They'll pick up and drop off your laundry for free. I have a lot of large blankets, comforters, and coverlets. It's the best way for me and the price is worth the time I save not sitting there doing nothing but watching my stuff washing. They do a really good job. Thank You Speed Clean Laundry! I did some laundry at a friend's house today, but no dryer. No problem, I'll hang up the clothes, outside. It's a nice November, Fall day. What's a little brisk breeze. OH! Man the wind sure is blowing & it's RAINING!!!!! OH NOOO! Clothes are wet wet now & some are on the ground! @@@@@@. Ok where's the closest laundromat???? Oh good it's only about a half a mile. They close at 10pm it's 9:05pm, I grab up the clothes on the hangers and throw them in the car... I pull up and it looks like they may be closing, we ask if they are closing, no not until 10pm? But hurry last dryer load needs to be in by 9:30, ok. Let me wrangle the friggin hangers then oh yes I need to pay to start the dryer, ok how?? Oh nice! Just slide my ATM card right there at the dryer, nice! Ok I did it, laundry is in the dryer and tumbling away. Oops, I forgot the dryer sheets, I walk over to the laundry vending machine and it doesn't have any product, but the very nice laundry Attendant says oh hang on, comes back with about 10 dryer sheets, and says I can have them. Boom toss those bad boys in the dryer. Speed Clean was clean, there are counters to fold your clothes, baskets available so you can get your laundry into or out of a washer and dryer. This place has gone down hill since it opened. They offer too many services that leaves their location abandoned and dirty. You have people doing drugs in the restroom, the lady knows this. Who know what else they are doing in the restroom. You can't rely on them having any laundry supplies so be aware and most of their time their machines are not working. I come here because it's literally close to home, however management demonstrates they do not care about this place as long as the cash flow doesn't stop. I would recommend using ur card to wash seeing as the coin dispenser ripps you off. I'm noticing this trend with coin opporated q launder mats. It feel like owners are doing this assuming that the low income communities don't know how to count. I wrote a note for the manager only to find several other notes identical to mine. I normally never ever have any issues with this place however last week was a VERY different experience for me. It was a little more crowded than your normal Tuesday so I was waiting for one of the 80 lbs washers to be emptied (as it had been finished the entire 15 mins I was standing by it, waiting). One the of the attendants asked me if I was waiting for it, and emptied for me. I normally never ever pay with my card but I was in a rush and didn't want to deposit $11 in quarters so I tapped my card on the reader to which I saw it process, authorize & approve my card. I left for 10 mins & came back inside, only for a different attendant to accuse me of not paying for my washer and using someone else's wash that they had prepaid for (which I had never heard of prepaying for washers when SOMEONE ELSE'S STUFF IS STILL INSIDE, but OK). So I tried to explain that no, I had in fact watched it go through the process of charging my card and that there was no way it hadn't, whether there was a prepaid wash on that machine, or not. She continued to cut me off and push for the last 4 digits of my card number, name and phone number. I even pulled up my bank statements to show her, which she shrugged off and tried to say was a pending charge on another machine I had used that day. However, that was the only time I used my card in that building as I happen to use the smaller washers for my other laundry that ONLY TOOK QUARTERS. I had cash handy when I arrive to the facility, so I had no reason to use their ATM either. Not only did the attendant embarrass me with the place packed full of people- the manager was pretty ignorant on the phone and refused to hear my side of the story as "she didn't like my tone of voice and just wanted me to hand my information to her attendant". I refused, which led to a snarky "well then we'll just look at the cameras to see what happened". I had asked them 3 or 4 times to watch the cameras, before I finally just put my foot down and refused to hand over my card info and name. I was so embarrassed and removed all my wet clothes from the washers ASAP and took them to another laundromat. & in case you were wondering, I DID IN FACT PAY FOR MY WASHER! Decided to use pickup and delivery service and was overcharged and even though I paid extra for fabric softener non was used. Update: Claudia called back and was very professional while listening to my gripes so I updated my ratings. I gave 5 because I used them before for drop off laundry and I had loved the service. Update: Claudia was professional and I thought we had an understanding but I was wrong. I go back to initial review and to expand on complaint. I had pre sorted my clothes but they washed everything together what I imagine was high heat because my white clothes became thin and my delicates were shrunk along with not using fabric softener. I had decided to try them again because Claudia offered 20 free lbs but again the stuff was not washed right. The lady that was working at njght was rude and not helpful at all. The washers literally turn off at 830 so if you are in the middle of putting your money it still turns off taking the money you put in and when you ask about getting your money back 5.75 the response was "I can't handle that issue". Claudia is a rude ass b**** DO NOT USE WASHER 24! What they don't tell you is what washers are broke and take AN HOUR instead of 37 minutes. No one seems to ever know anything or speak English When asked a question. I called and was polite. Claudia on the other hand was rude. Seems like she hates her job. I asked if I can have a different washer cause the washer number 24 is BROKEN! I have been here before and used that washer ( forgot what number so I can avoid it). I used 24 & 26 thinking I avoided #24 because I remembered the water runs wayyy slower and takes literally abt an hour. While the other washer takes exactly 37 min as the timer says. She got hostile with me right away stating that they don't give refunds and no one will be here until 8:30. I said that's fine I don't want a refund another dryer would be fine. At this moment is was 8:15 amApproximately. As conversation went on she was still rude and told me basically if I don't like then wait. She then tried to explain to me the white washers take longer , but #24 Is WAYYY longer. And that because I have it on heavy is why it takes longer . NO! The washer takes LONGER cause the water comes out EXTREMELY slow, unlike the other white washers the flow for washing is pretty good. Claudia then hangs up being hostile. I called back and asked for her name. She proceeded to be silent and then hung up on me again. I called Once more & then I asked her name & totally was hung up on 3 times when asking for her name. The young lady who was supposed to be here at 8:30, Arrives at 8:45. Then proceeded to tell me the same thing, how the washer is slower and all the white washers are and NO THEY ARENT ITS JUST #24! ( Check the WATER FLOW when using it you will see). I began to get frustrated because how are you a business that can take money but not give back? I don't want a " free wash " cause by the time anyone gets here to help me my clothes will be done. I was the told Claudia will be here in 15 minutes and she can assist me. Soon as Claudia arrives she wakes up to me and says so your the one who keeps calling? Yes, because your customer service is very poor. She wants to " help you " but how can you and a customer have a conversation when all Claudia wants to do is talk over me and insist on being rude. She did refund money back. But when I went to do my second load it wouldn't start or anything and kept saying hold or bring device near reader and refused to start we even waited and Clicked the start button but no go. This laundromat is always clean. It has new machines. If you get a laundry card for $1.00 and you load $20.00 you get an extra $5.00 on the card. This laundromat has every option on payments. You can use quarters, credit/debit card, Apple Pay or you can load money on a laundry card and for every $20.00 you an extra $5.00. They even have laundry service you can drop off you clothes and they will wash and fold. One time my machine didn't spin my clothes and they were still soaked with water. I couldn't use the machine again because at 8:30 the computer won't let you start a new load. They had me leave the load and when I came back the next day they were all folded and ready to go. My only complaint is the bathroom is. It available still due to COVID. read more

This facility was very clean and high tech, which is great because i never carry cash or my wallet, I always use apple pay. It is a but small but the walkways are wide compared to others places. I've been using Speed Clean for over a year now. They are wonderful! In the beginning we would load all of our laundry up and bring it down to do it ourselves. It's always clean inside, and whomever is working is always helpful and super nice. They also take Apple Pay and card, which makes it so much easier! I don't have to stop by the bank to pull out cash to get a ton of quarters. When we found out they do pick up and drop off, we were so excited! No more afternoons spent doing laundry and lugging everything around. Paul or his Son or his Daughter come to pick up our laundry. They always arrive within the window, and are always so nice. We get our laundry back the next day, folded perfectly (way better than I could do!). We've also used their drop off service which was great too. We had one issue, one time (in over a year) and we reached out to Paul. He was quick to respond and fix the issues we were having. We will continue to use Speed Clean! read more

I don't often go to laundromat the one I have lots of laundry to do and not much time to do it I go to the nearest laundromat or in my case the best laundry mat around. I tried this one for the first time today and it seems very clean nice there's an attendant on duty helping if you have an issue with machines and all the machines seem to be working, they are clean and there are plenty of folding tables everywhere and I will give this place a five star for the people the cleanliness and the environment! read more

don't recommend using this laundromat. I was a regular customer for 2 years until my $200 sheets got destroyed a week ago. When I pulled them out of the dryer there were black scorch marks and some rips. I notified the worker who told me she was going to call her boss. She returned to let me know she had left a message. Then about 5 mins laster she returned say her boss had responded. I was told that they are not liable for damages. I said okay and thanked the worker. All of the attendants who worker here are very kind I didn't need to take out my frustration on her. The owners however, I am astonished you didn't even offer me a wash credit or something better than a too bad. I will certainly never come here again. In fact, I would remind you that you are 100% responsible for the maintance of that machines and could be found liable in a court of law. My recommendation is to value your customers a little more, realize people rely on you to care for your machines. read more

In my recent experience at this wash house I was very disappointed in the way the new owner handled me. For starters I had my AirPods in talking on the phone to a friend of mine when I came across 3 broken washing machines in the 1st set of washers. I expressed to my friend that the wash house is trash, the reason being is because I have been coming here since Paul 1st opened the place, have actually worked there so I am very familiar with the wash house as a whole. The reason I feel the way I feel is because the wash house has deteriorated ever since. I explained to the new owner how I felt and he tried to make me feel as if I was stupid and that I was yelling at him however he didn't have to approach me at all because I was on the phone anyways. I come to this wash house often because I live so close to it, and over time the machines break continuously with no signs saying that they don't work, card readers often don't read the card like they used to, on top of some of them have not been fixed at all, the dryers have been turned down so I feel like I'm just feeding the machines and it takes over and hour for my clothes to even dry. I've watched the new owners wife walk in just to collect profit and not worry about the quality of the wash house at all. I spend lots of money here and I just want good working machines. One of the Biggest dryers has been out of order for weeks which I believe is a big inconvenience to a lot of people who have bigger loads to dry. When I explained this to the owner he had a major attitude and when trying to help me he very rudely asked me to " MOVE " my soap off the washing machine so he can open the top. When he fake ass fixed the problem I said thank you and he didn't respond at all. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE PERIOD. All in all, the wash house is a piece of shit now and I really dislike the new staff that work there. He also isn't mandating masks because he didn't have one on himself while approaching me nor did his employees. As a frequent customer, today I asked the attendant when the restroom would be open to customers. Before the pandemic it had been open to customers. He must have contacted the owner because, while there, I received a phone call from a woman, saying she was the owner, who made it a point to tell me, the restrooms would remain closed to all customers, and according to the law she was within her rights to keep them closed. As a senior, who is 55+ with a disability, I find it highly offensive, inconsiderate and maybe even illegal that she, the owner, would be allowed to make that statement. I spoke to another older woman there who said she also had to use the bathroom in a water bowl for her dog that she had in her car, as she had been there for about 2 hours. So we can spend our money and even receive a phone call from the owner, while there, but we can't use the restroom? I'm giving it a 4 star because of the pricing. For one of the washers the price is $3.50 I have use the same type in Haywards,CA and it was $2.75 big difference. The dryers are all $.25 but they range from size which it is still good. Besides all that it is very clean the they have a TV showing some news I'm glad it wasn't FOX news. Probably the best laundromat I've ever been to! Nice machines and lots of it, vending machines, TV's, AC blasting, Pay by coins, card, Google or Apple (NICE!!!!) One thing that sucks is Sunday afternoons. It was sooo packed, folks were waiting in line for machines. I suggest come early on weekends or stick to doing it on weekdays. Woooohooooo! This place gave me nothing but smiles people! That is not an exaggeration! I mean from the moment I walked in the look and feel was amazing! The customer service amazing! I walked in and was greeted to a friendly family all working (at 8:30mind you) wearing matching shirts to promote the business. They stay open until 10pm! They are very well lit and they have AC!!!!! Come on! How does it get better right? RIGHT?! But it gets better!!!! They are the first and only place I've ever been to with card swiping machines on the freaking washing machines!!!!! I walked in to your wash house on 01/21/2018 at 8:28pm. I was told I could not wash my clothes because the last wash is at 8:30pm. It was two minutes before 8:30pm. With only one load of clothes to wash. What I don't understand is 8:30pm is the last wash why the employee of the washhouse turned me around and deny me access to wash my one load?
