering this was during the high point prom & wedding season. I was willing to drive an hour out of my way & feel grateful to these folks for helping me. You don't experience service like this especially, since I was reaching is a cold call so to speak via yelp. They were willing to work with me even without meeting me. Lately their timing & communication has been off... If I don't specify a timeframe, they usually ask & I believe take a note of it. But lately, I'm never notified if my clothes are ready. Two times ago, my clothes weren't ready by the time they had specified, & it isn't like they're right down the street from my house. When I don't receive a text, I check the link they've texted me after drop off & it always says they haven't started on my clothes yet. It isn't until I call the store to ask about the status, that I can confirm whether my clothes have been completed. They still do an excellent job overall & the prices are fair, but the lack of communication & reliability is becoming a bit frustrating. read more

My coats look brand new after dry cleaning! $36 for both, which I think is fair as they are long and wool blends. I will definitely come back. I appreciate that they have a texting system to let you know when clothes are ready. It took six days from when I dropped them off, though it was Friday afternoon and the employee told me that they don't dry clean on the weekends. read more

Went here for the first time to get my wedding reception dress + neck scarf cleaned. First off, they did a great job cleaning it and also pressed my dress + scarf without me asking so. The pricing was fair in my opinion, which I appreciated! Took off one star only because they actually lost my neck scarf when I went to go pick up my items... I was told to come back once they find it. I left, and they did eventually find it and dry cleaned and pressed it again for me at no extra charge. It was a bit inconvenient for me to have to drive back though, as they are a 15 min drive each way, so it added an extra 30 min to my commute which I really didn't want to have to do. My daughter lives in the area so it was not a problem as far as distance. Anyway, it was well worth the drive. Ryan was super nice and professional. Packed super fast for a work trip only to realize that one of my shirts had a very obvious, very large grease stain right in the center. I suspect the culprit was tacos but if we're being honest it could've been any number of things. Let's not point fingers. Let's come together from a place of healing. So I found these guys on Yelp, and I'm SO happy. They were incredibly accommodating (I was pretty frantic) and that shirt came back sparkling and ready for bidness! I decided to try this cleaner for some dry cleaning. I took in a couple of coats and a pair of slacks and my husband's suit. I am happy to report that they did very well. I had already washed and dried both of the shirts after trying some at home remedies with no luck. I brought them in and was able to pick them up the following day, only costing me $5 per shirt. I dropped off my cleaning and returned on the date specified for pick up on my receipt. I was told my order was not ready and would receive a text when it was. I informed the receptionist that I declined to receive texts and asked for a date when it would be ready. She said she didn't know and would call me and leave a message. 3 days later I returned to pick up my dry cleaning. I asked to speak with the owner Chris or the Manager. The receptionist told me that she could not give me the owners phone and the manager was not available. I have been using this cleaners for 20 years. Alfredo the previous owner always greeted me with a smile by name and helped me with specialized cleaning needs for my ballroom dance costuming. Why doesn't the new owner want to meet or speak with his new customers? I want to know that I can count on my cleaning to be ready on a specified date. read more
