Star - Would Not Recommend…read more I just moved to Antioch and decided to try this laundromat. I'm a carpenter and a tech guy, so I pay attention to how things function. Unfortunately, this place was a complete disappointment. First, there was no hot water. The water system clearly was not working properly. I should've taken it as a sign when the place was empty. I called the number listed for assistance, and instead of offering help, the person who answered tried to tell me everything was working fine "from the camera." That doesn't fix the problem in person. I ended up wasting $60 and now have to find another laundromat to rewash everything. Very frustrating experience, especially being new to the area. I wouldn't recommend this self-service laundromat to anyone until these issues are properly fixed and customer service improves

We had my two year old son with us and had 5 washers being occupied. we did a huge load of white towels and had 5 dryers full. spent A LOT of money washing and drying. we had confused a dryer that we were continuously adding money on to be our white clothes, and the rude lady who worked there approached us very rudely and said "why are you touching my towels, those are my towels, don't touch my towels". very hostile and absolutely uncalled for the way she approached us. this is our second time washing since being without a washer and dryer and we will no longer be going back. do not have people who are that rude working in a place that serves the public.

I have a ton of very thick heavy blankets which can't be washed at home. We spend quite a few hours and do them all. It's usually quite full so finding washers can be a challenge. Forget about weekend unless you're willing to wait. Overall its a laundromat so don't expect ushers and people selling drinks. No marble floors or anything just a laundromat with lots of machines. There's tons of stuff to do here while you wait for your machines to be done and they have plenty of places for you to fold your laundry and complementary cards for you to get the laundry from the basket to your car to the machine they take payment through an app or you can do cash to get coins, but the app is really awesome and useful

There are places to sit, a restroom for people using the laundromat, and change machines. After washing my clothes I loaded them up to dry at home. My only complaint is my clothes were still pretty wet. I would expect an industrial washers spin cycle to be better than mine at home. Overall though, not a bad place to do laundry.
