Very kind, polite, quick turn around, great pricing and great work. What more can you ask for? I use to live close by, but now I live over Ygnacio. I tried going to a closer place but they said they could not get the hemming done in time (4 day turn around) and they didn't even look at the item. They just flat out said no. I called Arya the next day (at the end of the day), explained what I kind of hemming was needed, and he said to bring in the item. He said, no problem and would have it done by Saturday morning (2 day turn around). The jumpsuit has a blind hem and a liner, so it is not just a basic pants hemming. He also did major alterations on my wedding dress back in 2020 and did a fantastic job. This place is absolutely great. I am a firm believer!! Any professional tailoring/altering I will need in the future will be done here. I had a dress I bought from Amazon which was actually pretty good quality (I don't usually trust Amazon with like higher end clothing, but this surprised me!). It was a high low dress, where it goes above the knees in the front, then swoops down in the back, but the front was a little too long for my taste. So I asked for them to make it a little shorter in the front and Nabi suggested they shorter it a little in the back too. I'm so glad he did! I picked it up yesterday and it looks amazing! Somehow it fits better too, like maybe lightening the back made the back a little more flowy. They only charged $50 for this. Nabi was the only who helped me and he was so polite, respectful and knowledgeable. It's a quiet little place that you could miss so easily, but don't skip on Arya! I needed a suit fine tuned for my dad's funeral. Ordered from the many online stores and tried it on. I hate looking for a new tailor because aside from online reviews, how do you know right? It's not something that you can "return". Once it's done, it's done. So I found this place on trusty old yelp. It's deep inside Concord/Clayton, and located in a sleepy strip mall. The owner Nadi, is soft spoken, but nice and professional. I tried on my suit in the back and Nadi pinned his recommendations for sleeve length, pant leg, and waist. I said sure. I left it with him and he told me it should be ready in one week. I returned in a week, and tried on the suit. Perfecto. Loved the fit and the tiny bit of sleeve showing underneath my suit jacket. I forget what I paid, but it was under $50 for sleeve, pant, and waist alterations. Very very reasonable. Easy 5 stars for Nadi. Worth the drive. read more

Wow! I can't believe he charged me $90 for a simple alteration on my dress. I had my alteration on the other place last year and they only charged me $20-30.
