The lady working here was very helpful and informative very clean laundry mat even though I only came to wash one blanket I enjoyed the experience read more

Wow. What a group of energetic group of peoples who really cares. Washing machines with credit card on it. A+. Finally we have better option for laundry in Antioch read more

So they rounded the price of a small washer off to $2 but that's still pretty dam cheap and still cheaper than the other laundry place down the road. Owners found out the air con wasn't working and shelled out extra to have a custom made air con vent made for the building simply because it was warm inside and uncomfortable for us customers ( I don't really fun it all that hot). Now that's pretty great service. Can't wait for it to be installed. read more

Speed Clean Laundry - Extra parking just across the road there - Laundromat Near Me - Antioch, California

I walked in to your wash house on 01/21/2018 at 8:28pm. I was told I could not wash my clothes because the last wash is at 8:30pm. It was two minutes before 8:30pm. With only one load of clothes to wash. What I don't understand is 8:30pm is the last wash why the employee of the washhouse turned me around and deny me access to wash my one load? This unprofessional. And the bad thing about it all is, is this is the only wash house in the Pittsburg and Antioch area. Smh. read more

I really appreciate the kindness, the consideration, the helpfulness and professionalism of Claudia and the cleanliness of the inside of this business. For these reasons I will continue to support this local business. read more

The machines put holes in 2 of my sweaters- and in addition to that - My wallet was stolen here while doing laundry. The owner was unwilling to help. It was very sad that he wouldn't do anything even though there was a security camera right where it happened. read more

My washer had broke, and I decided to take my laundry here. I never have been here before today. We went on a Sunday at 7:00am, had a few people in side but not to crazy busy. The place is very clean has plenty of washers and dryers. A tv for a little entertaining while you are there. An ATM is available as well as access to purchase laundry detergent, fabric softeners and dryer sheets. They have a wash and fold service available. If need be I will definitely go here again. read more

Come every Sunday and I'm never disappointed! I absolutely love the attendant their Angie! She is amazing knows my sons name now since we have started going there. I love how fast she is and always keeps the place so clean. I will continue to come on sundays and I hope it stays like this. Plus you can use your debit card now!!! So awesome that I don't have to cart quarters anymore. read more

Well where to start... this place used to be a clean... well maintained... nice employees kinda place. They completely dumped or fired all of their previous employees which were the best by the way. Now they have people that rude and dont seem to care at all that works here. I just dont have a choice of going someplace else. Coz the closest one to me is the the one in Oakley. Anyways... bottom line its still a good place to go compares to others. If you got thick skin... go for it... read more

Office laundromat when I first opened it was great AC in the summer all of the machines work plenty of folding table s now 50% of the machines are broke when I asked for at first they said it was shipping parts issues because of covid well that's a long past and more machines are broke signs on them saying out of order I went in there today there were approximately 15 dryers that were actually working at about 30 every one of them had clothes in them that weren't spinning and there was one person in there, Austin laundry will sit in dryers with nobody removing them so the next person can use them so my biggest complaint is everything is always out of order there , I started going here because the one at the corner of 18th and A st. Was a bit trashy the machines were old but they are now updated and I now start going to this laundromat new machines plenty plenty of dryers that don't have a bunch of clothes sitting in them and all of the machines work here. read more

Every time we come to this laundry mat, it is always clean. Staff is friendly. Glad I found this place. I like there's more parking across the street. It's a very short walk from the extra parking. Will continue to come here when I need it. read more

I've been coming here for a long time and never had issues until The owners wife (Caucasian elderly woman) was beyond rude and disrespectful. I respectfully told her I ran my card on two of the machines and it said approved but the washes aren't doing anything and she rudely responds "if it was approved it would of worked" I responded "I am not stupid I know what it's supposed to do and it said approved which charged my card" she then insisted I show her the charges so I said I will and she begins to hover my space (doesn't stay 6ft from me) and hovers over my phone and says "show me then" so I tell her to back tf up and get out of my space". As I stand there to go through my transactions she begins to run her mouth. I tell her to stfu because at this point she crossed the line and was beyond disrespectful. I then walk over and show her my transaction and she tells me to get out of her space and I responded in order to show you my transaction I'm going to be in your space like you were with me. I then walk away and tell her she felt dumb because the trasnsactions were there. I sit down and begin to mind my business at this point she can keep the money because I'm about to lose my shit. (I never got paid back). As I sit there quietly minding my business she tells me "if you wanna make a complaint you can tell my husband who is outside that owns this place" I laughed and said to get out of my face and no need to complain because I will here on Yelp. Horrible customer service. She's old grumpy and miserable that has no kind deliverance. She's nasty. read more

I've patronized Speed Clean a few times and each experience has been very pleasant. The staff are kind and do their best to keep the place clean, even working around 20-30 people. The place is not the largest but never feels cramped. I appreciate the TV's and seating accommodations. I'm not a laundry mat kind of person but they've made and continue to make each visit the best! Keep up the great work and maybe you can open a second location in Brentwood *wink wink*. read more

Love this laundry! Neat, clean, safe, the washers and dryers are fairly quick. Price wise, it's not to bad. just depends on the size of the washer/dryer. And yes, there are machines quite capable of handling comforters. I can sit back, relax, watch tv, have a snack and a drink, all while getting my laundry done. The coolest part is that some of the machines take credit, debit, and pay pal! Great if you have laundry soap but no quarters. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable and it's great having someone there during business hours. Great addition to Antioch! I will definitely continue doing business here! read more

First time i have been since they opened. i loved how clean and inviting it is. all the other laundry mats i have been to are disgusting. not here. clean and bright. could get on their WiFi to do work while i waited because you need a password and there was not one working till about 2 minutes before i left. i just watched their awesome TVs instead. i will be back again. :) read more

Wow!! That's pretty much how I feel about this laundry mat! Not your typical I-hope-I-don't-catch-a-disease laundry mat. So clean and so nice. The worker there was so friendly and helpful. And is actually there on the floor. That's what I call great customer service!!! Terrific :) I will definitely be returning when I do my weekly laundry! I found this place via yelp and I am impressed! Yay! read more

I always had nothing but good experiences there. The attendants are always helpful and the laundry mat is always clean. They get busy at times so I'm glad there is an extra parking lot across the street. The one on the property is small. But I've been there a lot lately and would go back if needed. read more

I absolutely love this place I had to go see for Myself and before rating this place I actually did a couple loads of laundry. staff there were constantly making sure everything was OK and clean, answered all my questions politely. Also love the fact that there's WiFi and nice TVs to kill time while waiting for clothes. Definitely the Best laundromat in Antioch. I've been to others and none compare. Also the debit card option to pay is a Big plus!!! Hope this helps! read more

Employees know how to handle their equipment. There was a metal sound in one of the dryers and I thought it was "pocket change". Paul heard the rumbling and inspected it, turns out there was a screw in one of the dryers. He saved my clothes from getting torn to shreds! I highly reccommend this laundromat because they have a fair amount of equipment and they are efficient to use. I did not have to wait in line to use any of the equipment and that this place is A-Ok in my book! read more

I needed a large washer and dryer for my king size comforter. I found this place on yelp. It's awesome! I love that the machines take credit cards. I'm so happy this laundry mat opened! The one by my house is always dirty and people just hanging out. At Speed Clean it's very clean, they have free Wi-Fi and the people that work there are very nice! My favorite place to wash clothes! read more

I would give this place five stars simply for the fact that it is well maintained and the staff there are very helpful when you have questions or need assistance with the machines. The reason for my 3 star rating is because I recently dropped off my laundry to their drop off service. I had about two large bags and I felt that the price was reasonable for all of the items I had. The staff member that assisted me was also very helpful. My problem with the services (this is not the first time I heard a complaint about the drop off service- A family friend I know had some complaints about whether or not their items were even washed-although this wasn't my complaint) was that upon receiving my items and going through my bags, I noticed several items that did not belong to me that were in my bag. This isn't the biggest problem, but it did raise a question for myself as to whether or not I even received all of the items I dropped off for cleaning, because I don't remember every single item I had in my bag. read more

I personally have not attended this facility but I do go to the one on LOVERIDGE RD in PITTSBURG. I've never had an issue until this morning. I came over, after putting in 7.50 in one of the machines the machine was not working. I called the number and stated someone will come over. I left to take my son to school, came back and not sure if someone had already been there to fix the problem but I had already put my blankets in another machine. I called again and spoke with the same woman on the phone and told her I needed to step out and I wasn't sure if someone had already been there or what the situation was and if so, how would I be able to get my money back.. Woman was rude and stated they don't do refunds, you shouldn't have left the location. I told you someone was on their way. I told her I needed to take my son to school. I told her you guys ask us to let you know when there's a problem and I informed you of the problem and this is the way you answer and respond back?? I figured out the problem is the probably the rude ass people on the phones. Best believe this will be THE LAST time I come to any of their facilities. I see this seems to be a problem with their chain. I'd rather drive a bit further out for better service. read more

First time here and can't complain. Very clean and cost friendly. There machines are fairly new and staff is very helpful.

The owner was rude and would not help with a theft situation we were going through in his laundromat. He could have helped me a lot, but refused! ... Watch your belongings when doing laundry here because they won't help you read more

This was my first time here, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of this place! I was there for roughly 3 hours and I noticed the whole time I was there that the attendant Tempus (I am so sorry if I spelt her name incorrectly) was nonstop making her runs around the place to make sure everything was running smoothly. She made sure things were clean the whole time I was there, including the floor. She was working so diligently that she noticed my washer stopped before I did, and fixed it right away. There were other requests that she had to handle and she did so very well. On my way out I made sure to let her know that I noticed her hard work because I think I speak for everyone when I say that I really appreciate a clean place to wash my clothes. I will definitely be back to do more laundry! read more

Loved this place! How often can one say that about a laundromat?! The owner, Paul, was very helpful. He helped me decide what size machine to use for my comforter. I probably would have thrown it in the jumbo, but he said the mid size was sufficient. He helped me save a few $. The establishment is clean, bright, cool (as far as laundromats go), a clean potty, TV, wifi, snack machine, and valet parking...just kidding on the parking. Lol I will definitely go back the next time I need an oversized machine.! read more

It's really clean. The machines are all clean inside and out. There is lots of places to sit and it's nice and cool inside.

Clean, newer washers and dryers that function properly, full-time attendant who was super helpful and constantly cleaning up, t.v., seating area for kids to entertain themselves with electronics, and nice snack & drink vending machines, reasonable prices. The only negative is the limited parking. I recommend this laundromat though if you need to wash multiple or large loads at once. read more

Finally!!! Yes! Thank you Jesus! Finally a washhouse that didn't tear up my stuff and mark em up with all kinds of stains. Seriously. This washhouse is very clean, has washers n dryers in multiple sizes. $6 for 4load washers n $8 for 6 load washers. Absolutely worth taking the trip down here. N u can use your ATM/CC on the washers n dryers. Here is also a lil taco place across the street n no weirdos hanging out. Win win!! read more
