Two times ago, my clothes weren't ready by the time they had specified, & it isn't like they're right down the street from my house. When I don't receive a text, I check the link they've texted me after drop off & it always says they haven't started on my clothes yet. It isn't until I call the store to ask about the status, that I can confirm whether my clothes have been completed. They still do an excellent job overall & the prices are fair, but the lack of communication & reliability is becoming a bit frustrating.

So you have to slide your card over and over and over and over and it still sometimes won't read the card at all. - biggest issue for me is the attendant at night. She's rude and always in your business, and is super bossy about how you use the machines. Is she the owner? I don't understand why anyone who is paid to be an attendant would be so annoying with customers. It's not that serious. She reminds me of the annoying Karens that follow you around the store cause they think you're going to steal something. As I'm writing this, she's wiped down the same table in front of me twice. She just likes gossiping and being in peoples business I guess. No bathrooms either. Don't even bother asking cause you'll be told no. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 cause it's close to my home.
