So you have to slide your card over and over and over and over and it still sometimes won't read the card at all. - biggest issue for me is the attendant at night. She's rude and always in your business, and is super bossy about how you use the machines. Is she the owner? I don't understand why anyone who is paid to be an attendant would be so annoying with customers. It's not that serious. She reminds me of the annoying Karens that follow you around the store cause they think you're going to steal something. As I'm writing this, she's wiped down the same table in front of me twice. She just likes gossiping and being in peoples business I guess. No bathrooms either. Don't even bother asking cause you'll be told no. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 cause it's close to my home. Fix the problems with your debit cards and hire a more friendly attendant who isn't always in customers grill.

Parking: They have parking lot but you'll need to pay. Hours: Open everyday Monday to Sunday from 6am to 10pm. Last wash is around 8:45pm. Vibe: It's chill. Never had a bad experience. People come in, do their laundry and then wait either in their car or the available seats at the front. Note: Make sure to put a timer on your phone if you're going to wait in your car. Be respectful and make sure you take your stuff out right away cause people are waiting to use the machine. Oh and when you walk in, washers are on the right and dryers are on the left. Tip: Bring your own liquid soap so you don't have to pay or buy at this location. You could also go to Safeway across the street and buy detergent. Here's how it works: 1. Load your clothes or items in the washer (right), put soap at the top, tap your card, select water temperature and then press start. 2. Once that's done, then move your stuff to the dryers. Tap your card, select the temperature then press start. 3. Then you're done. Don't forget to clean up after yourself especially if you're washing pet stuff or shoes in the machines.

In conclusion, this laundromat isn't all that bad for what it's worth, it's at an convenient location for most people living in the Pittsburg, Antioch area. Its close to a lot of peoples home, and highway 4 if that is your transportation route. You have your usual hobo, chickenhead, and crackhead population that passes through the area....mind you it's "Pittsburg" but they usually don't bother me so I don't mind them. Get here as early as you can! especially on the weekends if you come here because this place gets packed pretty fast and washer and dryer wait times could be at an all time high. These past couple experiences washing my clothes here, has been horrible . Idk what's going with…read morethe water they use to wash the clothes but lately it has been leaving my clothes smelling funkier . It smells like dirty water. The workers even acknowledged the funkier smell and has no explanation. I always use the 8 loader for about 4 loads of clothes to insure it's not being over filled.
