It was $140 for hemming and tightening the area near my chest. After speaking to my own bridesmaids about the cost of getting their dress altered and telling them the cost, they were a little surprised too. The customer service has departed along with the previous owner. The current employees here do not exhibit pride in their work. I had a suit altered at this location, and they mismeasured me, subsequently charging me twice to rectify the issue. 3. I consider myself someone who values quality and service, yet this company falls short in both areas. After looking for cleaners and alteration shops this place has the best quality and customer service! They gave me a due date on when to expect my clothes to be done. They ended up calling me 3 days early to let me know that it is done! They also called me to report one of the buttons are missing and if I would like it replaced. read more

6 out of 8 pair was perfect. The other 2 one leg was longer on each when I tried them on. I would have given a 5 but I had to almost argue about what I wanted I held my composure. Took my pants home marked the leg that was longer , again where I wanted and she still didn't want to do what I wanted with my clothes. I took a deep breath and said this is what I want . horrible I paid to get my son's Jacket zipper fixed cost $45 they fixed it with the wrong color zipper I told them I was told they would order the correct zipper and call me when ready instead they kept my sons jacket for another week then called me and said they can't find matching zipper and the person who was fixing it said they never said they would find me one so I need to pick up my jacket then when I ask them to put the zipper they took off back on they want to charge me again read more

This place came well recommended from one of the Pittsburg Facebook groups. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I needed my chiffon bridesmaids dress hemmed and steamed. The price they quoted me was more than the dress itself but I was eager to get it done. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have me try it on which I thought was odd but I was also relieved as it was over 100 degrees out and that place is not well ventilated. When I had the energy to try it on days later (living that newborn-zombie life), I noticed the hem was uneven. My right foot was more exposed than my left. Not a huge deal as no one would notice when the dress was in motion. Then I discovered two stains! One rather large one on the front and one on the back. I called Angels to see if they would help remedy the situation. They had me bring the dress in and asked that I leave it for them to work on. I went to pick it up the day before the wedding and was told they were unable to remove the stains. I asked if they would reimburse me for part of the service that resulted in damaging the dress. They refused and denied any fault. I'm just too exhausted to push it any further. If you want to pay a decent amount of money to have your garment ruined, look no further. read more

Most places that responded said they could not help me, but this place said it was a possibility. I headed over there that afternoon and dropped off the dress. Even though it was the middle of prom season, I was able to pick my dress up on that Friday and it fit perfectly! Only went once since COVID has us in comfy stay at home clothes instead of suits and jackets etc. I had pieces altered as well and I must say these are the nicest people I've ever dealt with in the industry. Got a response from Sue, who gave me a quote -- something the other places wouldn't want to give without me bringing the suit in. Went there a couple of days later and she waited until I arrived to have her assistant help me as well and both measured my suit (which I hadn't worn in about 3-4 years). Not only did she not alter my blouse sleeves the first time, she had the gall to tell me she did, then she charged me again, then she charged us $5.95 for all items and told us she would give us $3.00 off to which she didn't. I don't mind spending the little extra money to have my clothes not reek of chemicals. They use Eco friendly products which is the first I've seen! You get what you pay for. I drive from two cities over to use their services. I do not have any complaints!! Owners are very nice and remember you! I've had a couple of pants hemmed here a few months ago.
