Two times ago, my clothes weren't ready by the time they had specified, & it isn't like they're right down the street from my house. When I don't receive a text, I check the link they've texted me after drop off & it always says they haven't started on my clothes yet. It isn't until I call the store to ask about the status, that I can confirm whether my clothes have been completed. They still do an excellent job overall & the prices are fair, but the lack of communication & reliability is becoming a bit frustrating.

Parking: They have parking lot but you'll need to pay. Hours: Open everyday Monday to Sunday from 6am to 10pm. Last wash is around 8:45pm. Vibe: It's chill. Never had a bad experience. People come in, do their laundry and then wait either in their car or the available seats at the front. Note: Make sure to put a timer on your phone if you're going to wait in your car. Be respectful and make sure you take your stuff out right away cause people are waiting to use the machine. Oh and when you walk in, washers are on the right and dryers are on the left. Tip: Bring your own liquid soap so you don't have to pay or buy at this location. You could also go to Safeway across the street and buy detergent. Here's how it works: 1. Load your clothes or items in the washer (right), put soap at the top, tap your card, select water temperature and then press start. 2. Once that's done, then move your stuff to the dryers. Tap your card, select the temperature then press start. 3. Then you're done. Don't forget to clean up after yourself especially if you're washing pet stuff or shoes in the machines.

I counted 12 nails were falling out of the washer and into my clothes ruining every brand new clothing I had! The change machine and soap machine didn't work, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, if you have the quarters and your own supplies, it'll be fine. The machines I used didn't give me trouble and overall, the place didn't look terribly dirty for a weekend evening. Hopefully, the owners can put in credit card machines for the washers/dryers and get the other items in working order quickly.
