The weight and the size would probably wear out my washer at home. This review is mainly for the women that worked there because she was very friendly and didn't ask for the quarter back. I had an issue after I paid. After I paid, I pressed extra hot at the list minute. It wouldn't start and had 25 displayed. I thought it meant it was going to take 25min. Haha! I told the worker it wouldn't start, she said you need $.25 because of the extra hot setting then puts a quarter for me.

So it's only after one has loaded the washer and put liquid laundry products in the top compartments, then tries to pay, that one finds this out. One row of white top loading machines had ants running around on several of them. I opened the lid of the one with the most, and it was half full of dirty, rusty looking water, with crud growing on the sides. It looked as if it had been that way for weeks, and the ants were dispersing throughout the laundromat. The final insult was the dryer not getting hot at all, and no attendant to give a refund. I definitely will not be going back to this place.

Star - Would Not Recommend…read more I just moved to Antioch and decided to try this laundromat. I'm a carpenter and a tech guy, so I pay attention to how things function. Unfortunately, this place was a complete disappointment. First, there was no hot water. The water system clearly was not working properly. I should've taken it as a sign when the place was empty. I called the number listed for assistance, and instead of offering help, the person who answered tried to tell me everything was working fine "from the camera." That doesn't fix the problem in person. I ended up wasting $60 and now have to find another laundromat to rewash everything. Very frustrating experience, especially being new to the area. I wouldn't recommend this self-service laundromat to anyone until these issues are properly fixed and customer service improves
