Unreliable cleaning service. Lily is the supervisor of the cleaners and she is way too controlling over what gets done. They sell you the time of the workers when you engage them and each time you have to deal with Lily wanting to come and inspect what work needs to be done. You need to create a scope of work. Then the workers arrive and they do some random tasks and if you point out some details that need to be improved in the cleaning, Lily calls you up and you need to talk and explain things to her instead of talking directly and resolving the matters with the workers. Creates a huge inefficiency. She also doesn't seem to have control over her workers. They come and refuse service to an area. For example, I had negotiated a 120 dollar rate to get our building rooftop cleaned. The work involved picking up the dead leaves, washing down the dust and eliminating the spiderwebs and possibly cleaning the dirty glass railings. The worker came and refused to do the work. So that part remained dirty. The workers don't use any water, they dump chemicals on the floor, rub it against the floor and then let the product dry off. I have never seen waterless mopping before. Liliana changed the hours on me for the scheduled 11 am appointment, then she started negotiating over the areas that need to be cleaned. She was to send 1 person to clean for 7 hours my house. The work entailed : removing the spiderwebs and cleaning with a broom the garden pathways from the dead leaves. Then cleaning the living room dust with a vacuum so that my furniture doesn't get affected by the construction going on in the kitchen. She started insisting that the worker could not help me put plastic over the furniture as this is not their job. I said ok, I can do it what can I do? But the goal was to save the furniture from the dust. Then she said, also she will not clean anywhere else. I said ok but 7 hours to just do the garden leaves and the living room dust is too much time. She said but then if she can't achieve the goals will you pay more for overtime? This seems to be her upsell technique but really abrasive and annoying. As she is not gonna be on site and she doesn't know what is gonna be cleaned and she tries to control what is gonna be done by creating false limitations. The goal to call a cleaner is to get the place cleaned, she seems to be missing out on this main reason why she is being called in the first place. My experience has been weird. You usually negotiate less, pay the hours and people clean everything you need cleaned. read more

Used this service prior to, during, and after the sale of my home in Danville, CA. The workers were always on time for the scheduled cleaning, they were very studious in their approach for cleaning, bathrooms and bedrooms looked like high-end hotel rooms with the pillows fluffed and the bed sheets pulled; they even made the ends of the toilet paper rolls into carnations!!!! Noticed that my cast-iron pans looked freshly-oiled as I walked into the kitchen to deal with some dishes. Lucas walked by. He'd oiled them and gave me a tiny, very polite lecture on the poor treatment of my cast-iron pans. He was right; I agreed to do better. ;) Was getting dishes from the dishwasher to put away but was stopped by Lucas. After a bit of phone-translating, I got the point: I should put the dishes down; Lucas would sort them. Again, I agreed. Organized the fridge again. I like that. Change my life? From the very first step of responding to a quote request, Enjoy was quick, detailed and even helped me schedule a next day estimate late at night for my time-sensitive request. From there, we had some issues with getting the power on to run all her cleaning tools but she was flexible and patient. And the end result was a thoroughly cleaned home, with strong attention to detail when it came to the kitchen, walls, floors and windows. Had a cleaner come out the day after I called. To be fair, she had her work cut out for her and she worked hard the entire time. Lots of detail work and scrubbing a tub that really needed it. Looked so much better when she left! That said, there were some areas in the kitchen that went untouched that were needing some love- above the stove (underside of microwave) had some grease and dust stuck on it. I think she just ran out of time but I would still have them come back and just point those things out to make sure they get done next time. With an extra hour of time, probably could have hit those parts. read more

I contacted this service via yelp, for a move out clean. The days of my move were changed and they were accommodating to my change, which is my reason for giving two stars. However, outside of their flexibility this company is unprofessional and I simply would not recommend. I was asked to pay in cash however, they stated they would not be able to provide a receipt for the cash payment at the time of payment not hours later. I stated I could not pay in cash with out a receipt, and they assumed I was saying I would pay for the service due to language barrier. I clarified the need for a receipt or an electronic payment and it just seemed like Lily had an attitude with me after that. I had one cleaner (who was not Lily) show up for a two person job, she immediately began taking photos without my permission. Lily then contacted me saying the clean would take longer than anticipated, I simply asked that the be done by a certain time as I needed to meet my landlord. I then had a third person (Jacqueline) call me and complain about the condition of my oven and threaten to not clean thoroughly. A horrible experience overall. read more

I have used quite a few cleaning service that are highly rated but disappointed (esp Lotus). My place is quite small and quite clean. The other companies will quote you say $200 without seeing the place, basically their minimum job price. Cleaners will take their time (3 hrs to do a 1 hr job). Enjoy Cleaning SF approach is totally different. Lilli would come out and do an assessment, give time slots for you to pick, tell you ETA of cleaner the day of service. Cleaner would come ON time and work hard and finish the job as soon as they can. They would also ask you to check before leaving. Payment is flexible and Lilli would check in after service.
