Star - Would Not Recommend…read more I just moved to Antioch and decided to try this laundromat. I'm a carpenter and a tech guy, so I pay attention to how things function. Unfortunately, this place was a complete disappointment. First, there was no hot water. The water system clearly was not working properly. I should've taken it as a sign when the place was empty. I called the number listed for assistance, and instead of offering help, the person who answered tried to tell me everything was working fine "from the camera." That doesn't fix the problem in person. I ended up wasting $60 and now have to find another laundromat to rewash everything. Very frustrating experience, especially being new to the area. I wouldn't recommend this self-service laundromat to anyone until these issues are properly fixed and customer service improves

Well, our washer is currently not working, and we all know laundry waits for no one, so I had to make the trip here. First impression: they have a lot of washers, which looks good at first, but there are definitely limitations to them. This place takes quarters (which is probably your best bet) and they also have these cards that you can load money onto, then swipe through their machine. Not all the machines will take this card though, so you have to look out for the little taped signs they put up letting you know if the machine only takes quarters, or if it only takes the card. I went on a Tuesday morning, which I would think wouldn't be so crowded, but this place definitely gets a lot of business. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because of the limitations the machines have, and because they didn't have the AC going, which typically wouldn't bother me, but I think we all know how hot it can get during the summer, so AC is a must. They also have an on site attendant, but she wasn't very pleasant. I dread that I have to go back at least one more time until our washer is fixed. Do I recommend this place? Definitely wouldn't be my first choice, but living out here, not many laundromat's around, so I'll take what I can get.

There's tons of stuff to do here while you wait for your machines to be done and they have plenty of places for you to fold your laundry and complementary cards for you to get the laundry from the basket to your car to the machine they take payment through an app or you can do cash to get coins, but the app is really awesome and useful

There are places to sit, a restroom for people using the laundromat, and change machines. After washing my clothes I loaded them up to dry at home. My only complaint is my clothes were still pretty wet. I would expect an industrial washers spin cycle to be better than mine at home. Overall though, not a bad place to do laundry.
