When I went to pick up I asked why the folds of my jacket weren't pressed and they said they don't usually do that because the lining comes uneven....... That was the only reason I brought them in but I didn't want them to ruin them so I left. When I got home they were all ironed crooked, one is completely stretched out and none of them fit to my body anymore as well as the bottom of one is now unstitched. They took out all of my shoulder pads and restitched them in terribly!!!!! One stitch broke the first day and now has to be stuffed in the correct position to wear. They did ok on my 2 pair of pants expect one came back unseemed at the zipper. The work is so bad and genuinely unfixable I will be throwing my new blazers out and trying to restitch the pants. After burning a hole in a brand new 2000 suit, we called and they said it not from them. Unfortunately I continued to use them due to the convenience, and they have now ruined a new white blouse (so much heat the sleeve now permantley wrinkled), and another jacket, where it has a permanent shine due again, to heat. Owner Manali offered me a 25 credit and promised to tell her girls to take more care. Enough is enough - what an insult and horrible business. If you have alterations to be made I suggest going elsewhere. Last year I moved to Brentwood from…read moreOakley and decided to use this business given its four blocks from my house. I have used them twice for both dry cleaning and alterations and both times I have been disappointed with the alterations. My first impression was not favorable. The lady seemed as if I were inconveniencing her, I figured perhaps she was having a moment but still, did not feel welcome at all. I had taken in a blouse and pair of jeans to be taken in- the blouse at the armpits and the jeans at the waist. When I picked up and tried the blouse on i noticed fabric bunched at the sides of the breasts. To make the fabric flush, the seamstress decided the corrective measure was to iron down the excess fabric to make it lay flat. I jeans were to be taken in at the waist and down the bottom. When I tried the jeans on there was a very noticeable dimpling in the fabric. I brought both issues to the attention of the woman who pinned my garments when I brought them in (and who I thought was the seamstress). She advised me the seamstress was not there and is only there a couple times per week. The issue with the jeans was corrected but when it came to the top the same woman who pinned the top stated that because of the fabric of the top she could only iron down the excess fabric after taking it in at the armpit. This is information that should have been discussed prior to service. Now knowing she is not the seamstress nor trained to discuss these things, it makes complete sense! The fact that a person who is cutting and sewing my clothing is going off the pinning of someone who is not trained in how fabric comes together, lays naturally, and then on my particular body makes no sense to me. This most recent time I took a pair of wide leg jeans in the be taken up. I figured I give them another shot, perhaps they will redeem themselves, and this is an super easy job, they can't screw this up. They did.. Again, the same woman who *helped* and pinned me the previous time was there to help and pin again. The hem of the jeans is wide. When she was pinning she asked if I wanted the hem wide like it is now. I said yes. I stated it like to keep the hem and have it taken up between. One of two things, if not both happened. Perhaps I was not clear. Or, perhaps she did not understand me or I, her. Or, both. After I paid and picked up the items to leave I noticed the hem and that it was not the original as I asked for. The Hispanic woman who rang me up stated that I needed to specify that I want the original hem, which is what I did! She also states the seamstress was not there. I asked if the seamstress still had the hem for the issue to be corrected. The woman looked inside the trash can and said no. The trash had been taken out the day before. Are these jeans wearable, yes. However, the visual interest is lacking. I would not have bought the jeans as they are now off the rack. Also, these jeans are brand new. Tags are still attached. I'm so angry.. The services from this establishment are not cheap, and I'm angry I've spent a lot of money to have clothing I do not like and now will not/can not wear. The top I've already gotten rid of and below are the hem of the jeans. One pic is the pic from the website, the other are from what I picked up after being altered. As much as I wanted to support my convenient and local business, I will not be using them again.

"Senor Burbujas Laundromat #2" Well, this establishment has…read moregone through ownership change a while back and it's still listed under the previous business name, but I assure you that the current name is "Senor Burbujas" and it's up and running. In my quest for a good laundromat, I was looking for a couple of things. One that was close to home, one that I could wash all my clothing in one shot and not have to use multiple washers. One that was clean and most importantly....one that everything "worked" which I'm happy they seems to do proper maintenance on all there machines here because that was a major issues I was running into. This nice little laundromat is everthing I was looking for and then some, and the other good part, the attendants are always on hand to help if needed, something kinda rare (at least where I've been visiting) now in days. So without rambling, here is my review.. "What's special about Senor Burbujas Laundromat #2?" Well here all the washers are specific, they are organized by load size and I think that is pretty awesome especially if you're just trying to get one wash out the way without using multiple washers. They also have vending machines with snacks and stuff you may need to wash if you didn't come with any of your own. All the machines are side load, and based off your load needs, the prices range accordingly. The establishment is clean and the staff is very attentive and nice. "What you should expect...." Here you're going to come in here and know what washers to go to based off your needs and know what you're going to pay and have plenty of cart and other needed things to do your laundry at this establishment. They take coin and card payments on their machines as well as branded payments (Samsung, Google, Andriod and Apple). They also have coin machines if you decide to go that route. So here all the bases are covered. They also have tables for folding clothing and seating for wating for your laundry to be done. "Conclusion" Senor Burbujas Laundromat #2: This laundromat sits off 10th street in Downtown Pittsburg. It's in the river district so if you don't want to sit down and wait in the laundromat while your clothing is drying, you could really take a stoll downtown and explore a bit. Service: The service here is pretty great along with the machines. The few times I've needed to ask an attendant for something, the request was met with a smile. No complaints whatsoever. Price Range" Of course the price varies here, I usually got for the six load machines which goes for $8.00 or $8.50 if you opt for the extra cycle. The machines usually are a dollar per two loads here, so you could basically do the math if you visit here or another one of their locations.
