Unfortunately, this place was a complete disappointment. First, there was no hot water. The water system clearly was not working properly. I should've taken it as a sign when the place was empty. I called the number listed for assistance, and instead of offering help, the person who answered tried to tell me everything was working fine "from the camera." That doesn't fix the problem in person. I ended up wasting $60 and now have to find another laundromat to rewash everything. Very frustrating experience, especially being new to the area. There are places to sit, a restroom for people using the laundromat, and change machines. After washing my clothes I loaded them up to dry at home. Parking: They have parking lot but you'll need to pay. Hours: Open everyday Monday to Sunday from 6am to 10pm. Last wash is around 8:45pm. Vibe: It's chill. Never had a bad experience. People come in, do their laundry and then wait either in their car or the available seats at the front. Note: Make sure to put a timer on your phone if you're going to wait in your car. Be respectful and make sure you take your stuff out right away cause people are waiting to use the machine. Oh and when you walk in, washers are on the right and dryers are on the left. Tip: Bring your own liquid soap so you don't have to pay or buy at this location. You could also go to Safeway across the street and buy detergent. Here's how it works: 1. Load your clothes or items in the washer (right), put soap at the top, tap your card, select water temperature and then press start. 2. Once that's done, then move your stuff to the dryers. Tap your card, select the temperature then press start. 3. Then you're done. Don't forget to clean up after yourself especially if you're washing pet stuff or shoes in the machines.
