Deer Valley Cleaners - SUPER SUPERR BAD SERVICE - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Antioch, California

Deer Valley Cleaner does a solid job, and they usually can accommodate me if I need things relatively quickly. Friendly service. They are priced fairly. read more

I will never use them again for any alterations. They are priced really high and they do a bad job. I had 4 pants and 2 full suits and they are all still loose. Measurements were not followed. They wouldn't admit to their mistake. They were charging me again to fix it. I did not want to argue so I just left. read more

Poor Service. They made a mistake and they are charging again to fix the mistakes. Spent over $400 and all we get is we do not make mistakes here. read more

All good cleaning and alterations. They are our regular dry cleaners now for over a year or more.

They are easily the best. Got some tough stains out and my uniforms be pressed to PERFECTION. Creases on my pants go all the way to the belt line almost read more

Was my first time here, very kind and nice staff. They did a great job dry cleaning two designer coats.

I've used this business before for alterations but never took the time to write a review. I used them to taper my scrubs for work. I always bought a particular brand and loved the fit but hated the flare at the bottom of the pants. So the seamstress here would taper them. They were always perfect and consistently finished on the promised date. So when my daughter gave me a jumpsuit, I tried it on, it was cute but a little too short, and the bust part was too revealing. That's when this seamstress came to mind. The jumpsuit fit me perfectly otherwise, and I loved it, but I didn't want to have to turn it. The owner came up with an instant solution that sounded simple and easy. She gave me elastic bottoms and added small buttons; now it fits like a glove! And just as always, it was ready in no more than a week. I think they dry-cleaned it, too. The alterations were reasonably priced. The quoted price was what I was expecting. The place is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, is clean, and the customer service is A-1. As long as they are around, they will have my businesses. read more

To expensive! I went to get my pants hemmed and they wanted to charge me $60. I refused and drove to Oakland paid $23

Expensive. Doesn't do same day service. Did I mention expensive? You can find cheaper down the street for the SAME EXACT service read more

Very bad Quality Cleaners we spend over $700 on cleaners and Tailoring only to find that they did not clean the clothes they came out buckled natural shine was lifted out of expensive suit jackets and ties I would never return to this cleaners ever again and I addressed it and she did not want to do anything about it read more

I used to live up the street and used this cleaners regularly. Since buying a home in Pittsburg there was a cleaners around the corner that closed since COVID. I returned to Deer Valley Cleaners recently to continue my patronage there. Shrina recently helped me with a dry cleaning as well as alterations on my latest order. They are quite professional and second to none with their service. I highly recommend their services. read more

Wash & Fold Service is supreme! I found this family owned business friendly and affordable. During a home remodel we required wash and fold, dry cleaning, comforter and pillow cleaning services due to construction dust. DVC helped us out greatly, in our time of need, and even gave a lovely handmade gift. I also opted for their wedding dress cleaning & boxing service and highly recommend that as well. Very pleasant experience every time I visit. :) read more

Came in early morning with a brand new pair of slacks and button up shirt. Wanted them washed and pressed for a funeral the next day. Offered to pay extra for rush service. Older lady rudely declined to help. No customer service skills whatsoever. Zero stars. read more

I've been taking my clothes here for years. The quality of service is superb. In all honesty, I've been to a ton of dry cleaning places and still return here. The parking is adequate, the prices are reasonable and their quality of cleaning is superb. I haven't had an issue with them before and I think I will continue to use this place to take care of my laundry and cleaning needs. In particular, I take my "Barong" which is my Filipino formal shirt. These pieces of clothing are pretty hard to clean, especially after a long night of partying. Deer Valley Cleaners cleaned it to the original color and even pressed it back it's perfect fit. I really don't have a reason not to come back here. They'll continue to have my business in the future. read more

This Business will ruin your clothing then will not be responsible. After ruining an article of clothing they searched the internet to find the value, much less than the actual receipt provided. For one small, simple situation they took 2 weeks to respond and are willing to give up hundreds of dollars in annual business revenue to save $20 and insinuate a customer is not trustworthy to provide the value-keep in mind the destruction of the item also ruined the overall outfit...- we pay plenty for the services... Also, the owner, I think Mr. Chan or Chung, will not speak to customers or give out his number- a true business coward that has no business being in business for customers as he has no understanding of who pays his bills. I had given them a chance after losing my clothes once before. All this said, avoid Deer Valley Cleaners, if you are local, drive a little further, don't waste your money on your clothing at this fake business, they don't do the cleaning there anyway, they ship it to Dublin... If the owner finds the courage to call and make it right, I'll post again... read more

Had to get some slacks and a suit jacket altered. She did a very good job and made my clothes look and fit better. Excellent workmanship

The only dry cleaners I'll go to in my area. I strayed once (see below for Lone Tree review) and paid dearly. So now I vow never to cheat again! I take my hubby's suits and even a pair of designer jeans (yes, I'm one of those) on occasion and never had any issues. Pick up and drop off is always a breeze. Owners are very sweet and accommodating. The in-house seamstress is a lifesaver. I needed a quick zipper fix on my dress for a Christmas party and was in a jam. She saw my pain and managed to make the time to do it on short notice. Recently, I brought in a suit I bought from Nordstrom Rack a year ago that had never been worn but was now a size to big (yay it's too big, boo I can't return). She did wonders with it along with another suit that needed adjustments. Come here if you need any alterations or if you want your clothes cleaned and not mutilated! I assure you Keep-U-Neat will Keep-U-Happy! read more

Stopped by to get my daughters dress altered for prom. The customer service was good and dress was ready on time as promised. I have never got a dressed altered before so when my daughter picked it up and I saw the bottom was only cut no stitching of any sort at the bottom I wasn't sure if that was how it was suppose to look. But it wasn't bad just didn't have a fancy edge. But they did a great job on the straps. Like I said this was my first time getting a dress altered and the price for me was a lot higher than I anticipated but service was great. read more

I was flat out refused service to get fabric unstuck from a zipper. The lady said they didn't do zippers. I told her they did one for a friend, so she changes her story and said that its expensive. $25.00. OK. I thought it would be about $20.00. Then she said they just didn't want to do it because "it's time consuming." What? The machines do all the work. I think this woman didn't want to help me based on physical appearance. on Bottom line. Fine by me. I don't want her help and don't want her to have my money. read more

I wish I could put no stars!! They are rude, they ruined my sweater and didn't want to refund me! They just want to take your money! I understand business, but you have to do good business and they don't. They are HORRIBLE, read more

I hate having clothes dry cleaned, so I do my best to not buy clothes that require it. I always bring my husband's suits here. Our cal king comforters don't fit in our washing machine at home, so I always bring them here, too. I tried several places in town, and I like this place best. It seems to take a long time (sometimes a week) to get my husband's suits done, but the job is always done well. I'm never really on a time constraint with the comforters so the wait doesn't bother me. Maria is always friendly and remembers who I am. read more

I've gotta say that as a figure skater, I am in constant need of getting alterations done and in a timely manner! I know that I will definitely be using them for many more years to come! read more

Deer Valley Cleaners - Thank you Deer Valley Cleaners for helping me look great in front of audiences and judges! - Mikey Tongko-Burry - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Antioch, California

WARNING WARNING WARNING NEVER EVER GO TO THIS CLEANERS. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. Their prices our outrageous and they are very very rude. My husband took in 6 pair of pants they charged for 5 them said we forgot to charge you and demanded payment and didn't back down and want to argue with me. It is not my fault that you did not charge me appropriately and miscounted items I brought in. Once you charge a customer you can't go back and say you now owe me for my mistake and you charged $6.99 for one pair of pants and they didn't do that good of a job. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN RUDE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!! OK let me get something straight right off the back. I DO NOT believe in giving a business less than 3 stars when you've never actually been their or used their services which is the only reason they are receiving any stars.. I do, however, believe that professionalism and customer service are the baselines to an acceptable business which is why I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH DEER VALLEY CLEANERS. which leads me to my review. I called asking for a quote for tailoring a business suit as i needed it for an interview the next week and price wasn't as much a factor as time. The lady who answered did have a rough accent however that was to be expected so it didn't bother me. She told me that I would have to come in to get an estimate on price and time. Now here is what bothered me. I then asked if she could give me a rough estimate based on the average suit that they do as I'm sure that I'm not the only person this week that has needed this service and she starts yelling at me telling me i have a problem ( Now that accent is getting pretty annoying when its being used in a harassing way). I tell her that i only asked for a quote and she loses it yelling at me as loud as she can. Needless to say i didn't end up going their and i never will. Based off other views they seems expensive anyways. So in conclusion do not go based off of my 3 stars. Again i do not believe in giving a business 1 star when I've never actually used the service. but based off professionalism i cannot recommend this place. read more

Yes, dry cleaning and alterations are of quality, but yes, prices have gone up significantly high...sometimes more than what you paid for on the outfit at sale price...I would go here for alterations...very trusted....just prices are outrageous, maybe offer returned customers discounts... read more

I used to bring all of my clothes here but lately the prices have gotten outrageous. The last time I took 4 garments (2 dresses, 2 jackets), the total was over 60 bucks. Today I went in with 2 dresses to alter (hem one and take one in) and they quoted me $158.50. No thanks. I'll be taking my clothes elsewhere from now on! read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Let me first start by saying that I waited way over a week to cool off before writing a review. I have been going there off and on for well over 10 years. There was a time period I would take my husband's work clothes there and spent hundreds of dollars. I never had an issue and never really interacted with the staff since I was always in a hurry. Now that being said, late last year I took a pair of black jeans to get the zipper fix. I picked them up a few weeks later since I wasn't in dire need of them. When I got home I noticed the zipper was broken?!! I was so upset, but decided to wait to take them back. When I got around to take the jeans back, she told me that I brought back another pair of jeans and that they wouldn't have return my jeans with the broken zipper. I explain mistakes happen, however I explained to her that I wouldn't bring another pair of jeans to them all in a non aggressive way. I told her I have been going there for many years and spent a lot of money. I would NOT compromise my business with them for $17. I even asked her to look at the computer to check my history with them. She refused and told me to GET OUT and to NEVER COME BACK! I was shocked!! I didn't raise my voice at all. She was so unprofessional! I will never go back there again and made sure to tell all my friends and family to stop doing business there! read more

I came here recently and they were able to clean my shirts and pants very quickly and did a good job to remove my stains. Service was quick and I was able to go in and out within minutes. I prefer to use dry cleaning instead of laundry for the clothes that I like so there is less wear and tear on it over time. His place has a good parking lot and easy to access. read more

I went to this place two days ago and I was able to get in and out within five minutes. I had a couple of shirts and a uniform for work and picked up on the day that they told me. I usually only get my shirts and a couple of pants cleaned here. It's next to Round Table Pizza which is right by my house. The service was good and friendly. I was able to pick up the following day which was nice. I come here every once in while and they have always gotten my clothes cleaned in time. read more

I took my boyfriend's white 3 piece suit to this cleaners to be dry cleaned. It had quite a few spots on it that I pointed out when I dropped it off. The person who checked it in marked SOME Of the spots with tape. I continued to point out spots because I didn't want any excuses for them missing them. He stopped me and said that was enough, they would find the rest. I made a point to tell him I did not want them to miss any because my boyfriend needed the suit for an event that week. He said it would be fine. He asked me when I needed it and he told me when I could pick it up. We got a message saying the suit was ready for pick up. The day before the event, I went in to get the suit and found that there were still PLENTY of NOTICEABLE spots left on this white suit. I told her to have it redone. She acted like she didn't want to do it but finally agreed. She said it would be ready for pick up the next afternoon. I told her how inconvenient that was since the event we were going to was the next evening. She didn't seem concerned. I went in the next day to pick up the suit. Some of the stains were gone, BUT NOT ALL OF THEM. I was NOT happy. I had paid nearly $20 to have this suit cleaned, had it cleaned TWICE, and made now THREE trips to the cleaners. I told the clerk I wanted my money back. She said she would give me HALF. I told her I wanted ALL my money back. She said fine and then told me to NEVER COME BACK! I was FLOORED!!! She doesn't have to worry about that, I WON'T BE BACK! And if you know what's good for you, you won't patronize this establishment either. read more

What a rip off. I would give negative stars if it was possible. I am a new customer. The first week that I came in on Saturday to pick up my 5 shirts they were closed. The second week they demanded a 25% increase because my shirts are 3XL. I have been using Brentwood dry cleaners for years and just moved to Antioch. Deer Valley cares nothing about their customers and discriminate against the larger American people. I recommend Keep u Neat on A street. They have a drive through and are wonderful people that don't discriminate against someone that wears 3xl shirts. read more
