horrible I paid to get my son's Jacket zipper fixed cost $45 they fixed it with the wrong color zipper I told them I was told they would order the correct zipper and call me when ready instead they kept my sons jacket for another week then called me and said they can't find matching zipper and the person who was fixing it said they never said they would find me one so I need to pick up my jacket then when I ask them to put the zipper they took off back on they want to charge me again read more

6 out of 8 pair was perfect. The other 2 one leg was longer on each when I tried them on. I would have given a 5 but I had to almost argue about what I wanted I held my composure. Took my pants home marked the leg that was longer , again where I wanted and she still didn't want to do what I wanted with my clothes. I took a deep breath and said this is what I want . I needed to get a dress altered FAST. A friend of ours is getting married - almost like an elopement so I barely had any time to search for a dress and get it altered. They got mine done in a week and it was amazing. I was so happy they did it, the only thing I was a little thrown off a bit with was the cost. It was $140 for hemming and tightening the area near my chest. After speaking to my own bridesmaids about the cost of getting their dress altered and telling them the cost, they were a little surprised too. This place came well recommended from one of the Pittsburg Facebook groups. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I needed my chiffon bridesmaids dress hemmed and steamed. The price they quoted me was more than the dress itself but I was eager to get it done. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have me try it on which I thought was odd but I was also relieved as it was over 100 degrees out and that place is not well ventilated. When I had the energy to try it on days later (living that newborn-zombie life), I noticed the hem was uneven. My right foot was more exposed than my left. Not a huge deal as no one would notice when the dress was in motion. Then I discovered two stains! One rather large one on the front and one on the back. I called Angels to see if they would help remedy the situation. They had me bring the dress in and asked that I leave it for them to work on. I went to pick it up the day before the wedding and was told they were unable to remove the stains. I asked if they would reimburse me for part of the service that resulted in damaging the dress. They refused and denied any fault. I'm just too exhausted to push it any further. If you want to pay a decent amount of money to have your garment ruined, look no further. read more

Got a response from Sue, who gave me a quote -- something the other places wouldn't want to give without me bringing the suit in. Went there a couple of days later and she waited until I arrived to have her assistant help me as well and both measured my suit (which I hadn't worn in about 3-4 years). Not only did she not alter my blouse sleeves the first time, she had the gall to tell me she did, then she charged me again, then she charged us $5.95 for all items and told us she would give us $3.00 off to which she didn't. I don't mind spending the little extra money to have my clothes not reek of chemicals. They use Eco friendly products which is the first I've seen! You get what you pay for.
