My washer at home broke. Waiting on parts to fix it. Took a couple of loads of dirty laundry here to wash. $10.50 for the big industrial size washer. It took 25 minutes to wash my clothes. There are places to sit, a restroom for people using the laundromat, and change machines. After washing my clothes I loaded them up to dry at home. My only complaint is my clothes were still pretty wet. I would expect an industrial washers spin cycle to be better than mine at home. Overall though, not a bad place to do laundry. read more

Not a bad location to do bulk laundry. Washers are large enough for multiple blankets and comforters. Dryers are big enough for an adult to get into. Will definitely be coming back to all the big things here. Support your local establishments..! read more

I just can't judge if the cost is higher than normal, this is the only laundromat I've been to. This is quite nostalgic from when I used to do laundry with my parents. In my opinion it's very affordable. Only con is the dryer time is too short. As said previously, it should be at least 10 minutes/per .25 cents. read more

I used to go there several times a week, but I'll be looking for another place because the older, thin woman who works there is very rude, especially if you don't speak the language. She also talks badly about you to other people who do speak the language. She's truly rude and disrespectful, especially since it was all over a washing machine I was using that her friend wanted to use! Do not use dryer #3. It takes your money and doesn't dry your clothes. Also a lot of times you put in your money and it doesn't register on the timer. Also the large washer on the corner by the back door flooded one day. Created a mess. The attendant was very helpful to clean it up. And today I brought up the dryer and she just looked at me. I thought this would be a great new spot to go to, but as I was about to load up my laundry in a dryer machine, I seen ROACHES come underneath a machine. I also noticed that my clothes were smelling like feet when I got them out of the washer. I will not be coming back here and I do not recommend. read more

Terrible laundromat please stay away for your own good. Their machines will ruin your clothes machines are very dirty. I pulled my clothes out of the washing machine and had nothing but dog hair everywhere they refuse to rewash. I don't even own a pet. It was the worst place I've ever been to. read more

I've only seen the lady at night time clean up the ladies in the daytime that work weekdays don't really do jack sh*t. They get paid to do the bare minimum the lady on the night shift however bust her a** doing stuff that people at the dayshift don't even try and do and it shows because of how dirty it is inside the machines while she's cleaning them. I would be careful doing your clothes here also because half of my clothes are too dried up their flooding on me it was my best pants and now I can't wear them because they were on low and still got burnt to a crisp. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have clothes that mean a lot to you for at least drying on the larger ones because half of my clothes are burnt up and my blankets feel like a torch was torched on them and I had them on low. I don't know what's wrong with this places machine but I don't prefer it they work TOO GOOD lol at all my mom loves it but I hate having to worry about stuff like that. Workers in the daytime are completely rude to they give you the cold shoulder unless you're who they want to speak to they have a specific demographic they talk to. I come to this Laundromat twice a month because it's always clean and the equipment is always maintained, the owner's are very nice and helpful as are the employees. Today was a different story though. At 7:50 pm the girl working turned off the TV with several patrons watching the news, then at 8:00 pm she locked one of the doors and then the other door at 8:15 pm. The sign on the door say business hours are 7:00 am to 9:00pm and it's only 8:00 pm why is she locking the doors and hour early? read more

Owned by 2 men who also own 2 more establishments in Brentwood. The Oakley location is cleaned & is mainly unkept by 2 women (a mom & daughter). When I first went into this establishment, I went to the coin machine to get quarters before bringing clothes in from my vehicle & I was told the coin machines were for customers only. I was there a few weeks ago when the 2 women got into a fist fight/ altercation with another female guest/ customer which caused many police to show up. This place is often crowded & offers same day service to do peoples laundry for a price. Because they do this service, the cleaning women will grab the bigger washing machines & deny you ( also a paying customer ) to utilize them. Obviously the same day laundry service they offer is much more important than customers who go in to do their own laundry. read more

I typically don't like leaving bad reviews and truly try to work out the issue before leaving them. However, the experience I had recently with this laundromat has been disappointing and I'm really frustrated. Being a very busy person and not having enough time in my day to tend to my laundry how I would like to, I opt for this laundromat's wash and fold service quite often. They've always been reliable in that aspect and never have had any issues until today. I brought my laundry in yesterday afternoon and was told that they would call when it was ready (like usual). This time though, I was told that they were running behind and I could pick it up the following morning if that was okay. I didn't mind. I went to pick up my clothing this morning and brought it home to start putting things away. On half my laundry I see that there is some mysterious stain that has gotten on my clothing. I'm quite upset at this discovery due to the fact that I always check my clothing (pockets for money, paper, pens, etc) before washing and have never had this happen before. I also notice that there a pieces of my laundry missing along with some random pieces that don't belong to me. I called the establishment to speak with the manager. "Bob" argues with me adamant that his establishment does not mix laundry. Yet....where have these random pieces came from? He also states that per his employee's "my laundry was stained when they received them". I was incredibly pissed. After going back and forth, he finally told me he'd refund me for the service. I'm reasonably upset because now I have to go repurchase items that should have never been ruined/ missing in the first place. Safe to say I will never be using them again. Find another laundromat who actually cares about their customers. read more

Im giving this place a one star! I went there after my washer was being repaird, this is the closest to my house and decided to go there because of the location. I wasn't sure how to use the washers or what I needed to do. I asked the office staff for assistance. She directed me to the coin machine and assisted me with starting the washer. She was very much help! But unfortunately my machine broke down the week of the hottest weather in town. 113 degrees outside, this place has no air conditioning, no air flowing. I felt horrible inside and wanted to hurry and get out of there. To my understanding, a business must provide customers a safe place that is free from recognizable hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious harm. When temperatures rise to extremes, that becomes a recognizable hazard with clear risks to the health and safety of customers. We as customers have the right to report unsafe working conditions caused by high heat and request a workplace inspection from OSHA. I will not return to this place unless I know the Air conditioning system is properly working. I appreciate the staff member for helping me though my first experience at a wash house and under these circumstances. It would've been 5 stars if I was basing my review on the staff! read more

This place has been great for me. I like close and my washer broke down and I haven't decided when I will replace it. This is a clean facility with nice workers and nice machines. I haven't been to a laundromat in 50 years and didn't know how to use the machines but they instructed me & were kind. $3 for top load washer which I thought was great. Used my dryer at home. I am thankful this place is close by. I go in the morning during week and have always found empty washers. read more

My dryer broke and I used this laundromat to do some much needed loads of clothes. I was very happy with the facility. The washers and dryers are well maintained and they have several very large machines for bedspreads and other large items. The facility is clean and there is an attendant present if help Is needed. Would definitely use this place again! read more

My washer showed up the E1/F9 code last night, leaving all my clothes super soggy before it stopped at the rinse cycle. I found the Oakley Laundromat super clean and the owner who was attending the store was SOOOOO NICE. I told him I didn't want to cause another washer error, so he told me about all the washers and how they worked. All my towels and clothes are now washed and dry. Of course, you gotta come when it opens otherwise all the washers will be taken over. Forreal though, I am so thankful to have a washer at home (when it works). read more

Never go to this establishment!!!! They openly violate your ADA rights. Me and my husband just moved here and needed to do some Laundry. We start a load of laundry and this rude gal comes over and with out asking tells me there are no dogs allowed. I have a service dog which is clearly marked by his vest. I told her he is my service animal and he can go anywhere I go. I offered to show her his service card to which she responded, I don't care. Dogs are not allowed in here and am allergic to dogs. She openly discriminated against me by preventing me access to the facility. I wish there is a zero star option, that's how offended I am. My husband said the machine are older and are not as efficient as other laundry mats. The folding space is limited and he saw a spider inside. Establishments that discriminate against people should not be open for business. I will be sure to tell everyone I know how horrible they treat potential customers. read more

omg, don't go to this laudermat! let me share my experience and hopefully you can avoid the drama. at 7am this morning i went to wash my clothes. i stopped at lucky for small bills, they did not have change. i went to the laudermat and headed to the change machine. i had my clothes in the car. once i got change i planned on bringing my clothes in to wash. the hispanic (bitch) attending stopped me at the change machine and told me i needed to bring my clothes in "first" before getting change. i explained to her that my clothes were in the car and between holding on to my coffee and bills i wanted to get the change first. she didn't appreciate that i was offended by her attitude towards me. she turned "off" the change machine!! can you believe that? who treats people like that...i was there to do business at their establishment, and she was being antagonistic with me at 7am in the morning. i was forced to go to another laudermat. unbelievable! this business is not worthy of your support. read more

I wouldnt go here to wash there is not nearly enough washers to go around. (Only about 12 in business) so i had to spend 16 to wash a blanket and a small batch of clothes because the most expensive one was the only one available. Not to mention i havent even dried. We've been coming to this laundromat for years. I Needed my duvet washed because my washer at home isn't big enough. Dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up early Wednesday morning. The nice lady (forgot her name) who manages the place during operating hours was so busy but she assured me she'd have it done the next day. So I just had to walk out of these place because the woman working this shift told me we won't be able to wash because they close at 9 pm and I won't have enough time to wash and dry also made the stupid comment that if I wanted to wash only I could go ahead and stay washing yeah dumb ass I'm gonna take my clothes home WET just for your convenience.
