I called the store anyway and somehow managed to get in touch with the owner. He explained that they had closed early because of Thanksgiving, which I completely understood. But when I told him my situation, he did something I absolutely did not expect. He said he was about 40 minutes away, but insisted on turning around and coming back to the store just so I could get my dress. He drove all the way back, opened the shop for me, and then had to drive another 40 minutes again afterward. I honestly couldn't believe it. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. He went so far out of his way to help me, especially right before a major holiday. Truly 10/10 service. I paid for this when dropping this off and realized in the car they did not state paid so made sure to add a note to myself. I picked it up today and they tried to double charge me. I told him it was paid and he did not believe me. I then showed it was paid on my Apple Wallet account. Fortunately I did not pay via cash or would have been in trouble.
